Our Customer Service Advisors are at the heart of what we do. The team is the first point of contact for our 200,000 customers. They count on us when they need support, and you will handle and solve their questions.

We have a Permanent opportunity to join our team in our Greenham Office. This role will be based on-site, and is not a hybrid role

The Role:

This role is in our alarm response centre operating a blue light service for our customers 24/7. As our Out of Hours Customer Service Advisor, you'll answer all incoming customer questions, and when needed make outgoing calls to customers.

You'll help with Housing, Repairs, Complaints, and other matters as needed, following Call Quality guidelines and aiming for resolution. Because of the shift times and transport links to Greenham, a full UK driving licence and your own transport is essential.

After training, you may need to work alone on night shifts to cover holidays or staff absence; escalation support is available 24/7.

Shifts: Monday to Thursday 10pm till 7.15am - 37 hours per week

We’re looking for a Legacy Campaign Manager, who will be responsible for delivering multiple legacy products, with a particular focus on delivering a first-class stewardship programme to our loyal supporters. 

What does this role involve?
As Legacy Campaign Manager, you will:

• work closely with external agencies to deliver key legacy products, including gifts in wills, In Memoriam gifts and our Canine Care Card,
• collaborate with other teams in the Individual Giving directorate to deliver an excellent supporter journey to all those who donate, from handling individual responses to delivering stewardship events,
• creatively bring our brand message to life, helping supporters understand the impact of their loyalty,
• monitor and analyse outcomes from projects, being on the ball and proactively identifying ways to improve and accelerate supporter experiences.

The Role

The Trust has grown significantly over the past five years, from a team of 30 staff in 2020 to almost 60 in 2026. The Team

The HR Assistant: Recruitment will join a small and dynamic team that covers Finance, Human Resources, IT and Business Operations. The Finance & Operations team play a critical role by running the day-to-day operations and providing the infrastructure that enables the continued delivery of the Trust’s mission and objectives. The role will report to the Senior Operations Manager and will work closely with colleagues both in Finance & Operations and across the wider Trust.

Main duties

Pre- and Post-Employment

• Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, e.g., ensuring completeness of recruitment documentation, coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates etc.

• Providing routine recruitment advice and support for hiring managers, with support from your line manager

• Supporting key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, induction, probation reviews and leavers' processes

• Maintaining an awareness of current employment trends, processes and best practice to support effective and inclusive recruitment and onboarding

HR Administration and Compliance

• Managing HR documentation, e.g., staff files, new starter contracts etc.

Person Specification

Job Description  

The Partnership Officer will be a key member of The Hygiene Bank’s income generation team and wider central team, with a responsibility to help meet the needs of our existing partnerships and support in fulfilling the charity’s income generation plans and strategy.

You will support the management of our brand partners, working with the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships. Your role will be to source new brand relationships, set up meetings for the team and support existing brand partnerships.

The Senior Community Fundraising & Events Coordinator will play a key role in growing and diversifying Brain Research UK’s community fundraising income and supporter engagement.

The Role

As the Payroll, Pension and Treasury Manager, you will lead our payroll, pension and treasury functions across the UK and overseas operations.

You will manage the preparation and processing of monthly payroll and pension activities for UK and overseas staff, ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements and supporting staff with payroll, pension and tax-related queries.

Alongside maintaining payroll systems and pension submissions, you will also provide reporting, audit support and process improvements to maximise efficiency and minimise risk.

The National Flood Forum (NFF) is seeking a dynamic, motivated individual for the role Head of Flood Support – Hybrid with significant travel in the UK. This role is to support our Flood Support Work, encompassing the delivery of a professional Helpline and Community based Flood Recovery activity.

Role Overview:

This role is a member of the organisation’s management team and has responsibility for the delivery of our flood support work. The postholder will lead the delivery of a professional helpline service and oversee reactive and proactive flood support services to communities and business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flood Support: Lead and manage high-quality proactive and reactive Flood Support Services for communities and businesses at risk of, and impacted by, flooding, including helpline & recovery services and management of the flood support vehicle. Ensure service quality through performance management, maintaining service consistency, maximising strategic impact, championing best practice, and delivering against objectives.
• Stakeholder relationships: Develop and maintain key partnerships with Risk Management authorities, (RMAs), and other stakeholders. Act as senior engagement lead, providing a clear escalation route and positioning National Flood Forum  as a trusted, informed critical friend for flooded communities.
• Research and Evidence: Oversee flood support research, collecting and evaluating evidence to strengthen advocacy. Provide insight to support policy and practice influence.
• Income: Identify, scope, and lead the development of high-quality engagement contracts, working with teams and management to prioritise and secure income.
• Political and Fundraising support: Provide data, case studies, and research to support political engagement and fundraising. Attend relevant meetings.

· People Management: Manage a matrix team, fostering collaboration, motivation, and development. Mentor team members and ensure skills and competence are maintained to achieve high performance

Experience and Qualifications required:

• Projects: Comprehensive experience of managing projects including able to analyse, diagnose problems  through to implementing effective solutions.

• Knowledge – Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and current practice.
• Staff management: Have previously directly managed staff.
• Qualifications - BTEC or NVQ4 or relevant experience in one or more relevant subjects e.g. environmental science, development, engagement.

North Paddington Foodbank (NPFB) is looking for a Triage Support Officer to join our innovative and vibrant team.

You will be the first point of contact for households in crisis situations, responsible for triaging referrals,
assessing eligibility, and ensuring residents are connected to the right support, through Crisis & Resilience
or alternative pathways.

A key part of the role is working closely with the Senior Caseworker, ensuring a strong pipeline from
triage into intensive casework. You will gather high-quality information, prepare referrals, and support
a seamless handover so that households can move quickly from crisis support into longer-term

We’re recruiting an Events Coordinator to help run our city-centre climate action hub, called Imagine Leeds. Imagine Leeds is an innovative venue where people come together to plan and take action on climate, nature and social justice. It is part of the Climate Action Leeds Network, which was established in 2020.

This post is part of a three-year funding package of £493,000 to support community climate action in Leeds. The funding comes from the National Lottery, Leeds Community Foundation, Bunzl, the University of Leeds and North Star Coffee Roasters. Climate Action Leeds is run by a partnership made up of Voluntary Action Leeds and Leeds Love It Share It CIC.

We are looking for a hard working person who is experienced in organising and delivering events, so we can run an engaging series of events on topics relating to sustainability and social justice.

The successful candidate will help coordinate the day to day activities at Imagine Leeds. The venue provides space for events, meetings, co-working, exhibitions and networking. The successful candidate will contribute to the effective running of this well-loved venue, ensuring that it can continue to serve Leeds’ vibrant community of changemakers and facilitate engagement with thousands of people across the city.

Key outcomes for this role are:

• Bringing together a range of people and organisations to contribute to our mission imagining (and then creating) a more sustainable Leeds, that is zero carbon, nature friendly and socially just. 

  • Organising a minimum of 1 event each month, attracting at least 20 attendees.

• Contributing to the smooth and professional running of Imagine Leeds to help build its reputation as a valuable institution for the city.

• Supporting the mission to find a permanent home for Imagine Leeds.

Duties and responsibilities

• Events organising

  • Organising regular events at Imagine Leeds to bring people together to discuss the future of the city.

• Communications and displays

• Venue support and evaluation

• Facilities and operations

As a leading legal and policy expert, you will play a central role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government ministers and officials, parliamentarians, the judiciary, service delivery organisations, civil society partners and people with lived experience of the justice system. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will help shape advocacy and influencing strategies designed to drive legal and policy reform across the UK. 

You will oversee the planning, delivery and resourcing of JUSTICEʼs legal and policy work, ensuring strong project management, effective budget oversight and timely reporting on risks, progress and impact. You will also contribute to organisational sustainability by identifying funding opportunities and supporting fundraising efforts, recognising the importance of sustainable resourcing to the charityʼs long-term success.
