About the Role
This is a key frontline role within a driven and collaborative Fundraising and Communications team. You will play an essential part in delivering excellent supporter care, managing fundraising systems and strengthening engagement across the charity’s growing supporter base.
Working closely with the Supporter Engagement and Fundraising Manager, you will help deliver an ambitious fundraising strategy, ensuring supporters receive a positive, consistent and engaging experience at every touchpoint.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for supporter enquiries via phone, email and post
- Managing the fundraising inbox and responding to requests from individuals and organisations
- Processing and recording donations accurately, including Gift Aid compliance
- Supporting personalised acknowledgement and stewardship of donors
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system, including The Raiser’s Edge
- Producing reports and supporting fundraising appeals through data segmentation and analysis
- Supporting individual fundraisers and challenge events participants
- Assisting with fundraising campaigns, appeals and donor events

Overall Purpose
The role’s focus is on helping steward relationships, deliver first class engagement opportunities and support the development and delivery of partnerships with high-value supporters, including Corporate, Philanthropists and Charitable Trusts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties and responsibilities of the role holder are as outlined below:
Strategic Partnerships and Philanthropy:
- Support the creation and delivery of effective fundraising within our key strategic partnerships, working with and through our network of over 200 members. This includes some established national multi-year corporate relationships.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of strategic communications between partners and members, working closely with the colleagues within NHS Charities Together.
- Support and facilitate the creation and delivery of volunteering opportunities for partners on both a national and local level, working closely with NHS charity members and wider NHS Charities Together staff.
- Support in the coordination of national and local partnership activities during peak moments in our calendar and employee engagement campaigns.
Cultivation & Stewardship:
- Work with the Development Team to devise and deliver programmes of engagement for major corporate donors.
- Support in the creation of partnership reports, newsletters and regular updates.
- Provide support to the wider Development team at moments of peak activity, including supporting events and other campaigns
Relationship Management:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with partners, donors and members in our database & CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge, Beacon), working in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations)
- Support the development of stewardship plans to recognise and retain partners and donors.
- Maintain close working relationships with members of the team across the organisation to support the delivery of our fundraising plans
- Maintain important relationships with external stakeholders including corporate partners, stakeholders and NHS charity members.
Other Duties
- Maintain and develop knowledge of fundraising trends and innovations especially within the corporate and philanthropy fundraising market.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand the work of the charity and how we can bring this to life in creative ways for our supporters.

Groundwork South is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Project Officer (Community Development and Training) to support delivery of our National Lottery-funded Communities Prepared programme in Devon.
Communities Prepared works with volunteers and communities across England to help them build the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies. This includes supporting communities to plan for climate-related risks such as flooding, storms, heat waves, and severe weather.
This role will play a key part in delivering the final stages of the Devon Resilience Innovation Project (DRIP), a £7.3 million programme funded through the UK Government’s Flood and Coastal Resilience Innovation Programme and administered by the Environment Agency.
Working closely with partners including Devon County Council, you will engage with communities across Devon to increase awareness of flood risk and support them to strengthen their resilience.

The Devon Resilience Innovation Project (DRIP) is testing innovative ways to improve flood resilience in communities across Devon. This role will focus on engaging 28 priority communities to assess uptake of support for community emergency planning and Flood Warden training.

About the Project
PKD Scotland: Outreach and Community Connections Project.
It is estimated that around 5,000 people in Scotland could be living with Polycystic Kidney
Disease. It is however often poorly understood and historically underfunded, meaning people
can leave clinic after diagnosis with little support beyond medical appointments. Many tell us
they don't know where to turn for emotional support or to meet others living with the same
condition. We want to change that and with support from a National lottery Awards for All grant
that is exactly what we are going to do.
The eighteen-month project will see us reach into hospitals across Scotland to try and ensure
that no one with PKD in Scotland has to manage their journey on their own. From diagnosis
onwards we want all to be aware of the charity, the array of services that we offer and foster
engagement. Two new volunteer led support groups will be established and a group of
ambassadors recruited to support the ongoing connections we make to ensure that PKD
remains in the spotlight.

Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a set of allocated sports, becoming the subject matter expert for those sports within CSSC. Working closely with volunteers, suppliers and partners, the role will ensure that their sports deliver a balance of larger national events and engaging local activities. For some larger scale events, the role will take on responsibility as Events Lead, so experience in event planning and delivery is vital.
The role will oversee event planning, delivery and evaluation, while ensuring compliance with all operational requirements such as health & safety and risk management. The role will play a vital role in supporting CSSC’s sports programme, increasing participation and enhancing member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sport Oversight & Development
· Act as the subject matter expert for a set of allocated sports.
· Support the development and delivery of sport specific plans in collaboration with the Sport & Physical Activity Team, volunteers, members and external partners.
· Monitor trends, challenges and opportunities within each sport to inform planning and innovation.
Event Planning & Delivery
· Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery across the allocated sports.

· Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, bookings, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.

Volunteer & Partner Engagement
· Support, guide and collaborate with volunteers involved in delivering the sports specific development plans.
· Build positive relationships with NGBs, suppliers and external partners.
· Act as the primary point of contact for a set of allocated sports, proving advice, information and support.
Monitoring, Reporting & Finance
· Manage allocated sports budgets effectively, ensuring effective use of resources.
· Collect and report data on participation, spend and outcomes.

Team & Organisational Contribution

Person Specification:
Essential:
· At least one year's experience coordinating and delivering events or projects, ideally within sport or physical activity.

Jangala is seeking an ambitious and strategic Fundraising Manager to sustain and grow our income from trusts, foundations and corporate partners. This is a hands-on role for an experienced fundraiser who enjoys translating complex work into compelling funding propositions and building strong relationships with supporters. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will lead on our trusts and foundations pipeline, manage key corporate partners, write high-quality funding applications and support the development of our stewardship and wider fundraising strategies.

Leading a pipeline of UK and global trusts and foundations and other grantmakers, including researching and cultivating new opportunities, developing proposals, coordinating internal inputs and submitting high-quality bids

Trase’s free online tools and actionable intelligence enable governments, companies, financial institutions and civil society organisations to take practical steps to address deforestation. Trase is jointly led by the Stockholm Environment Institute and Global Canopy, with many further partners and collaborators.
About the Role
This role will lead Trase’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning agenda. Working as part of Trase’s Impact Team, you will strengthen our evidence base on how Trase influences decisions of governments, businesses and civil society on commodity trade, building credibility with external stakeholders, including donors, and supporting the ongoing development of our theory of change.
Trase has made a significant investment over the last decade in developing an initiative-wide culture for learning and knowledge-based decision making including an established and regularly reviewed Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) function and annual plan.
As we enter a new strategic period (2026 – 2030) we are seeking to further strengthen the MEL function and invest more in understanding how our data and intelligence influences decisions and the role of transparency in driving change.
Our work spans 6 outcomes with a focus on influencing decisions, priorities and building capacity of civil society governments and the private sector in key producer countries and export markets for forest risk commodities.
Responsibilities
1. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) strategy and implementation (20%)
- Lead the development and implementation of MEL strategy and annual work plan
- Quality assurance and coordination of MEL inputs from across the team.
- Review and maintain MEL data collection and knowledge management tools.
- Build awareness and motivation for effective MEL across the team.
- Support the role of MEL in influencing the development of Trase’s theory of change, strategy and planning.
2. Monitoring and reporting (30%)
- Strengthen Trase’s monitoring framework including using new approaches to integrate qualitative data and better understand the significance of Trase’s contributions (including change stories and outcome harvesting) across our intermediate outcomes, long-term outcomes and impact goals.
- Quarterly progress reporting of outcomes and outputs for internal management.
- Support on donor reporting including drafting narrative reports and updating results framework.
3. Evaluation and learning (50%)
Oversight of biannual external evaluations and annual review of effectiveness questions across sustainability, impact, relevance, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support internal reviews and evaluations across Trase teams and partners.
- Strengthen Trase’s learning culture, supporting team leads on facilitating learning sessions, retrospectives and thematic evaluations on key topics and applying these lessons in planning and decision-making.

Salary & Benefits
