​Set up in 1993 to work with community groups in the countries most affected by the global AIDS epidemic, we’ve continually adapted our approach, looking for innovative ways to break down the barriers that marginalise people living with, or at risk of acquiring, HIV. This is a crucial leadership role within the finance team at Frontline AIDS, which oversees all core accounting work. The roles remit includes preparing monthly management accounts, overseeing balance sheet reconciliation work and ensuring balance sheet integrity, managing the accounts payable team and working as the finance business partner for all strategic finance work. The role has three direct reports.

Young Citizens is seeking a Business Development and Special Projects Lead to support a critical year of fundraising, income generation and partnership development. This role supports the special projects work with the CEO and will work with the senior team to lead on the income and visibility opportunities that unlock our delivery for our three-year strategy.

Your Role’s Purpose

Year 1 of this role will be focused on business model development, income generation and strategic partnerships. Working closely with the CEO and senior management team, you will help shape, test and secure new funding and commercial opportunities that position Young Citizens for long-term sustainability and impact. The special projects element includes supporting the developmental design of our future business model, charity strategy and public affairs work.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, creating and working at pace to achieve great results within a small team. You will be rapidly developing propositions, forging partnerships and converting ideas into credible, funded initiatives. You will play a central role in strengthening our relationships with funders, institutions, corporates and sector partners, while supporting wider organisational development projects.

Young Citizens works at the intersection of education, democracy and civic life, and this role offers a unique opportunity to influence how active citizenship is funded, delivered and embedded across the UK.

In Year 1, your primary focus will be to:

• Develop and drive income/fundraising with existing channels, including grant funding, partnerships and commercial activity.
• Build a strong pipeline of income opportunities, working closely with the CEO to convert prospects into funding
• Produce high-quality business cases, funding bids, proposals and presentations of our work
• Design and execute new funding models and partnership opportunities alongside the CEO’s updated strategic plan
• Lead staff member for strategic engagement with funders, corporates, policymakers and sector stakeholders.

Alongside this, you will contribute to priority special projects that support Young Citizens’ organisational growth and external positioning.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is not just open to traditional fundraisers or partnership managers. As long as you have the seniority and expertise leading results, you might come from a charity, social enterprise, consultancy, policy or start-up background. What matters most is your ability to confidently progress a pipeline of opportunities, build partnerships, generate income and deliver results.

We are interested in a wider pool of candidates with 5+ years in the working world, possibly from other start-ups or programme design focus instead of 'trad' fundraising roles'. If you are a high-performer who wants to focus on corporate partnerships, external relations and business success, this role may be right for you—talk to us.

Role outline and purpose

A Senior/managerial Salesforce role accountable for driving forward the continued rollout, design, build and development of Salesforce and related applications; aligned with the Trusts strategy, values and goals.

This role is part of Trussell’s Knowledge Transformation programme, the goal of which is to gather and curate our collective knowledge as Trussell and food banks, and equip people to harness this knowledge to drive forward our mission. About the role

The Philanthropy team is key to securing unrestricted income and supporting the organisation to achieve financial resilience. Meet your Manager

In this role you will be managed by Clea Fergusson. Clea joined ClientEarth in March 2023 and is based in Berlin. • Actively solicit and manage donor relationships across assigned portfolio to contribute to the global philanthropy income target with a focus on building new income and unrestricted income
• Build a resilient donor pipeline and manage prospects and donors through each stage of the pipeline, ensure annual renewals, uplifts and secure new income

The responsibilities of the Senior Non-Current Asset Accountant will include:

• Support the accounting for the GPA’s non-current assets including maintaining the Non-Current Asset Register
• Support the preparation of non-current asset notes, accounting policies and disclosures for inclusion in the GPA’s financial statements

You will work with colleagues and external stakeholders worldwide to ensure the smooth delivery of the administration function, including the logistical aspects of our global activities, contributing to the successful delivery of our Congress cycle and organisational work programme.

Reporting to the Head of Global Administration, you will help to strengthen long-term administrative systems that are efficient, coordinated and fit for purpose in a complex international environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of administrators and foster an environment of continual development and support and high performance
• Coordinate the workload of the team in the delivery of organisational work programmes
• Develop, implement and update administrative policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and standardised ways of working
• Oversee the logistical delivery of global meetings and conferences
• Oversee the delivery of multi-lingual communications to members (circulars, meeting reports)

About you

We’re looking for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to support the delivery of our global organisational work programme. With responsibility for oversight of the logistical delivery of committee meetings and conferences, you will need the following to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience managing and leading a team, including mentoring, performance development reviews and motivating others
• Strong knowledge of administrative practices, ideally with experience in the delivery of international meetings & conferences
• Ability to prioritise effectively, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often working across international time zones
• Clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of written English and excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working with diverse internal & external stakeholders in a multilingual environment (knowledge of languages other than English would be an asset) 
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Strong numerical skills, with experience of budgeting, reconciliation, and expense reporting
• Calm, adaptable and proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement
• Proficient with SharePoint, Teams, MS Office 365, and familiar with Zoom, Cvent and Concur (or similar tools).

About the Role

The HSEQ Deputy Lead works closely with the HSEQ Lead to ensure compliance, promote safe working practices, and maintain a positive safety culture across the island. You’ll carry out inspections, assist with investigations, deliver training, and help embed HSEQ standards into daily operations.
