About you
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities Coordinator to join a small, high-performing team within a dynamic, client-facing environment. Working closely with the Facilities Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operational management of the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and professional workplace. This varied position includes supporting building maintenance, coordinating facilities operations, and assisting with the delivery of internal and commercial events, including set-up, in-meeting support, and porterage of furniture, deliveries, and equipment. You will contribute to site-wide Health & Safety compliance, including DSE requirements and evacuation procedures, while managing tasks through a CRM/helpdesk system to ensure delivery in line with service level agreements. Performance in this role will be measured through key indicators, including SLA adherence, timely resolution of helpdesk requests, Health & Safety compliance standards, event delivery effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and overall site presentation. Working collaboratively with contractors, tenants, and stakeholders, you will help maintain high service standards, proactively identify issues, and support their timely resolution.

Support clients to access specialist gambling treatment where appropriate, including referrals to the NHS Primary Care Gambling Service, alongside wider support for issues such as debt, housing, benefits, mental health, loneliness, bereavement and social isolation.
What you need to bring
Experience of delivering outreach work, including presentations to small groups and at larger events.
Experience of networking and proactively liaising with external agencies and community groups to build strong working relationships.
Experience of recording data and keeping records up to date and accurate.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and strengthen SSAFA’s Community Volunteering Service, supporting serving personnel and their families.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of community volunteers, from recruitment and development through to supervision, ensuring a high-quality and impactful service.

Well House is a crisis house supported accommodation service that supports individuals for between 14 and 21 days as an alternative to requiring hospital admission for their mental health needs. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure members of the local community are able to access critical mental health support at all hours. You will work alongside the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to lead and support a professional team of staff committed to transforming young lives and creating positive outcomes. You will be supported by experienced Residential Practitioners, as well as our Wrap Around and Education Teams.

About the Role
As Team Leader, you will be directly involved in managing a 4 bed specialist short stay Home and looking after children aged 12 to 18 years old with complex needs; including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Mental Health Disorders, Substance Dependencies and Learning Disabilities.
Whether shift leading or joining in with daily activities, you will also share in the leadership of the team, helping to develop staff by modelling high standards of professionalism.
