*This role sits within a pay grade with a pay range of £22,115 (£27,694 FTE) to £34,913 (£43,642 FTE) . The salary on appointment will be set at the lower end of the pay range, to a maximum of £24,370 (£30,463 FTE) depending on the candidate's skills and experience. Context and purpose of role
By 2034 Ramblers ambition is that everyone in England and Wales will be able to join a Wellbeing Walk close to where they live – for communities to come together and experience the health and wellbeing benefits of walking. This work is part of the strategic plan and business objectives of Ramblers GB.
The role will deliver the Walking Together Project across communities in north London, Slough and Reading. The role will engage directly with the most disadvantaged communities, where loneliness, social isolation and inactivity could be prevalent, through a ‘Getting Started’ Wellbeing Walks programme. This is a community delivery role to work with local communities to establish walks and find potential walk leaders within the community to sustain walking.
Key responsibilities
· Deliver the Ramblers Getting Started element of the Walking Together Project
· Maintain positive working relationships with local and regional partners to deliver the project
· Maintain positive working relationships with local members/volunteers
· Attend Community/Borough or Town Council, steering group and other partner meetings and events and use to deliver the project

Role Details
Title: Skilled Volunteer Programme Manager
Time Commitment: Full time (with the option of 4 days a week)

About the Role
This is a new role which will be pivotal to the work of the Strategic Legal Projects Team. The post-holder will work with the Director of Strategic Litigation and Advice to coordinate the delivery of the Strategic Legal Fund (SLF). This is an innovative programme of grant funding, supporting strategic legal work that benefits people who are disadvantaged or discriminated against because of their immigration status. We define strategic litigation as work where the impact goes beyond an individual case and results in changes to law, policy and practice that will benefit a wider group of people. The fund supports pre-litigation research, and third-party interventions in cases before the courts, as well as advocacy related to the legal activities undertaken. Grants can be awarded to non-governmental organisations and law firms.
The post provides an opportunity to contribute strategically to supporting the legal sector working on migrants’ rights in the UK. You will gain experience of all aspects of the grant-making process in the intersection of legal and policy work on issues facing people seeking asylum, migrants and refugees in the UK today.
The ideal candidate may be someone wishing to develop a career in philanthropic work in this area or build relationships with esteemed human rights lawyers and social justice organisations. You would be joining a small team, of around 12 team members. At Camden Young Person’s High Support Accommodation Service, nights matter. They can be the point where worry, distress, conflict or risk comes to the surface - and where calm, skilled leadership can make all the difference. As Night Manager, you will lead the overnight service, making sure young people experience safety, consistency and support when they need it most.
You will be the senior operational decision-maker overnight, leading the night team to respond confidently to incidents, safeguarding concerns, missing young people procedures, building safety, visitor access and any actions handed over from the day team. You’ll work with a high level of independence, while knowing when to liaise with the on-call manager, emergency services or wider management team to keep young people, staff and the building safe.
This is also a role about connection. You’ll line manage, support and guide Night Workers, oversee locum or agency staff where needed, and make sure overnight learning, handovers and emerging themes are shared clearly with the Service Manager and wider team. Through trauma informed, strengths-based and psychologically informed practice, you’ll help build a service where night and day support feels joined up, purposeful and ambitious for young people’s futures.

In this key management role, you will work closely with the Head of Community and Events to deliver our community fundraising strategy and business plan, driving income growth while ensuring exceptional supporter experiences.

Mass Participation Events Manager
The role of Mass Participation Events Manager is an exciting new role that will be integral to building on the success of our new mass fundraising product – Walk For A Cure (WFAC).
WFAC is our flagship fundraising event series of 5k accessible walks, bringing together anyone impacted by dementia for a shared purpose- to find a cure.
We have big ambitions for the growth of this exciting mass participation product and next year we will be improving on the microsite functionality, stewardship journeys, and marketing plans to help us drive increased fundraising and remittance.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and delivery partners to ensure the events are delivered on time and to target by putting in place a robust project plan, working groups, reporting and evaluations and ensuring our processes and procedures are fit for purpose.
This role sits within the Supporter-led Fundraising (SLF) team at Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK) sitting within the Fundraising and Marketing Directorate and is responsible for securing income from individuals, groups, and corporates in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan for WFAC, guiding cross-functional teams through its execution.
· Manage project risks and decisions to ensure smooth project progression.

The School Food Project is an ambitious coalition-led initiative dedicated to transforming the school food system. - Collect, monitor and analyse volunteer data, including volunteer numbers, hours and feedback.

Based in our Change & Transformation team, the new Portfolio Performance Manager will turn complex project information into clear, meaningful insight, helping senior leaders make informed decisions and maximise delivery success.
Reporting to the new Head of Portfolio Assurance and Reporting, you will play a key role in providing a trusted, evidence based view of our change portfolio. You will bring together performance, financial, resource, risk, dependency and benefits information to create a clear picture of how our projects and programmes are performing.

In this busy role, some key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the production of high quality portfolio reporting, ensuring information is accurate, timely and consistent
- Creating a single view of portfolio performance through effective data management, reporting and dashboards
- Analysing project and programme information to identify trends, risks, opportunities and emerging pressures
- Providing clear insights and recommendations that help leaders make informed decisions
- Supporting senior governance forums by delivering meaningful performance reporting and decision making information

You will bring experience from a PMO, portfolio management, project controls, performance reporting or management information environment, along with a strong ability to interpret data and communicate what it means. You will be someone who enjoys analysing information, spotting trends, and translating data into practical insight that supports strategic decision making.
You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there, with occasional travel (incl. for monthly team meetings).
