About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraising or direct marketing professional to lead and deliver engaging multi-channel campaigns that inspire supporters and maximise long term income growth.
Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager, you will take ownership of campaigns across cash appeals, regular giving and lottery activity, managing projects from planning through to analysis and optimisation. You will use data, insight and creativity to improve supporter journeys, increase retention and deliver outstanding supporter experiences.

An exciting opportunity for a Data Services Manager has arisen at World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF).
WCRF is the UK’s leading cancer prevention charity focusing on the link between cancer and risk factors such as diet, body weight and physical activity.
We are seeking a Data Services Manager to lead and be responsible for the management, use and maintenance of systems and in-house CRM databases to support the achievement of the charity’s fundraising strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have proven experience of working with industry standard fundraising software solutions in the charity sector, ideally have knowledge of Claris Filemaker products and will have experience of creating new, and maintaining and updating existing, complex database systems.Experience of creating scripts and troubleshooting existing scripts is key, along with considerable hands-on experience of working with complex data sources, transfers and imports. An understanding and working knowledge of Data Protection regulations is required.

Job Purpose
Magic Breakfast’s mission is to end child morning hunger in the UK now and for good. The Engagement Partner – Hybrid will be responsible for delivering both face to face and remote engagement with schools, teachers, children and young people, and their wider communities within an allocated area. The Senior Programmes Manager will work closely with our Senior Finance & Commercial Manager to provide leadership for Chopwell Regeneration Group (CRG), reporting to the Board of Trustees. Additional Information
● We would ideally like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible, but can be flexible.
● Flexible working arrangements are available and can be discussed at interview. Please note the majority of your working week will be expected to be on site. Also, occasional weekend and evening working will be required. This includes quarterly public meetings and trustee meetings every two months (minimum).

We’re looking for a CRM Product Owner to take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring it runs effectively day to day while continuously improving how it supports the organisation. You’ll oversee integrations and data flows across systems, maintain high standards of data quality, and make sure teams across fundraising, digital and finance can rely on accurate, accessible data to deliver campaigns, track income and engage supporters.
We’re also looking for someone who can lead the ongoing development and prioritisation of CRM improvements, working closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and solve problems. You’ll support and guide CRM team members, ensuring work is delivered against priorities and that the system continues to evolve to meet the needs of a fast-paced, insight-driven organisation.
This role requires regular travel to our London office, typically once per month or as the role demands.
