Our client is a young, growing grant‑making charity dedicated to transforming mental health support for young people aged 11–25 yrs across the UK. The Role
As Operations Assistant, this person will play an important part in keeping the grant‑making and organisational operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Head of Grants, this person will support the day‑to‑day administration of funding programmes, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, will help to coordinate and facilitate charity visits and events, and provide general office and administrative support across the organisation. The person will also assist with diary management, meeting preparation, minute‑taking and occasional EA support for the CEO and wider team when needed.

This role will play a key role in bringing the work of the wider team together in a smooth and coordinated way with a strong systematic, helpful and organised approach.

The Person
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail‑focused and comfortable managing multiple tasks at pace. They will bring a proactive, “can‑do” approach, strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. They will naturally enjoy keeping systems tidy, will be comfortable working with databases (ideally Salesforce), and will have solid IT skills across Microsoft Office products. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a House Unit Manager, Residential to join our Nursing and Quality Team. This role will require the successful candidate to be accountable, alongside a team of Clinical Leads and Deputy House Managers, for leading and managing a team of nursing and care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people.  

You will be the lead professional responsible for coordinating the overall care and management of the children across a minimum of three Residential Houses and be the key contact for the family and multidisciplinary team.

Role Requirements

· In collaboration with the Placement Managers, you will ensure care is appropriately planned and resourced, and you will ensure care is delivered in a safe manner at all times.

· You will be responsible for ensuring that the care in the Houses enables the children to access rehabilitation sessions, clinics, education and leisure activities as scheduled in their timetable.

· You will work as part of a leadership team comprising of a House Unit Manager, 4 x Deputy House Managers / Deputy Clinical Leads and 4 x Clinical Leads.

With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Purpose of the Job 
The Impact and Evaluation Manager plays a key role in ensuring (FELIX) can robustly measure, evaluate and communicate the social and environmental impact of its work. The role supports an evidence-based culture across the organisation, embedding evaluation and learning into service development and delivery.

Working with colleagues across (FELIX) and its network, you will lead qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation projects, generating insights that inform service improvement, fundraising and public affairs. You will ensure that impact evidence is translated into clear, engaging outputs for internal and external audiences, helping to build compelling narratives about the difference FareShare makes. Ultimately, this work supports FareShare’s mission to deliver more food to charities and community groups across the UK.
 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Lead the development and ongoing refinement of FareShare’s Theory of Change and Impact & Evaluation frameworks, ensuring they remain relevant and are embedded in impact measurement and evaluation activity

• Design and deliver impact measurement tools and evaluation projects that generate robust evidence on [Felix’s] social and environmental impact, including surveys, research studies and external evaluations.

• Analyse and interpret impact data and research findings, producing clear, accessible reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders, including producing the Annual Impact Report and Internal Stats House.

• Work collaboratively across FareShare teams and with Regional Partners to implement impact measurement approaches, support evidence-informed decision making, and strengthen the organisation’s approach to measuring and communicating impact.

• Manage research activity and partnerships, including coordinating external evaluations, engaging academic partners, supporting evidence for policy and public affairs work, and line managing the Impact and Insights Officer.

The Charity Delivery Lead will drive the success of key charity and community programs and charity initiatives across our 13 venues. Line managing staff in a matrix model, you will provide operational guidance, a delivery framework, and expert advice to ensure that each program is successfully implemented and achieves its objectives. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager of each venue, ensuring the alignment of charity initiatives with broader venue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery Support
Provide expert advice and practical frameworks to Charity Officers as they deliver and facilitate key programs such as Fun, Food & Golf, Community Cafes, and This Girl Can. Ensure each program aligns with the charity’s mission and goals.

Program Coordination & Monitoring
Ensure that programs are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard across all venues. Support Charity Officers in tracking program outcomes and assessing impact, making adjustments as needed.

Training & Development
Provide training, resources, and support to Charity Officers to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to deliver high-quality community programs. Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Framework & Process Development:
Develop and implement operational frameworks, guidelines, and processes for program delivery, ensuring consistency across all 13 venues. Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to improve program quality and participant satisfaction and outcomes.

Reporting & Communication:
Report regularly to the Chief People Officer on program performance, challenges, and successes. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders (including Trustees), demonstrating the impact of charity programs and their alignment with the overall strategy.

Collaborative Working:
Work closely with the marketing and communications team to promote charity programs across different channels, including social media, local events, and the charity’s website. Help raise awareness of the charity’s work and encourage broader community participation.

Safeguarding and Wellbeing
Ensure that all programs adhere to safeguarding guidelines, especially for vulnerable groups such as those impacted by dementia and children. Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

Person Specification

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in community program delivery, charity work, or sports-related initiatives, with a focus on social impact and inclusivity.
• Strong knowledge of program design and delivery, particularly in sports, health, and community development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse communities, local venues, and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting and mentoring teams, even without direct line management responsibilities.
• Ability to create and implement structured frameworks and processes to improve program delivery and achieve outcomes.
• A genuine passion for using golf/ sport as a tool to improve lives and create positive change within communities.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across multiple venues.
• An understanding of safeguarding and wellbeing guidelines and practises, particularly in working with vulnerable groups having performed the role of Welfare Officer, Designated Safeguarding Lead or equivalent.

Desirable

• Familiarity with programs related to dementia care, women and girls' sports participation, or community wellness.
• Knowledge of fundraising, grant applications, or sponsorship in the charity sector.
• Experience in working with or within community-based organisations.
• A relevant qualification in community development, sports management, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.

You will deliver activities to support the MHCLG’s National Workforce Programme, by supporting housing and homelessness teams in both the public and voluntary sector to develop knowledge and skills Learning Pathways. Some Pathways will be specific to a role and others will be focussed on developing organisational knowledge, but all will support the development of professional skills and knowledge for those working with people experiencing housing and homelessness problems in England, to improve outcomes. You will also design, coordinate, and deliver a range of conferences and good practice events to promote learning and innovation across the sector.

About you 

You have proven experience in developing and managing tailored learning pathways and training programmes, including for housing and homelessness law and wider skills development, along with strong experience of working with people with multiple disadvantage and/or those who support them. You are able to develop and maintain partnerships across agencies to ensure the best client support and contribute to multiple agency projects, collaborating and sharing knowledge. Ideally, you are experienced in the homelessness sector or a related field, as well as having excellent skills in communication, IT and digital systems.

As our new Senior Campaigns Adviser within involvement, you will bring direction, energy and bold thinking to develop campaigns that drive change. You will be skilled at identifying campaigning opportunities, implementing impactful campaigns, and ensuring people affected by motor neurone disease (MND) are at the heart of our work.

Your role is central to how we involve our community from the very start. You’ll be the Campaigns team lead on ensuring our community is meaningfully involved in developing our campaigns, and you’ll work closely with our Involvement Manager on this. You will also lead and coordinate volunteers, and ensure they have what they need to contribute.

We’re looking for a Senior Campaigns Adviser who brings creative ideas and strategic thinking and can navigate relationships with care and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agreed areas of campaign activity and deputise for the National Campaigns Manager
• Ensure people affected by MND are involved throughout campaign development
• Recruit, lead and coordinate volunteers
• Plan and deliver campaign activities and events across England, Wales and Northern Ireland
• Measure and evaluate campaign delivery against agreed targets
• Write and update campaign resources, including emails, e-actions and toolkits
