The Role

This is an exciting new role in a newly created team, formed to acquire strategic corporate partnerships and community connections. Main responsibilities will include:

• Developing a robust pipeline of future support focussing on high value relationships.
• Delivering engagement strategies and products to enhance the conversion rate of your pipeline.
• Developing and delivering a relationship stewardship plan for all corporate partners.
• Delivering an individual income target.
• Tracking and monitoring income and pipeline values to support with forecasting and budgeting.

The Person

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic person with excellent communication and relationship building skills. You should be excited by the prospect of building a new pipeline and portfolio of corporate partners and be confident stewarding relationships in this space. 

You must be able to work flexibly to maximise opportunities across Scotland, and have the initiative and ability to work with autonomy. Previous experience in fundraising is desirable; however, we are also keen to speak with people who also have the knowledge and experience in building relationships and are keen to transfer this skillset into the rewarding world of fundraising!

Working arrangements

This is a fixed term contract covering an internal secondment.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office. 
 
At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, approximately three days a week. Working hours needed to deliver these services are 35 hours per week covering a rota schedule (the team cover 8am to 6pm every day).
 
The role will also participate in a weekend cover rota allowing service to our shops and stores to be delivered. This will be in the region of 1 weekend in 4-6.
 
About you

With previous service desk experience, having working in the SD environment previously, you'll have excellent customer service and communication skills, being used to working in a busy service desk team. You'll also have excellent telephone and customer handling skills to back up your technical and fault diagnosis experience. 

You’ll have strong troubleshooting skills, keeping the Customer informed of progress against their respective issues, ensuring an effective follow-up to ensure all service has been delivered and completed to the Customer's satisfaction.

With good knowledge of Windows OS (Win 10 and above), you’ll also have knowledge of LAN/WAN networking essentials and extensive experience of MS Office suite of Applications (2010 and above). You’ll have previous experience with administration of Users within Active Directory and Remote Support Tools (i.e. VNC, RDP etc.).

You'll have good knowledge of ticket and case management techniques, able to manage your own queues and workload to meet demand. You’ll be able to remain calm and focused, and will have strong organisational skills, able to use prioritisation and escalation techniques, and able to develop strong working relationships with the team and contacts across the organisation.

At the Guide Dogs our Access Assistants help our employees to live the life they choose by working as a driver and support worker to enable the person supported to carry out their duties efficiently and effectively. This role will include driving daily, working closely with the Habilitation Specialist. You will ideally be located within a 30-minute commute of NG9, use of vehicles will be discussed in more detail at interview. You’ll be working 22 hours per week and the majority of hours are likely to be spread across 3 days between 9am to 5pm. However, there may be some flexibility around how hours can be split, which we are happy to discuss at interview.

The Access Assistant will be confident when driving to new and unfamiliar locations and will possess strong written skills, including the ability to take accurate notes and keep clear records. They should be comfortable using basic IT tools such as email, word processing, and data entry programs. The role requires someone who can follow verbal instructions and work independently once tasks have been explained. Reliability and good time management are important, as is the physical ability to lift and carry items when needed.

Previous experience working with individuals who have physical or sensory processing access needs would be beneficial, as would familiarity with accessibility software or adapting digital and printed content. Experience supporting professional or training events may also be useful.

The successful candidate will approach their work with a calm, friendly, and respectful manner, maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality. They should be adaptable, open to varied tasks, and comfortable working one-to-one or in unfamiliar environments. Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

• Provide tailored, high-quality stewardship to a range of large and medium-sized Trusts & Foundations.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and build relationships with new Trusts and Foundations to further grow this income stream.
• Prioritise research to constantly develop future pipeline.
• Work with Head of Philanthropy and other senior stakeholders in engaging potential funders and managing strategic Trusts & Statutory partners.

Write applications and reports

• Develop compelling funding applications for Trusts and occasionally statutory funders, articulating Resurgo's vision and strategy to persuasively engage new donors with a focus on raising five and six-figure grants.
• Stay ahead of sector trends, media, and political context to market Resurgo's interventions in a compelling way.
• Develop general communications on the work of Resurgo to inspire and update our Trust audience.
• Produce reports and updates on the impact of our work for funders in a timely manner. 

Data Management and Monitoring

• Update our internal database (Salesforce) with all donor interactions, donations and other details ina timely and efficient manner and with strong attention to detail, and analyse data to give insights' and drive future activity.
• Manage the Trusts & Foundations and Statutory pipelines and report on income and other KPIs, and ensure Trusts & Foundations team meets monthly targets and deadlines.

Line Management

• Actively manage and develop the Trusts & Foundations Executive to help them grow personally and in their role.

BACCH Education and Training Administrator

The BACCH Education and Training Administrator is a newly created role supporting the British Association for Community Child Health (BACCH), a specialty group of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. This role will take the lead on setting up and delivering educational courses and events for clinicians working in Community Child Health, including webinars, regional events, and the BACCH Annual Scientific Meeting.

Reporting to the BACCH Executive Officer, you will coordinate the development of a structured education and training offer, manage logistics for online and in-person courses, and support initiatives such as trainee-led learning and paid short courses. You will also support BACCH’s six affiliated specialist groups with administrative and event coordination as needed.

The role requires a highly organised and self-motivated individual with experience in event planning, digital platforms, and administrative systems. You’ll also maintain contact databases, filing systems, and internal procedures, while providing occasional cover for the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting educational events or working in professional membership organisations, along with strong communication, planning and IT skills. A background in healthcare, training, or children’s services and knowledge of website or budget management is desirable

ST ALDATES and ACT CHARITY

St Aldates’ vision is to invite people to encounter Jesus, equip people to follow Jesus in every area of their lives, and envision people to transform their communities. We are pioneering new ways of discipling people to make a difference in every area of their lives. A vibrant church with a congregation of 1200+, we are passionate about connecting with and supporting people who are street homeless and those in or leaving local prisons.

As a city centre church, working alongside people who are poor or marginalised is a key part of our ministry and is carried out largely through Aldates Community Transformation Initiatives (ACT). ACT’s welcoming community offers support designed to help people find belonging, purpose and hope, which is carefully shaped to fit each individual’s needs. This includes street and prison outreach, community meals, mentoring and supported housing. 

ACT is a registered charity with a board of trustees drawn from within the church, including the Rector. We are a growing charity with seven salaried staff, and over 65 local volunteers. Staff are employed by St Aldates PCC and seconded to the ACT Charity.

At the heart of the charity is our ACT Family, a group of individuals living in our supported houses, and at varying stages of journeying towards independent living. We engage with these individuals on a relational basis through three main areas of support:

A community: regular opportunities to gather including a weekly breakfast and Bible study, small groups, social and vocational events, and an annual retreat.

A home: a safe, stable place in one of 11 ACT-managed properties in the city, and sustained 1:1 support from the team.

A mentor: regular sessions with a trained mentor to enable people to grow in confidence, skills and aspiration, including support to volunteer, study or find employment.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Progression Coordinator is responsible for engaging directly with our core ACT Family residents of supported ACT houses and inspiring their ongoing development. A large part of this will be helping them develop the skills needed so they can move towards living independently. 

 Key Duties

The role is split into two key areas:

Support, coaching and progression for individuals living in our ACT houses:

• Working alongside the Housing Manager to build relationships with the ACT Family
• Inspiring residents to explore a pathway towards independent living
• Establishing Personal Development Plans (PDPs) in response to the needs of each individual
• Administratively holding and monitoring the progress of the PDPs
• Conducting regular reviews with each resident and updating PDPs accordingly
• Giving regular progress reports to the Housing Manager and Head of ACT 
• Managing relationships with all mentors, including monitoring their engagement with the ACT Family and identifying any opportunities or risks
• Organising mentor training and events as required
• Identifying training and deploying new mentors as required
• Maintaining relationships with ACT Family members who are moving out of ACT houses, ensuring they are equipped and supported as they move on
• Providing ad-hoc cover and support for the Housing Manager as required (e.g. holiday and sickness cover, as well as picking up some day-to-day tasks if required)

Outward engagement into the wider community:

• Ongoing engagement and relationship-building with the wider housing and charity sector in and around Oxford
• Creating strategic industry connections that help implement the PDPs, including but not limited to private landlords and agencies able to support progression out of ACT houses 
• Building connections with local employers willing and able to train or employ the residents
• Developing connections with local educational and vocational organisations able to support the residents
• Managing relevant existing relationships with local agencies as required
• Developing an active understanding of issues related to housing in Oxford 
• Exploring and communicating any new initiatives or practices to support the role, or the wider activities of the charity

Person specification

Essential criteria

• Professional qualifications or professional experience in an area directly relevant to the role, e.g. Social Work, Occupational Health, Probation, Housing, Nursing/Mental Health, Therapy, Coaching
• Understanding of and experience working with marginalised adults, particularly former prisoners or homeless people
• Experience of managing projects and organising events
• Willingness to learn about housing, safeguarding, homelessness, rehabilitation of offenders, probation, state benefits, substance abuse, mental health and other relevant topics

We are recruiting a Money Adviser (or Trainee Money Adviser) to provide debt advice and casework to residents living within our funder’s area of benefit in North Camden. You will support clients via a mix of telephone, digital, and face-to-face appointments, helping them address complex debt problems and improve their financial wellbeing.

You’ll provide advice on the full range of debt issues – helping clients reduce their debts, increase their income, and gain the confidence to manage their money effectively. You’ll work towards achievable targets and high-quality standards, maintain accurate case records, contribute to local outreach work, and support clients in accessing income maximisation opportunities including benefits, grants and cost reductions.

Who we’re looking for

Experienced Money Adviser

We’re seeking an experienced adviser with:

• At least two years’ recent debt advice casework experience
• Ideally, the Certificate in Money Advice Practice (CertMAP) and
• Approval as a Debt Relief Order (DRO) intermediary
• Confidence in managing complex cases and working to quality standards

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. The Role

As a Junior Technical Support Engineer, you will provide essential first-line IT support to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure across multiple sites.

Catch22 are excited to be recruiting for a specialist Women & Girls Case worker for our new Home Office Funded County Lines Support and Rescue Service.

The Case Worker role will undertake 121 work with young people under 25yrs old and will specialise in working with female young people within the service.

County Lines Support Service A specialist support service for under 25’s and their families who are criminally exploited through county lines in London, the West Midlands, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.

Rescue Service a rescue service with out of hours capacity to facilitate the safe return home, at a critical teachable moment, of under 25’s from London, the West Midlands, Merseyside and Greater Manchester where they are identified outside of their home police force area in connection with county lines.

Some of your day-to-day tasks will be:

Provide one to one, end to end, appropriate support, and interventions to a pre-defined case load of female young people involved in County Lines activity (and their families where appropriate) who are referred by means of effective assessment, care planning and risk management
Act as the single point of contact and specialist in the region for women and girls involved in County Lines activity. Attend multi-agency meetings and engage with key stakeholders to raise awareness of the distinct needs and circumstances of women and girls and how the service can support them.  Act as point of contact in the region for our partners, providing gender based training, awareness and developing a differentiated offer to improve the impact and effectiveness of services for women and girls involved in County Lines Activity.
Proactively and continually assess and manage risk of caseload, using internal and external safeguarding procedures for escalation and where necessary and adapting case management frequency and methodology to reflect the individual needs and circumstances of young people.
To ensure that the diverse needs and aspirations of all groups of service users are considered in service planning and delivery and to enable all service users to fulfil their potential.
Liaise effectively with local partner organisations and other relevant agencies to ensure effective referrals, care and risk management as well as ease of transition and referral for young people and to promote the continued joint work of the service and other partners. Act as a sub-regional or district single point of contact where required.

This post will involve travel across the regional area, the ability be on call on a rota system and occasional evening and weekend working.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a related field such as youth work, community work, health & social care, or a similar discipline.

Experience working directly with young people (aged 8–25) and their families, particularly those identified as vulnerable or with complex needs.

A strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by young women and girls affected by exploitation and County Lines activity.

Proven experience of multi-agency working, ideally with Children’s Services, Youth Justice, or other statutory and voluntary organisations.

Knowledge of risk and vulnerability issues affecting young people, and the ability to assess and manage these risks appropriately.

Ability to deliver one-to-one and group interventions, and to adapt engagement strategies to meet individual needs.

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to maintain accurate records using data management systems.

Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as part of an on-call rota.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Purpose of the role:

The Junior Salesforce Administrator role supports the effective use and ongoing development of the Churchill Fellowship’s Salesforce CRM platform and related applications. We run the Churchill Fellowships, a unique programme that supports UK citizens to find new solutions worldwide for today’s most pressing challenges.

Every year we fund over 100 new Fellows to discover the latest ideas and best practice in any practical issue they care passionately about, anywhere in the world. The topics they explore cover every aspect of society and are often informed by their own lived experience. Working for The Churchill Fellowship

• Salary c. £32,500-£35,000 per annum (5 days per week / 36.5 hours)

Standard working hours are 36.5 hours a week 9.30am until 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and from 9.30am until 4.00pm on Friday, including a paid lunch break of one hour.

We have embraced the benefits of working from home and at the same time, we value the contribution of face-to-face contact in building teamwork, collaborating with your colleagues, exchanging ideas and know-how, and for work efficiency. We therefore operate a hybrid working policy, where staff can work from home if they wish, however everyone is required to work in the office a minimum of 1 to 2 days a week with Tuesdays as the core day for regular whole team meetings.

Recruitment Process

We hope to meet initially with as many candidates as possible, however where demand is unusually high, we may not be able to meet everyone.

If your skills and experience are relevant to the role, you will likely meet with a member of the HR Team to talk through any questions you may have, and for us to find out a bit more about you.

You will then be asked to submit a technical task, for review by the panel prior to selecting the shortlisted candidates for interview, further details will be provided in the initial conversation.

Once the advertising has closed, we will invite the shortlisted candidates to a formal in-person interview on the 15th July 2025, with the view to appointing the Junior Salesforce Administrator as soon as possible after that.  The successful candidate will ideally start in September 2025.
