The Key Relationships programme sits at the heart of Greenpeace UK’s fundraising, securing the philanthropic investment that powers its campaigning work. The team raises around £15–16 million annually from major donors, trusts and foundations, and legacies, contributing significantly to the organisation’s wider fundraising income of approximately £37 million.

We are now seeking a Deputy Head of Major Gifts to play a pivotal role within this high-performing and evolving team. This is a newly created position, designed to increase capacity and support ambitious income growth, with significant scope for the successful candidate to shape and define the role.

Blending trusts and foundations with high-net-worth individual fundraising, this role will focus on building and stewarding a mixed portfolio of donors while strengthening Greenpeace UK’s climate philanthropy. It is a highly donor-facing position, suited to someone who thrives on relationship building and is motivated by the opportunity to drive meaningful income in support of urgent environmental change.

This is an exciting moment to join Greenpeace UK. Following a period of organisational change, this is a newly created role which will enable Greenpeace UK to meet ambitious growth in income and unlock opportunities to grow funding for climate campaigns in particular.

As Deputy Head of Major Gifts, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of major donors, trusts, and foundations giving £100,000+, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding long-term partnerships
• Personally secure six- and seven-figure gifts in support of Greenpeace UK’s strategic priorities
• Play a key role in strengthening Greenpeace UK’s climate philanthropy
• Develop and deliver compelling funding propositions aligned with Greenpeace’s strategic priorities
• Build and deepen relationships with key funders and prospects, increasing external engagement and visibility
• Contribute to prospecting strategy, identifying and progressing new opportunities across both T&F and HNWI audience
• Work collaboratively across fundraising, campaigns and communications to deliver integrated, high-impact fundraising approaches
• Act as a senior member of the team, contributing to planning, strategy and a strong, collaborative team culture

This role would suit a relationship-led fundraiser ready to step into a broader, more strategic position, or an experienced manager looking to deepen their impact across major gifts. You will thrive in a role with significant autonomy, confident operating in a fast-evolving environment and shaping both your own portfolio and the wider programme.

Essential skills and experience:

• A strong track record in high-value fundraising, across trusts & foundations (including family foundations) AND major donors
• The ability to work across a blended T&F and HNWI model, regardless of your core specialism
• Personally securing six-figure gifts from T&Fs and major donors
• Experience managing a portfolio of donors and funders within a complex, values-driven, or global organisation
• Proven success engaging senior stakeholders, including Board members, and philanthropic networks
• A proactive, self-starting approach, with the ability to shape a new role and drive activity forward
• Effective collaborator, able to work seamlessly across fundraising, campaigns, and international teams
• A commitment to Greenpeace’s mission, values and independence

Desirable:

• Experience of securing 7-figure gifts from trusts & foundations and/or major donors

The Human Resources Business Partner will lead all aspects of HR across ParalympicsGB and oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development (L&D) for a workforce of approximately 50 employees.

REPORTS TO: Head of Governance, Planning, and Risk

TYPE OF CONTRACT: 12-Month Fixed Term

SALARY BAND: £54,000 - £60,000 (Pro Rata) dependent on professional qualifications and experience

HOURS OF WORK: Part-Time, 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE). Fixed Working Days – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

LOCATION: London (Hybrid arrangements available in line with organisational policy).

This role is central to ensuring that ParalympicsGB maintains a positive, high performing culture, underpinned by effective people management, robust HR processes, and meaningful development opportunities for all staff.

Working three days per week (0.6 FTE), the postholder will act as the organisation’s primary HR contact, providing expert guidance to Directors, Heads of Department and Managers, and ensuring compliance with current UK employment legislation and best practice, supported by continuous professional development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Human Resources Management

· Serve as the first point of contact for all HR matters across the organisation, providing expert advice and support to managers on: employee relations, performance, conduct, absence, wellbeing, family-friendly accommodations (e.g. flexible working requests).

· Manage HR casework as it arises, ensuring timely, fair and legally compliant resolution.

· Ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding requirements and internal governance standards; appropriately maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee records.

· Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

· Support organisational initiatives related to inclusion, diversity, equality and accessibility.

· Identify organisational training needs and coordinate workshops, training sessions, and development opportunities; sourcing appropriate internal or external solutions as needed, supported by the Corporate Services team.

· Contribute to initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, staff engagement and wellbeing.

· Support workforce planning and organisational development projects.

· A recognised HR qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 5 or above).

· Significant experience in a similar HR Business Partner or HR Business Partner/L&D combined role.

Purpose of the Job

Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow (HFEH) Mind have an exciting opportunity to be part of our long-standing MHST. As one of a few Third Sector providers of MHSTs, we are looking for someone who is adaptable, compassionate and dedicated, especially in supporting children and young people who face inequity.

To be eligible for this role, you must have a registered core profession in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, Social worker, Therapist and must be registered with UK relevant professional body). You will have successfully completed the PG Certificate in Supervision for Children and Young People’s Mental Health or must be willing to complete this course as part of your employment with us, should the opportunity arise (with our support).

Working closely with schools in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, you will supervise and support a diverse staff team to deliver a large NHS contract. Your role will be to provide supervision and line management to staff, as well as delivering CBT based group and 1:1 interventions in schools.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisory, clinical and line management

· Supervise and line manage a team of mental health professionals and/or trainees based in schools.

· Work closely with the MHST Service Manager and Clinical Lead to ensure that the provision is high quality, clinically safe and reflects best practice.

· Ensure that the KPIs and objectives of the MHST, and individual objectives, are met by you and your team.

· Provide high-quality case-management support to your team

· Audit cases for quality and safeguarding purposes.

· Be the Duty Manager on a shared rota basis (up to 2 days per week).

· Assess and monitor risk and draw up appropriate risk management plans.  Develop your team to understand and manage appropriate levels of risk.

· Participate and deliver group clinical supervision and reflective practice sessions and provide training to the team.

· Supporting building on the existing programme and expanding the service into new schools using learning so far.

· Provide support for SMHPs and others in using CYP-MH compliant routine outcome measures.

· Use IAPTUS and HR based databases for effective case recording and management recording (e.g. 1:1s, probation reviews, annual appraisals).

· Understand and advise on safeguarding/clinical risk issues that may arise, following both organisational and school policies and procedures.

· Support staff to deliver tailored, appropriate services to a diverse range of children and families.

· Oversee the development of new resources (e.g.) to support young people who have disengaged from school or have additional needs.

· Participate in your own clinical supervision and line management, keep up to date with relevant policies and procedures and attend relevant training and CPD opportunities.

· Meet the requirements of your own professional body.

Delivery to School-aged Children and Young People and families

· Develop and deliver high quality interventions with children and young people that reflect the population of Hammersmith and Fulham, and adapt to meet individual needs.

· Support children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties and their families in the self-management of presenting difficulties. 

· Work in partnership with families to provide culturally appropriate psychological interventions.

· Hold a caseload, including more complex cases. Make referrals to appropriate agencies (e.g. CAMHS).

· Develop and help deliver workshops, groups and individual interventions for children and young people in schools, utilising CBT principles.

· Work with the Whole School Approach Lead and Clinical Lead to identify training and support needs for school staff and/or parents.

Person specification

Qualifications (Essential)

· Appropriately qualified and registered professional e.g.  EMHP, clinical or educational psychologist, systemic family therapist, psychotherapist, CBT therapist, Mental Health Nurse or social worker with CYP MH experience. 

· Evidence of continuing professional development as required by the BABCP/HCPC/UKCP/NMC/BACP/BPS/Social Work England.

· Registration with BPS or BABCP or equivalent.

Qualifications (desired)

· PG Certificate in Supervision for Children and Young People’s Services or willingness to work towards it if a suitable training opportunity arises.

· CBT/CYP IAPT qualification or similar

Experience

· A minimum of three years’ experience as a Child and Young Person’s Mental Health professional

· At least one year’s experience of supervising and case-managing practitioners

· Some line management experience

· Experience of delivering evidenced-based 1:1 and group CBT interventions for mild to moderate mental health issues (e.g. low mood and anxiety) to children

· A range of therapeutic skills and experience

· Experience of providing specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions with individuals and groups presenting with a range of needs.  

Knowledge/Skills

· Knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of specialised therapies for children and young people, and ability to apply this within a school setting

· Ability to line manage and supervise staff delivering mental health support within schools

· Advanced theoretical knowledge of psychosocial theories of mental health and the evidence base for delivery.

· An understanding of the complex factors that influence work at all levels within an education setting or relevant wider systems 

· Advanced knowledge of mental health assessments and ability to apply them meeting the needs of a diverse population.

· Knowledge of legislation in relation to the client group, of child and adult safeguarding, and equalities/diversity and inclusion.

· An ability to deliver culturally appropriate psychological interventions, and an ability to adapt delivery to meet the needs of the school communities we work in.

· Ability to select and administer a broad range of assessment tools, resources and frameworks to deliver high quality interventions and evaluate outcomes and progress of children and families.

· Excellent communication skills which enable you to be an effective supervisor and line manager, as well as supporting children, school staff and families.

· Well-developed IT skills and experience working with clinical databases such as IAPTUS.

· Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, balancing the needs of the schools and HFEH Mind.

· Ability to manage emotionally stressful situations and clinical risk, support staff in this, and to respond to the requirements of being duty manager.

About the role

London-based contract with the option of hybrid working between the office and home.

In this role your expertise in industrial relations and understanding of trade unions will be critical to the CSP as it supports physiotherapy and support staff in workplaces across the UK.

You will lead the CSP’s work on Job Evaluation — championing fair pay structures by representing the profession in the NHS Job Evaluation Group, as well as developing and sharing specialist knowledge in this area with staff and reps.

You will coordinate evidence-based responses to Government consultations related to the workplace, ensuring our members’ experiences and priorities cut through with decision makers and help shape CSP policy and strategy around employment matters.

Your research and policy work will underpin bargaining, campaigning and negotiations across local, regional, country and UK levels — turning evidence into influence to improve our members working lives.

You will make sure our reps have the right information at the right time by producing high‑quality materials that support recruitment, activism and workplace organising and you will provide clear, authoritative guidance on employment and union matters for members,

A core part of the role will be to produce a range of documents and materials, including reports; briefings/ guidance; consultation responses; speeches; articles; and text for leaflets, posters, in house journal and website. You will be adept at drafting to suit a range of print and digital channels and formats.

Working arrangements

Hybrid working

The CSP operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work between their home and the office. While we do not stipulate the number of days in the office, employees can decide, through discussions with their line managers, how, when, and where they work best, balancing the needs of the CSP, the team, and themselves. Employees are still expected to attend the office for in-person meetings when required for their role and the organisation. Overall purpose

The main purpose of this role is to support asylum seeking and refugee clients as part of a new statutory contract. You will work closely with the Client Services Manager to support clients to progress into relevant opportunities and signpost to appropriate services.

In summary this role will be responsible for:

· Managing a caseload of clients referred through the programme, supporting RWP clients into employment across GMCA boroughs.

· Supporting the Client Services Manager with data collection and reporting, within Breaking Barriers and across all delivery partners

We’re looking for a part-time Trusts Fundraising Officer to contribute their skills, experience, and personality to add value to our Trusts team within the Fundraising department at Blesma, The Limbless Veterans.

This home-based role is now available due to the current post holder moving on to new pastures. The Trust team has had incredible success in recent years, which we are eager to sustain and grow. The successful candidate will provide support to the Trusts Fundraising Manager and work alongside a fellow part-time Trusts Fundraising Officer within this ambitious team.

The role is a varied one, focusing on all aspects of the funding cycle – from identifying opportunities and building relationships, to writing compelling applications and providing high level stewardship. The team works collaboratively across the Association to ensure Blesma’s programmes and services can continue to help limbless veterans and their families.

Blesma is unique as a membership Association as well as a charity. Our Members are the heart of all our work – therefore, the impact of our fundraising is clearly visible in the experiences of our inspirational limbless veterans.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing to join the team and really drive our strategy, RBO for everyone, forwards. Across the four critical areas of artistic work, audiences, wider impact, and people & culture, we are seeking an exceptional individual who is passionate about ensuring the RBO is both a great place to work and to visit and who will champion access to our art forms. Reporting to our Chief People Officer you will lead transformative and ambitious ED&I and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, staff and artist networks and the wider arts sector. 

You will have worked at a senior level in other purpose-driven organisations and achieved success in partnership with multiple stakeholders. We’re looking for someone skilled in managing and delivering projects and who can use data and insights to make a real impact. You will also be a collaborative leader, with strong influencing skills, stakeholder management expertise and the ability to inspire and effect change. A genuine passion for creating a positive and inclusive culture to encourage all to thrive and reach their potential is essential.

Can you demonstrate any of the following: 

• Proven experience in leading and delivering ED&I and Wellbeing initiatives from inception, in a complex organisation.
• Evidence of continued professional development, particularly in relation to equality, diversity and inclusion expertise.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ED&I principles, key legislation, ED&I professional networks, and best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and experience in data analysis and reporting; including workforce, data governance/GDPR literacy, and Board level reporting.
• Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace using strategies to support belonging and psychological safety.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
