The National Society for Education (NSE) is both an NCI and a Royal-charter charity. It's aims are to support Church schools and the wider education sector by developing leaders, shaping policy and growing faith.
The NSE leads the Church of England's national work in education in partnership with 41 Diocesan Boards of Education and approximately 4,700 Church of England schools. As Marketing Officer, you will join the Business Development, Marketing and Communications Manager and Communications Coordinator to form a small yet dynamic and effective marketing team. Together you will support the marketing activities for the National Society for Education and the sub teams within it. These include the Professional Learning Group, Growing Faith, Partnerships & Engagement, Education Policy and SIAMS teams.

As part of our Customer Service contact centre team, you'll investigate and resolve complaints, feedback and complex enquiries across phone, email, live chat and written correspondence. Combining empathy with sound judgement, you'll deliver fair, timely resolutions while helping us improve the experience we provide to our customers and supporters.
About the role
You'll be the main point of contact for customer complaints and feedback, managing cases from initial contact through to resolution. From service concerns to more complex issues involving safeguarding, compliance or risk, you'll ensure every customer feels heard, supported and treated fairly.

Working arrangements
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our Birmingham Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
The induction training will last for four weeks, during which you will be required to come into the office for additional days. After completing the training, this will reduce to once a week.

YOUTH WORKER

HOURS: FULL TIME
CONTRACT: 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT (WITH VIEW TO EXTEND)
SALARY: £28,369 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a Youth Worker to join Oasis North Bristol. Our Youth Worker will work with young people and families across the community to develop positive activities which promote a sense of belonging.
We’re looking for an individual who has a passion for supporting young people and developing community led activities. The role will involve supporting young people and families in our local Oasis academies but also in the wider community, inspiring and enabling local people to be an active voice and developer in their local area.
The successful post holder must have:
· Good standard of basic education, including English and Maths Level 2
· Experience of youth work either as a volunteer or professionally
· Experience of managing and working with volunteers
· Ability to build long lasting, positive relationships with both young people and adults
