About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are recruiting a Communications Lead to join Working Well Trust. This is a 35-hour per week role, Monday to Friday, based at our Bethnal Green office with travel to other offices and boroughs when required. Hybrid working is available, with a minimum of three days on site per week. Occasional evening work may be required.
This role will lead and deliver Working Well Trust’s communications activity across digital, print and internal channels, ensuring that our content is engaging, accessible, timely and aligned with organisational aims, service requirements and brand standards. The postholder will also support contract mobilisation, stakeholder engagement and effective internal communication across the organisation.
We are looking for someone with strong communications, digital content, copywriting and design skills, who can bring creativity, structure and initiative to a growing mental health and employment charity. You will work closely with the CEO, Operations Director, HR Advisor, service teams, clients and external stakeholders to ensure our communications reflect our values, services and impact.

London National Park City is looking for a friendly and energetic community organiser to join our small staff team as a Ranger Coordinator. This is a two year contract role for at least four days per week, to support the delivery of our Ranger programme and activities across London.
You will work closely with the Community Director to support the development and confidence of individual Rangers, help deliver our ranger training programme, and support the recruitment and induction of new volunteers into our community, and embody the culture and community that makes our rangers feel supported, connected, and valued.

Key Responsibilities
Community Organising & Ranger Community
Act as a key point of contact and support for Rangers across London, helping them feel connected to the wider community and to London National Park City while getting to know them and their needs individually.
Lead on the assembly of our River Rangers cohort, bringing together new and existing Rangers whose projects are connected to our rivers and waterways, and creating engaging learning experiences for them.
Facilitate local meetups amongst Rangers, making connections and introductions around shared interests and projects.

Ranger Recruitment

Salary and benefits
You will be joining and fully participating in a unique and inspirational community of changemakers and storytellers, active across London and increasingly around the world.
This is a contract role ideally full-time or for at least four days per week, initially until June 2028. Salary is dependent on experience and in the range of £32,000 to £36,000 full time. We are open to applications for flexible working arrangements which many of our staff take up.
You will have 25 holiday days allowance per year, pro rated for part-time working.
Following successful completion of a 3-month probationary period, we will enrol you in our Nest pension scheme, and will make additional payments of 4% as long as you contribute 4% of your salary each month.
This role involves a mix of remote and in person working with regular travel across London. You must be based in London and be prepared for regular travel.

Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital communications professional to join the Living Wage Foundation team as our Digital Communications Manager. The ideal candidate would have demonstrable digital communications skills and experience, on top of an enthusiasm for engaging supporters across our social networks, website and email communications. This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an fixed term contract for a period of 18 months from the start date. P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office. 1. Overview
Cerebral Palsy Sport (CP Sport) is recruiting three Regional Programme Delivery Officers to support the delivery of the “Together We Can” Young Ambassador Programme across England.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with young people with cerebral palsy (CP), supporting them to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and lead social action within their communities.
These roles will be central to delivering a national programme across eight regional hubs, working closely with young people, partners, and communities to create meaningful and lasting impact.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to expand capacity and play a key role in the next phase of our organisation-wide Salesforce rollout. Job Purpose
Start Network is looking for an Institutional Funding Manager who is strategic, ambitious, and a great team player. You will work with the Head of Resource Mobilisation to set and deliver a strategy to maximise our institutional funding portfolio to grow and sustain our income over the coming year (current portfolio size of £30million+). This role will be key to enabling Start Network to deliver on its strategy, and the postholder will have the opportunity to engage across all areas of Start Network’s programmes. The Institutional Fundraising Manager will be responsible for securing and overseeing significant levels of income from institutional sources for Start Network’s work globally, including working with programmes teams on project development and the preparation of high-value proposals for institutional donors (narrative, budgets, monitoring frameworks and other technical documents). The postholder will be expected to work at both an operational and strategic level, managing their own portfolio of donors (such as FCDO), securing new business from scratch, and providing Start Network with tactical direction on donor outreach and compliance.
Over the period of the contract, we are especially looking for someone who is comfortable and experienced in finding new institutional donors, leveraging current contacts and networks, and pitching and presenting new opportunities.
Currently, we receive funding from multiple European governments and FCDO so experience with these funders would be critical for this role.

Pembroke House is a centre for social action and residential community based in Walworth, SE17. We are seeking a dynamic freelancer to activate our newly opened outdoor Courtyard at the Walworth Living Room, while also maximising the use of capacity within the main building.
Contract Focus
Our focus is to establish the Courtyard at the Walworth Living Room as a premier summer destination through a vibrant social events programme and a high-quality local food offer, while developing a sustainable business model for courtyard activities.
Our focus times for the first stages are Friday evenings and Saturday daytimes/evenings, and we are particularly interested in attracting those living and working locally who are not available during the currently daytime opening hours of the Walworth Living Room, including young professionals and families.
You will have strong foundations to build on, including a strong programme of activities already underway at the Walworth Living Room, a semi-regular pop-up from Kaieteur Kitchen and growing local awareness of the Walworth Living Room as a venue.
Walworth Living Room
The Living Room offers a comfortable and welcoming space where people can drop in, have a cup of tea, and connect with their neighbours. We host a wide range of regular activities—from collage to ESOL classes to brunch to chess/board games—providing accessible and enjoyable ways for people to build relationships.
This regular programme is complemented by workshops, discussions, and creative sessions on topics such as sustainable food systems, local social services, housing rights, community art projects, and responses to current social issues.
The Courtyard
We now have an exciting opportunity to take the Walworth Living Room to the next stage by activating the spacious courtyard through new landscaping, introduction of a new food hatch (created from a converted shipping container) and new connections through to the large activity spaces within the main building. This development will extend the use of the site beyond the building itself, creating a more vibrant and inclusive environment for the community.
The courtyard can be integrated with the indoor spaces - including a large main hall (100 sqm) and a smaller lounge area (45 sqm) - allowing for flexible and simultaneous use across the site. Together, these spaces can support a wide range of activities and events.
The overall aim of this contract is to use these enhanced facilities to attract a broader and more diverse community, establish the Walworth Living Room as a well-known local destination, and create a space where there is always something happening for everyone.
Contract Terms

Deliverables
We are looking to award a contract to an individual to deliver the following specific project outputs:
● Deliverable 1: Summer Events Programme. Design and execute social and cultural events on Fridays and Saturdays to attract various target audiences.
● Deliverable 2: Marketing & Audience Strategy. Produce and implement a marketing campaign utilizing free resources (Google Ads, Eventbrite) and targeted local outreach to build a consistent audience.
● Deliverable 3: Food & Beverage (F&B) Setup. Oversee the kit-out and setup of the shipping-container as a point of sale and service hatch, in coordination with the existing Walworth Living Room kitchen.
● Deliverable 4: F&B model. Establish a collaborative model with a pool of local food partners, including the setup of the shipping-container point-of-sale and kitchen kit-out.
● Deliverable 5: Operations & Compliance Pack. Create a suite of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for kitchen use, including food safety vetting for food vendors , and on-site fire evacuation procedures.
● Deliverable 6: Financial Viability & Data Report. Produce a final report supported by performance data (footfall, revenue, community reach) and recommended business models for future sustainable seasons.
● Deliverable 7: On-site Execution. Lead the safe and compliant operation of all scheduled events, acting as the primary premises supervisor and fire warden during activation.
Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have:
● Operational Leadership: Proven experience running or supporting commercial/semi-commercial event spaces or F&B operations.
● Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and test business models based on data and community feedback.
● Compliance Rigour: Minimum Level 2 Food Safety certification (Level 3 desirable) and a strong understanding of H&S and licensing. Current Personal Licence holder, or willing to obtain one, in order to oversee the sale of alcohol onsite.
● Community Engagement: Experience working with diverse communities and a passion for the vision of Pembroke House.
