The Clink Charity, founded in 2009, aims to prevent and reduce reoffending through training, reintegration, and support. We deliver hospitality and horticulture training behind the prison walls and in the community by creating an environment where our students are supported to gain the skills, confidence and qualifications they need to rebuild their lives.

Since that time, we have trained approximately 5,000 people in prison and delivered 2,600 City & Guilds qualifications in a variety of hospitality and food courses.

What makes The Clink so unique is our post-release support and mentoring programme that reintegrates an offender back into society through assistance with health and mental health issues, housing, employment, family connections and friendships.

The charity operates an award-winning fine-dining restaurant open to the public inside HMP Brixton, training kitchens in the prison estate, horticulture projects at HMP Send and HMP Erlestoke, a commercial bakery in Brixton, and a bespoke delivery service, Catered by Clink.

Additionally, Clink Events is our social enterprise catering business with food produced by the women in HMP Downview and also in an additional kitchen at Herne Hill and then served by alumni on front of house at some of the best venues in London including: the Guildhall, the Science Museum, Cutty Sark, Kew Gardens and the Camden Roundhouse. In 2025, across 239 events, The Clink fed 43,000 people.

About The Role

Working pattern: Full time, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, 3-4 days in the office, or on site at projects in prison or in the community.

Our Head of Fundraising & Brand is a vital leadership role within The Clink Charity, responsible for securing the income, profile and partnerships needed to sustain and grow our life-changing work.

This is a broad and influential role, providing strategic leadership across fundraising, communications, marketing and brand. Working within our portfolio of prison and community-based projects, the postholder will help ensure that The Clink's impact is communicated in a compelling and consistent way to funders, supporters, partners and the wider public, while developing sustainable income streams to support our long-term ambitions.

Building on The Clink's strong reputation and proven impact, the Head of Fundraising & Brand will lead the development and delivery of a fundraising and communications strategy that extends beyond grants to encompass major donors, corporate partnerships, individual giving, events and other income opportunities. Through powerful storytelling, audience growth and brand development, they will increase awareness of our work, strengthen engagement with key stakeholders and create new opportunities for fundraising, partnerships and commercial income generation.

Working closely with the Chief Executive, Director of Finance & Resources and senior leadership team, the postholder will lead and develop a talented fundraising and marketing team, cultivate strategic relationships and identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

As The Clink continues to expand its reintegration, training and employment programmes, this role will play a central part in securing the resources needed to support that growth, strengthen our brand and increase engagement with our mission to reduce reoffending.

A Little About You

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising and Income Generation

· Develop and deliver a multi-stream fundraising strategy that supports The Clink Charity's growth and long-term sustainability.

· Use brand identity to drive sales.

· Lead income generation activity across trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, individual giving, events and other fundraising streams.

· Use communications to create income from marketing of our commercial products and services e.g. bakery, restaurant, café, events.

Essential

· Significant experience in fundraising, income generation and fundraising strategy development.

Job Title: Audio Producer – Fundraising Projects

Salary: £38,000 (£22,800 pro rata) per annum

Premier, Europe’s largest Christian Media organisation, is seeking an experienced Audio Producer to join our team to focus on fundraising projects. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our mission to connect people with God through media. You will help drive the success of Premier’s on-air fundraising campaigns and our Charity of the Year appeals, by producing compelling editorial content and messaging.  You will be expected to help shape live and optimise appeals that inspire and encourage our listeners to engage with the appeal and campaign messages.

You will collaborate with presenters, stakeholders, and clients to ensure every broadcast is compelling, high quality and strategically aligned with Premier’s mission and goals.

This role is key to delivering powerful stories and impact audio, supporting our fundraising goals and upholding Premier’s commitment to excellence and compliance – enabling the ministry to engage audiences and secure vital support for it’s ongoing work. Role Overview

 

· Audio production: You will take the lead in producing and directing both live and pre-recorded content for fundraising appeals across Premier’s three stations, working closely with presenters and internal stakeholders to deliver engaging and emotionally resonant broadcasts.

About the Role

As a Senior Administrator you will manage a team of five administrators known locally as 'Service Delivery Assistants' to oversee the support to the Kent and Medway Victim Support Operational Teams including the Triage and Early Intervention team, the Multi Crime Service Case Workers and the Specialist Services Case Workers (Stalking, Hate Crime and Child and Young Persons)

You will manage performance and staff motivation, ensuring that the administration function operates effectively and efficiently carrying out tasks as directed by the Operations Manager. The post holder will need to be flexible and prepared to meet conflicting work demands, prioritise workloads and ensure timeframes are met whilst ensuring attention to detail.

ABOUT SUZY LAMPLUGH TRUST: 

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust was established in memory of Suzy Lamplugh, a young estate agent who tragically disappeared while at work in 1986 and was later declared deceased in 1993. Created to honour Suzy’s legacy, the Trust aims to empower individuals and organisations to take a stand against abuse, aggression, and violence in all forms, supporting safety in both personal and professional lives.

Role overview: 

This is a new and developing service focused on increasing accessibility to stalking support for underrepresented and marginalised communities across London.  The postholder will play a key role in designing, embedding, and delivering this community-based model, working closely with community groups, partners, and volunteers whilst holding a small caseload leading to building trusted pathways into service for communities that may face barriers to accessing traditional support. 

The role will oversee two key initiatives: 

1. Community First Responders:  Trained volunteers with lived and/or professional experience (including LGBTQ+ communities, racially minoritised groups, victims with disabilities, neurodivergent individuals, and those with other accessibility needs) who provide face-to-face stalking support and awareness across London. 

2. Community Champions: Staff/volunteers within third-party organisations within the London ecosystem of service providers who are trained to provide first-responder level support within their own communities. 

The role builds and manages networks of community champions and first responders while holding a reduced advocacy caseload. 

Initially office-based (London) for 3 months to support a meaningful induction, moving to a blended working model (40% office / 60% home).

This is a varied role supporting a wide range of development activities across the College. It provides an opportunity to develop experience in fundraising, donor engagement, stewardship, communications and administration within a busy and collaborative team. 

The role is based in Edinburgh with flexibility for hybrid working. Occasional travel and out-of-hours working may be required to support events and College activities.

You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Educated to Higher/A-Level, HNC or equivalent level, you will have experience in an administrative or support role and be confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. 

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to work collaboratively as part of a team. An interest in philanthropy, fundraising or the charitable sector would be advantageous, although prior experience is not essential. 

This role may particularly appeal to individuals looking to develop a career in fundraising, philanthropy or stakeholder engagement, as well as those seeking to apply their administrative skills within a purpose-driven organisation. 

Service Manager​

Salary: £19,752 pro rata (£29,628 FTE) £15.19 per hour

Every day, elderly and vulnerable residents across the Arun District rely on Arun Community Transport to get to their doctors, hospitals and social activities. For many of them, our volunteer drivers are more than transport, they are a lifeline.​

We are looking for a Service Manager to take overall operational responsibility for our busy office and the service that makes this possible every morning. This is a hands-on, varied role with genuine community impact. You will oversee our booking and transport management system, ensure vehicles and drivers are safe and compliant, look after our members and their experience of the service, and lead a small, dedicated team of paid staff and volunteers.​

No two days are alike. You will need to be organised, calm under pressure and someone who genuinely cares about the work we do. In return you will join a passionate, community-rooted organisation and play a central role in keeping it running.​

What you will be doing​

• Taking overall operational responsibility for the service, including scheduling, compliance, systems and member experience

• Leading our Administrator and a team of office and driver volunteers

• Overseeing our booking and transport management system, ensuring it runs effectively and that all records are accurate

• Keeping our Wheelchair Accessibility Vehicle and all driver vehicles safe, insured and compliant

• Working closely with the CEO to develop and improve the service

The Royal College of Ophthalmologists (RCOphth) is a membership organisation and the voice of the profession, with over 4,750 members in the UK and overseas. Our role is to champion the specialty, set standards of training and practice, and influence change to make a difference to the lives of patients with eye conditions.

Job Purpose  

The Director of Finance and Operations plays an important role within the College, providing strategic leadership, oversight and development of a portfolio of corporate support functions. This includes finance, membership, HR, IT and facilities. 

This role has responsibility for a team of 8 members of staff and also forms a key part of our Senior Leadership Team, taking corporate responsibility for the overall direction and operational management of the College. 

Main responsibilities 

1. To lead the strategic and operational management of our finance function 

• Provide strategic leadership and quality assurance for the annual budgeting and forecasting process, delivered by the Financial Controller and finance team 

• Review and challenge monthly management accounts, forecasts and financial performance reports prepared by the Financial Controller, working closely with budget holders

• Present financial reports and analysis to the Finance Committee and Board of Trustees to underpin informed discussion and decision-making

• Oversee, develop and maintain effective finance systems to reflect best practice and to help ensure timely and accurate figures  

• Provide assurance to the Chief Executive and Trustees that appropriate systems and controls are in place to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements 

• Provide executive oversight of the annual audit and statutory reporting process led by the Financial Controller, including the production of the annual report, working closely with auditors and ensuring that any management control points are implemented promptly 

• Lead trustee engagement on investment strategy and monitor investment performance 

• Support the operation of the College’s trading subsidiary 

• Co-ordinate the College’s use of restricted funds, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

2. To foster individual and organisational development

• Monitor and develop our organisational culture, championing our values at every opportunity 

• Empower staff and teams to actively inform the direction of the College and our activities 

• Oversee the delivery of our equity, diversity and inclusion strategy, evaluating progress against key metrics 

• Support the implementation and delivery of our new strategy from 2027.

3. To oversee other areas of our corporate support function 

• Oversee our membership strategy to support sustained growth, identifying new opportunities to develop our offer to UK and international members 

• Lead on operational and contractual efficiencies and service improvement programmes including IT and facilities management, ensuring the smooth running of the organisation, raising productivity, and delivering value for money 

• Oversee all aspects of our HR function, including learning and development, in line with our values and behaviours framework, and new organisational strategy from 2027. 

• Oversee the robust management of risk, data protection, and health & safety compliance. 

4. To lead the department

• Lead and support the team, including through the identification and delivery of professional development opportunities 

• Establish individual and team objectives linked to our strategic priorities, monitoring and holding colleagues to account for delivery 

• Share key updates with the team on a regular basis and champion the department’s work internally 

• Ensure rigorous financial management and long-term forecasting to ensure departmental and College-wide sustainability 

• Support and provide strategic insight to committees, including the Board of Trustees and Finance Committee 

• Establish appropriate structures and processes to drive forward key projects, including collaborative working across the College and evaluating success against identified metrics. 

5. To be an active member of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

• Provide leadership and support across the organisation, ensuring consistency of operation, high standards of service and driving a one-team approach 

• Agree organisation-wide policies and procedures and ensure their correct implementation 

• Assume corporate responsibility for trustee and senior leadership decisions

• A CCAB-qualified accountant, with at least five years of experience in a senior leadership role 

• Detailed knowledge of charity financial management, budget preparation and reporting, risk, GDPR and health and safety 

• Experience of leading successful growth, such as through the delivery of a membership or fundraising strategy, alongside high levels of organisational productivity and efficiency 

• Experience of delivering against challenging performance targets, and of managing others to do so

The Befriending Coordinator is responsible for delivering a structured, outcome-focused befriending service for older residents experiencing loneliness, social isolation, poor wellbeing, and complex life circumstances. Using a strengths-based and person-centred approach, the coordinator will manage a caseload of residents, coordinate support interventions, develop partnership pathways, and ensure residents are connected to appropriate community and wellbeing services. The role combines direct client support, partnership working, volunteer coordination, safeguarding oversight, monitoring, and outcome measurement to improve independence, confidence, wellbeing, and community engagement for Westminster residents.
