You’ll be experienced at managing a team with effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues. You’ll also have experience of working with vulnerable parents and/or children in a range of community settings and adept at delivering groupwork programmes.
A successful Support Worker will need a good understanding of domestic abuse and the impact on children and families (or an interest in working in this field), with experience of delivering groupwork programmes for vulnerable parents and/or children.

As the Data Operations Officer, your key purpose in post is to ensure efficient, compliant data management, and effective data processes. You will proactively support teams, find improvements, and push for efficiencies to allow Salesforce CRM system users to engage with and effectively manage our supporters. Oxfordshire Mind is seeking an exceptional Senior Service Manager to provide interim leadership for its Safe Haven service, a vital alternative to NHS mental health crisis support across Oxfordshire.

Contract: Fixed-term contract until April 2027

The Vacancy
We are currently recruiting an Education Programme Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract until April 2027, with the possibility of a contract extension depending on funding. We are also open to secondments for this role.
This role will manage the delivery of programmes within the Education, Early years and Equalities team at the National Children’s Bureau, fulfilling funded programmes relevant to disabled children and young people and those with special educational needs, and supporting our role within the Council for Disabled Children.
The role will contribute to the work of the Education, Early Years and Equalities team through delivery of programme activities, support to relevant professional networks and development of training and policy. Specifically, the role holder will manage the delivery of our EYSEND programme and elements of our SEND Systems Transformation projects.
