About the Role:
As a Floating Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting services where extra capacity is needed, working across different locations including Exeter, Somerset, Mendip, and Weymouth. This is a varied and dynamic role, offering the opportunity to work across supported housing and outreach services, with no two weeks looking the same.
You’ll work directly with people who have a range of support needs, building positive, professional relationships and providing person‑centred, trauma‑informed support. This includes offering practical help, promoting independence, and responding flexibly to individual circumstances in a fast‑paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is well organised, and can adapt to changing priorities and locations. You’ll need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle and business insurance, and be comfortable working flexibly, with rotas provided two weeks in advance and occasional last‑minute changes handled considerately.

The Head of Fundraising and Communications plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving Bowel Research UK's fundraising strategies and audience engagement initiatives.
This position is responsible for embedding and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies, growing the charity’s supporter base and income, building up new and under-developed income streams and communicating effectively with their audiences to expand their reach, and encourage financial and non-financial support to deliver the organisations mission.
You will have the autonomy and scope to drive elements of your work and take ownership of your own objectives. You will be required to collaborate on decisions to shape and deliver initiatives, programmes and processes as required for each area of income delivery.
Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising – an area that is underdeveloped at Bowel Research UK. This role blends the strategic oversight and leadership of a Head of Fundraising role, with the hands-on expertise of an IG fundraiser. Experience across other income streams would be a huge benefit as the role leads all fundraising income streams, but experience in individual giving is essential.
The successful candidate for this role will be someone who has already operated at a senior level within a charity such as at Senior Manager level, or Head of in a specific income stream.

To achieve their vision, they are looking for an Individual Giving Manager with a focus on acquisition to work alongside the Head of Individual Giving across regular gifts, appeals, lottery, raffle and other new products.
The Individual Giving Manager drives the recruitment of new supporters and supports the stewardship of warm audience, generating sustainable income for Shaftesbury. The proportion of acquisition focus v retention focus is likely around 70/30.
This role focuses on maximising long-term value through innovative and impactful multichannel campaigns including reactivating lapsed supporters, optimising supporter conversion and delivering engaging onboarding experiences. The Individual Giving Manager will work on growing regular giving, cash and gaming pipelines and manage exciting projects which could include digital, DRTV, face-to- face, telemarketing, direct mail and radio. The role will provide assistance to the Head of Individual Giving with all retention activity, including cash appeals and newsletters.
Shaftesbury is happy to consider fundraisers or officer level candidates looking to step up into their first manager level role. At present this role doesn’t line manage, so management experience is not necessary. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for fundraising, supporter journeys and creative thinking and may have experience within a UK based charity in either IG and legacies, community fundraising, corporate or philanthropy.

Right now, we are looking for a Payroll Manager to play a pivotal role in our HR Data, Systems & Payroll Service in London.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
As Hestia's Payroll Manager, you will lead the delivery of an accurate, timely, and compliant payroll service for more than 1000 colleagues across the organisation. You will act as Hestia's in‑house payroll specialist, ensuring full compliance with UK payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, and best practice across all statutory payments, deductions, and year‑end processes. You will take ownership of our ResourceLink payroll system, using your technical expertise to configure and maintain pay elements, pension schemes and workflows. You will oversee payroll related system updates, testing, and continuous improvement to ensure the payroll function remains efficient, reliable, and fit for purpose. You will manage and develop the Payroll team, coordinating day‑to‑day operations and ensuring the team delivers a seamless end‑to‑end payroll service.This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of UK payroll legislation, strong analytical and systems skills, and a commitment to delivering an excellent service to colleagues across Hestia.

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional with a relevant payroll management qualification such as CIPP or equivalent expertise, supported by ongoing professional development and up‑to‑date knowledge of legislation and best practice. You will bring over five years of UK payroll experience, including managing large and complex payrolls with multiple pension schemes, alongside a strong understanding of HMRC requirements, PAYE processes, P11D reporting and end‑of‑year procedures. The role requires solid knowledge of pensions regulations, excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex payroll and pension matters clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Zellis ResourceLink, advanced Excel skills such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and confidence working with large data sets are essential, as is accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion are key to succeeding in this role.

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist (Digital) to join our People & People Services team. This is a key role shaping and delivering our digital learning offer, helping ensure colleagues across Blue Cross have access to high quality, accessible and impactful learning.
This is a single role that can be based at either our Burford, Radcliffe or Newport site, with hybrid working in place.
More about the role
You will lead the design and delivery of digital learning solutions across the organisation, creating engaging content that supports a blended learning approach. Working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will translate learning needs into effective digital experiences that support organisational priorities.
You will also take ownership of our learning platform (currently SAP Litmos), ensuring it is well managed, user friendly and continues to evolve to meet the needs of our colleagues. Alongside this, you will use data and insight to evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve our digital learning offer.
This role can be based at Burford, Newport or Manchester, with hybrid working in place.

You will be a creative and technically confident digital learning professional, with experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions. You will be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and able to translate learning needs into practical, high quality outputs.
