The Executive Director will provide strategic, operational and financial leadership for East London Dance, working in close partnership with the Creative Director & CEO to deliver the organisation’s vision and business plan, strengthening its position as an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation. Job requirements:
Must bring substantial senior leadership experience, ideally Director, Deputy CEO or equivalent level, with evidence of strategic planning, organisational growth and performance management. The role translates the Business Plan into action, leads staff, freelancers and consultants, and develops an inclusive, high-performing culture. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, HR compliance, performance management and staff wellbeing. The role oversees organisational systems, administration, IT and the operation of Talent House, including health and safety, compliance, venue hire and stakeholder relationships. They co-lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring and audit processes, while driving fundraising and income generation across grants, trusts, partnerships, sponsorship and earned income. How will I be working?
We operate a flexible, trust based working model that gives colleagues autonomy over how, when and where they work, while recognising the value of in person collaboration. You will be working remotely, with periodic in-person meetings around the island of Ireland, and occasional travel to London/elsewhere in the UK.
Days of working will be agreed in advance, but some flexibility will be required to suit events and colleagues’ schedules.

Financial Leadership

Summary of the role:
The Governance & Performance Manager ensures effective organisational governance, performance oversight, and alignment between strategy and delivery.
The postholder is responsible for leading the coordination of governance processes, Board and Committee cycles, organisational performance frameworks, strategic project management and executive reporting. The role ensures that organisational priorities are translated into clear plans, supported by strong metrics and KPIs, tracked effectively, and reported with accuracy, insight, and consistency.
Working closely with the CEO and Leadership Team, the role strengthens accountability, and enables data-driven decision-making through high-quality performance reporting and analysis.
A key focus of the role is to develop and embed an integrated business planning and performance management framework, ensuring alignment between departmental KPIs, strategic objectives, and organisational outcomes.
The Governance and Performance Manager owns design, judgement, quality assurance and insight, whereas the Governance and Performance Officer owns coordination, tracking, records, follow-up and administrative support.

For example, our work encouraging the Government to focus on “getting the basics right” has seen major policy initiatives designed to fix access to primary care and the 8am rush. Similarly, our work on the experience of waiting for elective care has seen the introduction of the first ever set of minimum standards for waiting.
Our work on the 10 Year Plan, and on the Quality Strategy, has also seen both patient experience and outcome measures given much greater prominence in how the NHS judges success and National Voices has now been commissioned by NHS England to help design the future of patient feedback mechanisms.
We have also successfully campaigned for funding formulas to be revised to enable the NHS to directly address the inverse care law and tackle the impact of health inequalities head on.
But there are challenges ahead, not least the role patients and communities play directly in co-producing improvement. With ICBs under huge financial pressures, and so much change in the health and care system, we need to make sure every piece of work we deliver is of the highest quality and adds real value. This is the only way to help others across the sector understand the value that people with Lived Experience offer to problem solving processes and creating better and more inclusive solutions.

The Urology Foundation is looking for a Trusts and Foundation Manager, to develop and grow income from charitable trusts, foundations, grant giving bodies and public funders. As Trusts and Foundations Manager, you will build and manage a grant giving programme, securing significant gifts from trusts, foundations and other grant-making bodies to support The Urology Foundation’s strategic objectives and £5 million Research Appeal. You will manage existing funder relationships and develop new opportunities while delivering excellent stewardship. A central aspect of this role will involve gathering knowledge and data from a range of sources to identify compelling funding packages in order to create strong cases for support and funding applications. Therefore, an entrepreneurial, pro-active attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach are essential.

Are you an experienced fundraiser who enjoys building relationships and wants the opportunity to shape a role around your skills and experience?
We’re looking for a Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser to join Enham Trust and help grow our corporate fundraising. You will manage and develop our existing partnerships while also building new relationships and identifying opportunities to bring new supporters on board.

You will need to be based within or near Hampshire, as we’re looking for someone who can work from our Enham Trust office around 2 to 3 days a week. You’ll also need to be comfortable travelling to meet corporate partners and attend external meetings, so you’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
