The Youth and Volunteer Engagement Manager is a new role at Youth Careers Collective, establishing an active and well-supported alumni community, empowering our Youth Board, and actively engaging with and managing our wide network of Young Associates and volunteers.

Lead Trainer and Facilitator — Programme Delivery

About the Peer Support Transformation Project
The Peer Support Transformation Project is commissioned by South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust, and delivered in partnership with Sound Minds and Wandsworth Carers Centre.
The Trust review, allocate and coordinate patient referrals through Daily Integrated Allocation Meetings (DIAM). This is an internal operational and clinical triage process used by teams like the Integrated Recovery Hubs (IRH) and Single Point of Access (SPA) to signpost efficiently to care pathways to appropriate community services.
The aim of the Service is to support individuals through Peer Support for early intervention, help avoid crisis or deterioration, but also as a step down from more intensive clinical support to help reintegrate with the Community.
Given its framework of reference to the diversity of cultures and languages, Mushkil Aasaan is well-placed in the heart of the Community in being a Wellbeing Hub. This offers a spectrum of shared activities and opportunities that enhance the overall wellbeing and sense of belonging in navigating ‘Care for the Community by the Community’.
As such it is essential for this role to transcend Mushkil Aasaan’s ethos in enhancing the Peer Support Service in line with the wider aims of the Trust’s transformation programme in reducing health inequalities and reaching out to groups who experience barriers in accessing support. This Co-production aims to capitalise on the Community’s strengths in self-determination and people identifying their own goals, whilst creating an understanding of the dynamics and stigma that contribute to mental ill-health.
The Senior Peer Support Worker at Mushkil Aasaan will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored support to individuals facing emotional distress whilst focusing on their strengths and personal resources, aligning with their recovery goals and overall well-being. Our approach emphasises the use of own lived experiences with mental health challenges, whether personal or professional, to foster understanding and empathy.
The Senior Peer Support Worker will maintain a good oversight of the accountability to the Commissioning Trust with the processes and procedures already in place in collaboration with the Manager. The role would also co-ordinate a smooth-running delivery of the Service ensuring that the team of 2 Junior Peer Support Workers are well supervised and supported in their work with allocated clients. The role is responsible for the chairing of fortnightly client allocation meetings and immediately reporting any issues and safeguarding concerns.
Peer Support Project Co-ordination
· Line management of the Team, ensuring that referrals are responded to in a /timely manner, and that wait list databases are accurately maintained.
· To maintain positive and effective working relationships with colleagues and professionals at all times.

International Nepal Fellowship (INF) is a Christian health and development charity. Since 1952 they have had a huge impact serving the most disadvantaged people and communities in Nepal.

About the Role
The Street Engagement Team works across the West End/Westminster with people experiencing street homelessness and interconnecting needs (substance dependency, mental/physical health, criminal justice involvement, unclear immigration status etc.). You will have substantial experience in delivering person-led, psychologically, gender and culturally informed services to people who are street homeless. You will have the personal credibility to build confidence in the wider community and with partnerships. You will be both strength-based and solution-focused, developing and enhancing the service with a commitment to embed coproduction. You will also be committed to the values of CSTM (Curious, Safe, Together and Motivated) and will be able to champion approaches that are aligned to this (trauma informed, pre-treatment, harm reduction etc.)

We’re an almshouse charity with a proud history of providing homes, support, and care for older people in south-east London for over 300 years. We're looking for an experienced Communications Manager who can create clear, engaging and impactful communications that help residents and colleagues feel informed, connected and involved in the future of Morden College.
This is a highly collaborative role at the heart of our organisation. Working across teams, you'll help bring our strategy, values and ambitions to life through communications that build understanding, trust and a shared sense of purpose. You'll support colleagues and leaders to communicate effectively, explain change clearly, celebrate success and ensure residents receive timely, accessible and meaningful information.
We're looking for an exceptional writer and communicator with a talent for turning complex information into clear, engaging content. About the role
The Survivor Movement and Participation Lead is a strategic leadership role at the heart of the Enhanced Mental Health Pathway (EMHP) Alliance Partnership, dedicated to amplifying survivor voices and driving systemic change.
You will lead the development of a high-quality survivor involvement programme across the Alliance, ensuring that the voices, experiences and expertise of survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault and sexual violence shape service design, referral pathways, workforce development, communications and evaluation.

Working across multiple products and propositions, you'll collaborate with teams across the organisation to identify opportunities, build stakeholder buy-in and bring new ideas to life. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Fundraising & Online Communities
· Lead a test-and-learn approach to fundraising growth, designing, implementing, and evaluating live campaigns and experiments, while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure successful delivery.
· Support and coach teams to generate fundraising through online communities, including Facebook challenges, streaming channels and new tech. You will provide guidance on content, stewardship, and conversion.
· Lead the Facebook Challenge strategy and translate this for all stakeholders. Bringing all relevant teams together to ensure the Challenges are reaching the right audiences, supporters are stewarded appropriately, and the opportunities of these events are maximised.
· Responsibility for managing and delivering Facebook challenges p.a
· Develop and oversee strategies for streaming fundraising, identifying opportunities within Web3 communities and streaming ecosystems.
· Ownership of relationship with external agencies, holding regular check ins and ensuring the skill levels across the team of third-party systems.

Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.
