Founded in 1997, the Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP) is the tea sector’s global membership organisation working to improve the lives of the people and communities who rely on tea for their livelihoods. A not-for-profit membership organisation with 38 diverse members, we collaborate with our members, third-party grantors and other stakeholders to implement impactful, long-term programmes in tea-producing countries and drive responsible business practices.

Our work addresses the most pressing human rights and environmental challenges in the global tea supply chain - from improving livelihoods and working conditions to advancing equality and climate resilience. Many of the challenges facing the tea sector are deep-rooted and systemic and no single organisation can address them alone. Meaningful progress requires collaboration and the combined efforts of partners across the sector.

Over the next five years, we aim to significantly expand our membership geographically and with better representation across the full supply chain. This role will be central to this effort.

Role purpose

Are you a strategic communicator who knows how to craft compelling narratives that strengthen relationships and drive engagement? Do you enjoy translating complex issues into clear, accessible messages that resonate with diverse audiences?

We’re looking for a Communications Lead to shape and deliver ETP’s content strategy - supporting the communications needs of our members, helping to demonstrate the value of ETP’s work, and contributing to the growth of our membership. From developing thought leadership pieces and showcasing programme impact, to enhancing our digital presence and supporting media engagement, your work will help ensure members, partners, and prospective members understand and connect with ETP’s mission and impact.

At ETP, communications is not an add-on. You’ll be joining an organisation that recognises the importance of clear, credible, and engaging communications, and actively invests in it. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude, strong writing skills, and a strategic mindset to play a key role in strengthening how ETP communicates at a pivotal time for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Content development and management

• Lead the production of key content pieces at ETP, including our annual report, regular updates to members and stakeholders, and innovative programme impact stories.
• Own and manage the communications content calendar, ensuring creativity and alignment with organisational goals.
• Own programmatic communications, collaborating with internal teams to produce communication toolkits on our range of programmes for members, incorporating feedback to meet members’ needs effectively.
• Collaborate with members and partners to ensure communications align with their needs and priorities – on both programmes and day-to-day communications.
• Work closely with ETP’s leadership team, country teams and experts to develop thought leadership pieces that contribute to sector-wide conversations and challenge the status quo constructively.
• Develop and issue ETP’s monthly member and stakeholder newsletter, ensuring there is ample content and that it is delivered on time.

Digital ownership

• Develop and implement ETP’s social media strategy, ensuring consistent, engaging, and impactful output.
• Oversee all social media activity, driving engagement and growing ETP’s digital presence across LinkedIn and X.
• Develop and share regular posts from the ETP CEO and sample posts for team members for key initiatives.
• Own website content, regularly updating the site with new information, from new joiners to news articles and programme updates.

Showcasing impact

• Create content that showcases ETP’s impact at both programmatic and sectoral levels, using innovative and striking approaches.
• Work with the Monitoring & Evaluation Lead to update the Global Impact Framework, ensuring our website data is up to date and effectively communicating impact across the ETP portfolio.

Design

• Use existing Adobe’s InDesign and Canva templates to produce a range of ETP branded assets including donor reports, event materials such as standees and backdrops etc.

Media relations

• Work with the Head of Communications & Membership to respond to media inquiries and support crisis communication efforts as needed.
• Research and create compelling media content, including proactive and reactive press releases.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets to amplify ETP’s message.

Experience and skills required

Essential

• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
• Experience in developing creative and disruptive (yet constructive) content strategies.
• Strong social media strategy and management experience.
• Experience in media relations, including crafting press releases and managing media inquiries.
• Exceptional organisation skills, the ability to stick to deadlines and ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to brief external suppliers e.g. designers and videographers to ensure they deliver on brief, on time and to budget.
• Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter, demonstrating a dynamic, driven mindset with strong lateral thinking skills to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Demonstrate drive, curiosity, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English required and proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and MailChimp.

Desirable

• Understanding of agricultural supply chains and the issues at play in corporate social responsibility.

Luton Town FC Community Trust is seeking to recruit an Oral Health Project Officer. This is a full-time role focused on the delivery of an oral health education programme within targeted primary schools and community settings in Luton over 37.5 hours per week. The individual will be employed on a three-year fixed-term contract.

We are seeking an individual who has previous experience of delivery within an education setting to join our team. Specific oral health training will be provided as required.

The individual will be passionate about creating positive change and health outcomes for children and their families.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, personable and flexible professional with an ability to create and deliver innovative engaging content. You will have an ability to recognise and develop new opportunities whilst maintaining and developing existing relationships across a broad range of project users and partners.

JOB ROLE OUTLINE

This role will lead the design, creation and delivery of an oral health education programme in primary schools and community settings that will provide vital awareness and support for children and their families.

Tooth decay rates in children, in Luton, are amongst the highest in the country. The project will work collaboratively with Luton Public Health and other locally focused oral health partners as a collective force for change.

AIMS

• Create awareness and lifelong habits of the importance of good oral health.
• Supporting children and families to understand contributing factors to poor oral health, including sharing public health messages that encourage positive behaviour change.
• Delivery of an outstanding programme of content.
• Support and strengthen the wider network of oral health partners to enable coordinated action and long-term behaviour change, including active participation in the Luton Dental Alliance.
• Highlighting demonstrable impact to support the sustainability and legacy of the project beyond the initial funding period.

ROLE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with partners to develop and design the educational element of the project.
• Deliver a high-quality educational offer which uses sport as a tool to engage disaffected young people, encouraging good oral health and enhancing their mental wellbeing, attendance, attainment, and life skills through innovative and tailored curriculum delivery.
• Recruit targeted schools to create a delivery plan throughout the academic year.
• In school delivery of the education programme to provide much needed support and awareness to children and families.
• Collect relevant data to ensure that Community Trust reporting obligations are met with funders.
• Work with schools and partners to create high quality case studies that demonstrate the impact of the project.
• Create a project steering group and deliver timely and relevant updates in both written and verbal form.

What we are looking for:

Job Title: Major Gifts and Partnerships Lead

We’re looking for a confident, experienced fundraiser to lead major-gift fundraising — securing transformational gifts from high-net-worth individuals while building wealth-adviser relationships that generate referral leads. You’ll own the full pipeline: prospecting, cultivation, making direct asks, closing and stewardship.

The ideal candidate will be excited to cultivate networks of wealth managers, private-client teams and other advisers to HNWIs, and to convert adviser introductions into committed support. You’ll also prospect independently for major gifts outside those referral streams.

To succeed you’ll master three distinct fundraising pitches: a business case for advisers; an impact case to persuade donors to support our portfolio charities; and a systems-change case to win backing for GRP’s operating costs (salaries, office costs, etc) to keep the charity running fee-free.

You’ll be comfortable making direct asks for funding, with evidence of having closed high-value gifts or multi-year commitments. You’ll be willing to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with everyday cultivation tasks. You’ll thrive in a small team, taking initiative and juggling priorities. Crucially, you’ll care deeply about climate and nature.

Experience required:

Substantial experience in frontline major gifts fundraising (as a guide, likely 5+ years), or an exceptional track record in adjacent fields (private client advisory, philanthropy advisory, etc).

Main duties and responsibilities:

Major gifts to GRP’s portfolio of charities

• Prospect, cultivate and convert major gifts from individuals to support GRP’s charity portfolio.
• Act as principal point of contact for HNW client referrals from GRP’s wealth-adviser network.
• Source and qualify major gift leads outside the adviser network and add them to the pipeline.
• Prepare tailored cases for support, bespoke asks and gift agreements for portfolio donors.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely, high-quality, bespoke stewardship.

HNW wealth adviser relationships

• Prospect, cultivate and manage relationships with wealth managers, family offices, private-client teams, philanthropy advisers, etc as a referral stream for GRP.
• ​Present GRP’s proposition to advisers (meetings, presentations, webinars) and design adviser-facing materials when necessary.
• Develop initiatives to generate adviser referrals (events, webinars, co-branded materials) and track referral performance.
• Target and visit high-potential jurisdictions (e.g. Jersey, Guernsey) and other adviser hubs (est. once per month).

Major gifts to GRP’s operating costs

• Prospect, cultivate and convert major gifts to GRP’s core operating costs.
• Prepare business-case and budget materials that explain the strategic case for core funding.
• Pursue appropriate institutional core funders (trusts, foundations, family foundations) and draft proposals where needed.

Location: Centrally located, light and airy office on Regent Street, London. Minimum one day per week in the office. Approx. one day London/UK travel per week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Start Network has an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Engagement Officer to join our growing Resource Mobilisation team. The role supports donor engagement and income growth, working with trusts, foundations and corporate funders to build strong, long term relationships through high quality stewardship, communications and engagement.

You will support the management of existing and new donor relationships, contribute to proposals and reporting, research and cultivate new funding opportunities, and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver clear and compelling donor communications. The role also leads on the coordination of Start Network’s annual donor visit, taking the full range of our donors to a priority Start Network country of operation to see our work in action.

ABOUT US

Women at the Well is a support service for women based in the King’s Cross area of central London. We provide practical support and advocacy to women facing a wide range of disadvantages, and we have a specialism in working with women whose lives have been affected by prostitution and/or sexual exploitation. We are trauma informed, holistic and woman-centred. We deliver our mission through three interconnected services:

1. A women only drop-in service

2. An advocacy service

3. An outreach service

We take referrals from many external partners and while we have a hub-centre in Kings Cross we are a pan-London service. Read more about our work in our impact report.

Women at the Well has supported thousands of women over more than twenty years work in London. We see the complex ways in which women’s inequality, racism, disability and poor health, educational disadvantage, trauma in childhood, migration and the hostile immigration environment can all lead to significant social and economic disadvantages and harm. In our work we meet women who have experienced repeated and extensive abuse, and who are often homeless, living with addictions and/or mental health issues, and in poverty. We see how these women are at high risk of a range of sexually exploitative behaviours including prostitution. As well as providing tailored support, we aim to speak up for the rights of women to live lives free from abuse.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Head of Fundraising & Partnerships will lead the development and delivery of Women at The Well’s fundraising strategy, ensuring we build the sustainable and diverse income base needed to continue supporting women facing extraordinary disadvantage, exploitation and harm. As a senior, hands-on fundraiser, the postholder will take responsibility for income generation across trusts and foundations, individual philanthropy, corporate partnerships and community fundraising, while building the systems, relationships and communications that underpin long-term growth.

Working closely with the CEO—an experienced trusts fundraiser—the postholder will identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, steward supporters, craft compelling cases for support, and drive forward multi-stream fundraising with clarity and purpose. They will coordinate the CEO’s involvement in major fundraising opportunities and act as a strategic partner, ensuring the organisation’s leadership has what they need to secure transformational funding.

This role sits at the heart of a small, values-driven team committed to trauma-informed, women-centred work. The postholder must bring emotional resilience, sound judgement and a deep respect for the dignity and lived experiences of the women who use our service. Regular presence in our King’s Cross centre is important for relationship-building and grounding fundraising work in the mission, though we offer flexibility in working patterns for the right candidate.

Grade: NJC Point 31 - £41,771 per annum

We are seeking to recruit to a brand-new post and are looking for an experienced and passionate full‑time Programme Manager (Live Well) to lead the delivery of our VCSE‑led Live Well infrastructure in Salford. 

In this role, you will support organisations across Salford to develop high‑quality Live Well Centres and Spaces, ensuring strong partnerships are built and delivery partners are managed in a clear, transparent and collaborative way. A key part of the role will be ensuring that all delivery aligns with the expectations set out in the GM Live Well Hallmarks. You will also be responsible for ensuring the programme’s impact is clearly demonstrated through robust monitoring, high‑quality data collection and meaningful insight.

Greater Manchester Live Well is a broad cross‑system partnership with particularly strong involvement from GMCA, NHS Greater Manchester and the VCSE sector. 

Launched in 2021, it is a core Mayoral commitment and embedded in the Greater Manchester Strategy (2025–2035). The vision is that by 2030, residents will benefit from a connected, preventative and equitable system of support, delivered through:

• A network of integrated Live Well centres and spaces in every locality
• A universal “no wrong door” approach
• Recognition that the VCSE sector has a key role to play (with dedicated VCSE funding)
• Consistent and connected support offers
• A neighbourhood‑based Social Model of Health
• A preventative system built on trust, early help and coordinated support

Salford CVS is the lead VCSE sector partner and accountable body for the Live Well implementation fund in Salford, working with public sector partners to strengthen community wellbeing and ensure accessible, high‑quality support for our city’s residents.

As Programme Manager, you will lead a VCSE‑driven programme that is transforming how residents access help and support in Salford. You will maintain a clear overview of programme developments, partners and activities, acting as a key source of knowledge for Live Well locally. You will share information proactively, strengthen connections across the system and bring partners together to maximise the programme’s impact. 

Your work will also span all of Salford CVS’s full Live Well portfolio, including the Economic Activity Trailblazer delivered via the VCSE Elevate Salford partnership, the WorkWell offer through Wellbeing Matters (VCSE-led social prescribing), and any additional Live Well activity that Salford CVS leads or contributes to in the future. This will include our work with our 10GM partners on a large-scale GM National Lottery funded VCSE-led programme called Live Well – Places of Hope and Connection, which you will programme manage here in Salford.
