Context and Background

This is achieved through integrated, audience-led, multi-channel marketing and fundraising activity, including individual giving, mass participation and public campaigns that generate sustainable funding aligned to the NSPCC's strategic priorities.

Alongside income generation, the team plays a vital role in increasing public understanding of abuse and neglect and building advocacy for children.

The team fosters a high-performing, results-driven culture that values collaboration, innovation and integration. By focusing on excellent supporter relationship management and purposeful engagement, it delivers long-term, sustainable impact to support the NSPCC's mission.

The Direct Fundraising team plays a critical role in acquiring and engaging supporters through face-to-face and telephone fundraising channels, ensuring activity is supporter-centred, compliant and aligned with best practice across the fundraising sector.
