As our Communications and Fundraising Coordinator you will lead on the management and growth of Mid Kent Mind’s social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), developing engaging content that raises the profile of the charity and connects with a range of audiences.

You will lead on delivering individual giving programmes, including regular giving, one-off donation campaigns, and donor stewardship communications.

You will create, schedule and monitor social media content in line with Mid Kent Mind’s brand guidelines, using scheduling and analytics tools to optimise performance.

You will support the development of website content including news articles, blog posts, service information pages, and fundraising campaign pages.

You will help to develop and distribute donor communications including thank-you messages, and impact updates using email marketing platforms.

You will assist with the creation of marketing materials across digital and print channels - including digital graphics, leaflets, posters, and e-newsletters to support campaigns, fundraising events and services.

The Community Education and Prevention Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for Women and Girls Network’s (WGN) Community Education and Prevention work, shaping how we deliver prevention, engagement and survivor participation across London in response to Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).

As Community Education and Prevention Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team working across community outreach, prevention education and survivor involvement. You will ensure all work is grounded in Black feminist, intersectional, trauma-informed and anti-racist practice, and that survivor experience is central to how programmes are designed, delivered and developed.

You will oversee a portfolio of work delivered across key partnerships, including initiatives focused on Black and Global Majority young women, pan-London sexual violence prevention collaboration, and WGN’s wider survivor participation and engagement activity.

This role brings together strategic leadership, team management, service development and external collaboration to strengthen WGN’s impact, reach and influence within the sector.

This role is offered on a part-time basis (3 days / 21 hours per week).

As the Community Education and Prevention Manager, you will:

Founded in 2015, our client is an impactful charity that helps care-experienced young people to make a successful transition from the care system into their first homes, build solid foundations and thrive.

About the role:

This is a hybrid role, working from home with travel to the Victim Support office in Islington. As the Criminal Justice Domestic Abuse Service Manager, you will:

• effectively manage and develop a high quality, innovative and pro-active domestic abuse team.
• Work in partnership with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met.
• Develop and maintain effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse.

• Provide a single point of proactive and regular contact for a range of professionals involved in the case of the service user.

About the role

As Senior Special Events Manager, you will lead the delivery of one of the most exciting and fast-growing special events portfolios in the charity sector. This is a nine-month parental cover role, offering the opportunity to work with leading artists, performers, chefs, philanthropists and high-profile supporters to create unforgettable experiences that raise vital funds to end homelessness. From exclusive culinary experiences through Together at the Table and a star-studded festive production of A Christmas Carol, to building on the success of previous music fundraising initiatives with Coldplay's Chris Martin and Jonny Buckland, you'll help deliver a programme designed to inspire audiences and bring supporters closer to Crisis' mission.

At the heart of the portfolio is HOME: Reframed, an ambitious new art auction event that will bring together artists, collectors, philanthropists and supporters around a shared vision of ending homelessness. This flagship launch will carry a six-figure income target and play a central role in the future growth of the programme.

Working collaboratively across Crisis and with a wide range of external partners, you will create exceptional supporter experiences that deepen engagement, inspire action and generate significant income. You'll bring together people from different sectors and backgrounds, ensuring people with lived experience of homelessness are genuinely at the heart of our events programme and the stories we share, while helping shape the future of a growing portfolio with huge potential.

• You've delivered standout events, experiences or engagement programmes that have brought people together and achieved measurable results.
• You're as comfortable building relationships with major supporters, artists, sponsors and senior stakeholders as you are managing the detail needed to make an event a success.
• You combine creativity with strong commercial awareness and have experience delivering income, revenue, sponsorship or fundraising targets.

Fundraising Officer, Peterborough Cathedral — £32,000

Peterborough Cathedral is at a genuinely exciting turning point. We're delivering an ambitious Strategic Review and Masterplan, and moving fundraising away from reactive, crisis-driven appeals towards something more strategic and sustainable, built on real relationships, better systems and disciplined stewardship. This role sits right at the heart of that shift, and whoever joins us now will help shape how it's done for years to come.

You don't need to have worked in fundraising before. We're looking for someone who knows how to build trust and manage relationships, whether that's come from sales, account management, hospitality, events, customer service, education, local government or anywhere else people-focused. If you can communicate clearly, stay organised under competing priorities, and genuinely care about doing right by the people you work with, we can teach you the fundraising craft. Full training, a structured induction and regular one-to-one support from our Head of Fundraising are all part of the package.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Looking after our donors, helping deliver our Stewardship Plan so supporters feel valued and connected, managing day-to-day donor communications, keeping our CRM in good shape, and supporting legacy and planned-giving work.
• Helping us win grants, with full training and support, you'll help prepare applications to funders like the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Historic England and the Cathedral Sustainability Fund, research new opportunities, and help build compelling cases for support.
• Building corporate and civic relationships, connecting the Cathedral with businesses and partners across the city and beyond.
• Working across the whole Cathedral community, from Finance and Marketing to Visitor Experience, Music, Learning and Worship, because fundraising here isn't a siloed function, it's woven into everything we do.

We know brilliant fundraisers come from all kinds of backgrounds, so if you don't tick every box on the person spec, we'd still love to hear from you. What matters most is your attitude, your communication skills and your willingness to learn, and a sympathy with the Cathedral's Christian ethos and values.
