Job description

 Volunteer Opportunity – Video Team

International Humanity Foundation (IHF)

The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.

We are currently seeking creative, technical, and storytelling-driven volunteers to join our Video Team.

Role Overview The Video Team is the "Visual Heart" of IHF's outreach. Your mission is to take raw footage from our centers—children learning, volunteers working, and community celebrations—and edit them into professional, emotionally resonant videos. You create the documentaries, social media reels, and campaign videos that define our brand and drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Assemble raw footage into high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring a professional flow and high production value.

  • Storytelling & Scripting: Collaborate with the Media Team to draft scripts and storyboards that highlight our impact and the needs of our children.

  • Audio Post-Production: Select appropriate music, sync voiceovers, and ensure clear audio quality for all global releases.

  • Archive Management: Maintain a well-organized digital library of raw and finished footage from our various international centers.

  • Lead Responsibility – Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for new members on video editing software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut) and IHF’s visual storytelling standards.

 Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of pacing, music, and narrative structure.

  • Ability to work with varying qualities of raw footage and turn them into a polished final product.

  • Highly organized and capable of managing large file transfers across a global remote team.

  • Interested in Film Production, Digital Media, Journalism, or Marketing.

 Benefits of Volunteering with IHF:

  • Global Portfolio Building: Create content that reaches an international audience and supports a major humanitarian cause.

  • Creative Leadership: Master the art of coaching new editors and managing a creative production pipeline.

  • Direct Impact: Use your technical skills to tell the stories of children whose voices might otherwise go unheard.

  • Certification: Receive official recognition for your role in crafting IHF’s global cinematic identity
