Change for Good Community Chaplaincy is looking for an experienced and committed Executive Director to lead our charity through an exciting stage of growth.
Founded in 2012, Change for Good began as a mentoring project in HMP Wandsworth and has grown into an established resettlement charity working across London. We support people before and after release through in-prison support, "through the gate" work, volunteer mentoring, and our peer support group, Next Chapter. Mentoring, advocacy, and peer support sit at the heart of everything we do.

- Contribute to funding strategy, diversifying and growing income streams to secure the charity's long-term sustainability
- Produce high-quality reports that meet funders' requirements and maintain strong funder relationships
People & Volunteers
- Lead, motivate, and support high-performing staff team, building a positive and inclusive team culture
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff and volunteer mentors

External Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the criminal justice and voluntary sectors
About you
This role would suit an experienced manager ready to take the step up into their first leadership role, as well as someone with prior senior leadership experience.

About the Role: The Finance Officer (Income) is a vital member of the Finance team, responsible for the accurate accounting, reconciliation, and reporting of the Charity's diverse income streams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain accurate fundraising and donor records, ensuring relevant information is captured on Islamic Help's CRM and other internal systems.
- Monitor fundraising performance and provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Fundraising on income, activities, opportunities, challenges and outcomes.
- Represent Islamic Help professionally at fundraising events, community activities, meetings and other external engagements, acting as an ambassador for the organisation and its work.
- Support donor stewardship and engagement, ensuring supporters receive an appropriate and positive experience throughout their relationship with Islamic Help.
- Ensure fundraising activities are delivered in accordance with Islamic Help policies, safeguarding requirements and relevant fundraising regulations and legal standards.
- Attend and support fundraising events, collections and community activities, including occasional evenings and weekends where required.

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Senior Quantitative Policy and Research Officer to join our Policy and Research team based in London.
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 15,000 young people each year.
The Policy and Research team at Centrepoint provides the evidence base for the organisation’s policy and influencing work, using research, data and the experiences of young people to understand the causes and scale of youth homelessness and identify effective solutions. The team leads research across a range of policy areas, produces Centrepoint’s Youth Homelessness Databank, analyses national and local data, and translates findings into clear policy recommendations. It also supports external influencing, engaging with Government, Parliament, local authorities and other organisations to ensure evidence is used to shape policy and improve outcomes for young people.
Hybrid Working

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Safeguarding Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality operational safeguarding across RABI, ensuring safeguarding concerns involving beneficiaries are managed consistently, professionally and in accordance with legislation, statutory guidance and organisational policy.
Working as one of two Safeguarding Officers, the postholder provides specialist safeguarding advice, guidance and support to colleagues across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The role manages safeguarding concerns from initial notification through to resolution, undertakes safeguarding risk assessments, coordinates safeguarding activity, maintains accurate safeguarding records, supports multi-agency working and contributes to achieving safe outcomes for beneficiaries.
Working closely with the Safeguarding Manager, the second Safeguarding Officer and the Designated Safeguarding Lead, the postholder contributes to the continuous improvement of safeguarding practice, supports organisational safeguarding awareness and helps maintain a resilient safeguarding service through collaborative working and continuity of operational delivery.
Key Accountabilities
1. Operational Safeguarding
- Work alongside the Safeguarding Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead to support the continuous development and implementation of safeguarding practice across the organisation.
- Act as an operational point of contact for staff, volunteers and external partners regarding safeguarding concerns and queries, providing advice and guidance whilst escalating complex or high-risk matters appropriately.
- Manage safeguarding concerns from initial notification through to resolution, ensuring concerns are assessed, risk managed, recorded and progressed in accordance with legislation, statutory guidance and RABI policies and procedures.
- Undertake safeguarding risk assessments, exercising professional judgement to support proportionate, person-centred and defensible safeguarding decision-making.
- Promote professional curiosity, reflective practice and consistent safeguarding approaches across the organisation.
- Provide delegated Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead cover in the absence of both the Designated Safeguarding Lead and both Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads, in accordance with RABI policies, procedures and delegated authority.
2. Professional Advice and Guidance
- Provide specialist safeguarding advice, guidance and practical support to Regional Support Officers, managers, staff and volunteers to support the effective management of safeguarding concerns and increase confidence in safeguarding practice.
- Support colleagues to recognise safeguarding concerns, understand safeguarding responsibilities and apply safeguarding procedures consistently.
- Support the Safeguarding Manager in developing and delivering safeguarding training, awareness sessions and operational guidance for staff and volunteers.
- Effectively engage with staff and volunteers across RABI to promote safeguarding awareness, encourage good practice and embed a positive safeguarding culture.
3. Case Management, Recording and Information Management
- Maintain day-to-day administration, quality assurance and oversight of safeguarding records within RABI's case management system, ensuring information is accurate, timely, complete and compliant with organisational standards.
- Follow up safeguarding recording queries and support colleagues in maintaining high-quality safeguarding records.
- Prepare and provide operational safeguarding information, data, trends and case information to support the Safeguarding Manager in producing monthly, quarterly and annual safeguarding reports.
- Produce clear, evidence-based safeguarding documentation and maintain confidentiality in accordance with information governance requirements.
- Identify emerging safeguarding themes, trends and learning to support continuous improvement of safeguarding practice.
- Monitor safeguarding activity to ensure agreed actions are completed appropriately and within agreed timescales.
- Maintain confidentiality and information governance standards in accordance with organisational policy and legislation.
4. Partnership Working
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Adult and Children's Social Care, Police, Health Services, Mental Health Services, Domestic Abuse Services, counselling providers and other statutory and voluntary sector partners.
- Coordinate safeguarding referrals and information sharing, ensuring referrals are timely, appropriate and well evidenced.
- Represent RABI appropriately within multi-agency safeguarding discussions and maintain effective working relationships that support positive outcomes for beneficiaries.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding legislation, guidance and referral pathways across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
5. Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement
- Promote and champion safeguarding practice across all departments, supporting compliance, increasing staff awareness and embedding safeguarding within everyday practice.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, including Volunteering, Partnerships, Fundraising, Campaigns and other departments, providing safeguarding advice on new initiatives and emerging projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance and best practice, proactively engaging with professional networks and partner organisations to ensure RABI continues to deliver high-quality safeguarding practice.
- Manage referrals into RABI's counselling provision, ensuring agreed service standards and referral processes are maintained.
- Facilitate safeguarding supervision sessions with Regional Support Officers and Regional Support Managers where agreed by the Safeguarding Manager.
- Support the management and monitoring of RABI's StaySafe lone working system.
- Work collaboratively with the Safeguarding Manager and second Safeguarding Officer to ensure continuity of safeguarding provision during periods of leave, absence or increased operational demand.
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the responsibilities and grading of the role.
Decision Making and Autonomy
The Safeguarding Officer manages a varied operational safeguarding caseload, exercising professional judgement within legislation, statutory guidance and organisational policy.

About the role
This Debt Advice Case Manager role combines both technical and pastoral elements. HMC is currently a small team of 7 employees, including a CEO, Community Manager, Immigration Team Manager, Immigration Caseworker and Access to Justice Coordinator, and an Administrative Support Officer alongside a larger team of up to 60 volunteers.

We are based in our office in Stoke Newington, where we provide immigration advice & representation and our housing advice and casework support services. We also offer regular community sessions in a local venue on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month. We call these sessions our ‘Wednesday Service’. The Wednesday Service has historically been the heart and soul of HMC, and it continues to play a key role in our service delivery, accessibility and community presence.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Housing and Destitution Caseworker will provide or co-ordinate advice on welfare and housing issues to migrants. This will include people visiting the Wednesday Service or referred by the Immigration Team. The post holder will assist with follow-up casework, and recruit and develop a small volunteer Housing and Destitution Support Team to support with these tasks. The post-holder will work to build partnerships with external specialist advisers, to expand our diagnostic advice provision and support with successful referrals for onward legal challenges.

Donor Stewardship and Prospect Research
- Ensure all donors are thanked promptly and feel valued and engaged.
- Manage and maintain accurate donor data in Donorfy, producing reports on donor activity and performance.
- Monitor and manage fundraising and donation enquiries through our development@ inbox, responding and referring them as appropriate.
- Research new fundraising prospects and initiatives across individuals, community groups, small trusts, local businesses and other potential supporters. Maintain organised records of prospects and recommendations.
Trusts & Foundations (Small Grants)
- Support the Fundraising and Communications Manager and Trust and Foundations Fundraiser with the small grants pipeline, including prospect research, applications and reporting.
- Work closely with appropriate staff and service coordinators on project budgets, reporting and planning as needed.
Other responsibilities
- Support and oversee volunteers and interns as required.
- Work collaboratively within a busy staff team, participate in meetings and planning processes, and contribute to organisational development.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role, as agreed with the Fundraising and Communications Manager or CEO.

Dean Farm Trust is seeking an experienced and compassionate Sanctuary Operations Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of our 32-acre animal sanctuary near Chepstow.
Home to 200 rescued animals, including pigs, cows, sheep, goats, equines and birds, Dean Farm Trust provides a home for life to animals in need. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with animal welfare at its heart.
The Sanctuary Operations Manager will lead our on-site team, working through our Team Leaders to ensure the Sanctuary operates safely, effectively and to the highest standards of animal welfare. The role will oversee staffing and rotas, volunteer development, recruitment and training, budgets and resources, facilities and maintenance, land and pasture management, health and safety, compliance, contractors, projects and the operational delivery of Sanctuary events and activities.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership and people-management experience who is confident managing a busy operational environment and developing both staff and volunteers. You will need to be organised, practical and able to balance the immediate demands of running a sanctuary with longer-term planning and improvement.
This is an important appointment for Dean Farm Trust as we strengthen our operational structure and build a sustainable future for the Sanctuary.
