The Art School is now seeking a Development and External Relations Manager to drive forward its activities in these areas in accordance with the Art School’s strategy and targets. An opportunity has arisen for a lead Support worker to work within our Sanctuary crisis intervention and prevention service, based in Fore Street in Enfield. We act as a short-term A&E and Emergency services alternative, providing support to individuals in the Enfield Borough aged 18+.
This role is to provide leadership and support to the Sanctuary team on shift. The role will:
- Lead shifts during the week, providing support to team members via case management support, escalation, Health and Safety guidance

Position summary
SAT-7 is currently looking to recruit a Development Officer to join SAT-7s Development Department.
The purpose of SAT-7 is to provide Christian television and digital media services to support the work and witness of the church in the Middle East and North Africa.
SAT-7’s Development department works with projects to address often controversial issues in the MENA region such as disability, discrimination, limited educational opportunities, women’s and children’s rights through the TV-programs and through on the ground partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the activities of SAT-7 PARS, SAT-7’s Farsi speaking channel, including the drafting of fundraising proposals.
Summary of key responsibilities
- Development of fundraising proposals for SAT-7 PARS’ channel projects in cooperation with all relevant SAT-7 stakeholders
- Conduct frequent MENA context analysis with special focus on the situation for Christians, FoRB, women, children, disabilities, education etc.
- Monitoring and managing the correct implementation of the projects (scope, budget, schedule, quality etc.)

The Senior Grants Officer (Business Development) will join ClientEarth’s thriving and growing Business Development team. A key role for securing new grant income, the postholder will play a crucial part in the research and cultivation of potential new funder relationships, and will develop and submit winning funding proposals to trusts, foundations and institutional donors.
They will manage their own portfolio of prospective funders, and undertake detailed prospect research into the foundation donor market whilst liaising with ClientEarth’s global teams across different programme areas and geographies. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, they will identify potential alignment with ClientEarth’s strategic priorities and inform decision-making in relation to funding opportunities.

In this role, you will be managed by Alex Wright. A fundraiser for over 12 years, Alex previously worked for a range of national music charities and is a trustee of two arts education charities. As part of the Business Development Team at ClientEarth, he manages the cultivation of new relationships with trusts and foundations in the US and securing new grant income. Alex joined ClientEarth in 2024 and is based in our London office.
Main Duties
- Prospect research and pipeline development - Proactively undertake research to identify, qualify and prioritise new funding prospects/ opportunities to support the build of a pipeline of high quality leads to guide future fundraising efforts;
- Business Development and Income generation - Draft clear and compelling written fundraising materials including cases for support, funding proposals, and concept notes;

About the role
- This is an exciting time for the Fundraising manager to join the team to aid in the income growth for Christ Church and St. Matthew's, including support for Agape, the community missional project.
- The Fundraising Manager will lead in building a pipeline of steady income from a range of income revenues including but not limited to creating and maintaining a grant program pipeline, and preparing engaging proposals for funders.
- You will help to develop a fundraising strategy to encourage the growth of regular financial giving and developing digital giving opportunities.
- You will generate new rentals for the available spaces to hire and build community fundraising partnerships.
- You will maintain accurate records, complying with policies on confidentiality and fundraising good practice.
- You will liaise with parish leaders and relevant stakeholders to support key initiatives.
About you
-You will have demonstrable experience in successful fundraising, including strategy development and individual giving.
-You will have outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken and be an effective relationship builder with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
-Attention to detail is key to this role as well as strong numeracy skills and the ability to manage
-You will have effective leadership skills and commitment to professional development.
-You will also have the willingness to work in a Christian environment and support the missional ethos of the parishes.
- Experience in fundraising management and knowledge of Church of England structures would be desirable as well as the knowledge of Spanish, or willingness to learn.

Bank Support Workers have the ability to accept any shifts available on an ad-hoc basis across from all of Look Ahead's specialisms including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Homelessness and Young People. Bank Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices. Within Learning Disability services, this will include providing physical, domestic, emotional and social care. Within Mental Health and Homelessness services they will enable vulnerable people living in a variety of different tenures to manage their tenancies/ licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package. While carrying out activities, Bank Support Workers should deal with all customers, visitors and staff in a professional and appropriate manner and report to Look Ahead staff and management any observations relating to customers' welfare.

What you'll do:
Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
