Kairos Women Working Together (Kairos) was founded in 1999 by a group of women in Coventry who recognised that those facing multiple disadvantages, and therefore most at risk of sexual exploitation, were falling through the cracks of existing services. From grassroots beginnings, Kairos has grown into a respected, feminist led, specialist women’s organisation rooted in the community it serves.

Over the next 5 years, Kairos will strengthen our new Women’s Hub as a safe, accessible, trauma-informed women’s centre delivering best practice responses, expand our services to meet women’s needs, strengthen partnerships, and influence systems so that no woman is left behind.

To do this, Kairos now seeks a strategic and experienced Finance & Impact Lead to join our Senior Leadership Team and drive the financial health and demonstrable impact of our charity.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be the custodian of our financial strategy, compliance, and data integrity. The role involves leading the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, managing all financial operations—including statutory accounts and audit—and ensuring strong financial controls. A key component is translating complex financial and performance data into clear, compelling impact reports for funders, trustees, and senior leadership.

Paper & Cup is part of Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT), supporting people in recovery from addiction and homelessness through training and work experience.

This is a full-time position (35 hours per week, including weekend work / bank holidays) with a starting salary of £27,000 per year.

A bit about you
You’re friendly, hands-on and well organised, with strong customer service instincts and an eye for clothing, fashion and presentation. You’re confident leading a small team of staff and volunteers, setting clear standards, and keeping things running smoothly from rotas and stock to merchandising, quality, hygiene and health & safety.

About the role

The Research and Evaluation Manager will work to position King’s College London as a sector leader on conducting institutional evaluation and research to understand how we can support students from underrepresented groups to access university and succeed at university. Our team aims to generate causal evidence, either through Randomised Controlled Trials or Quasi-experimental designs.

Essential criteria

Relevant work experience might include work in any research or evaluation job.  Relevant educational experiences might include higher education in a related discipline, professional qualifications or other training 

· Ability to consider and select appropriate research designs and methodologies, using qualitative and quantitative methods including surveying, interviewing and running focus groups.  

· Experience establishing causal inference in research when evaluating projects or interventions with experimental methods (e.g. quasi-experimental methods, randomised controlled trials). 

· Experience in designing and running multiple social research and evaluation projects, managing competing demands and timescales and delivering to milestones. 

· Confident in conducting data analysis including handling large data sets and statistical testing using relevant software (such as Power BI, R, Stata, or SPSS) and presenting findings in various formats. 

· Confident and clear written and verbal communication, including report-writing, data visualisation and presentation skills. 

· Ability to give a team clear direction and guide it to the successful completion of a task. 

· Ability to identify and manage the objectives, performance, and development needs of others. 

Desirable criteria

· Postgraduate degree or qualification in research methods, statistics, analytics or a related field and/or relevant experience. 

· Experience using behavioural insights in a research or policy context to positively influence behaviour 

· Understanding of the widening participation agenda and/or the role of higher education in social mobility

For 50 years, Kidney Care UK has been at the forefront of supporting people with kidney disease. From our early days when we campaigned to introduce donor cards in the UK, we have worked hard to support and represent the interests of everyone affected by this lifelong condition. We continue to provide practical, emotional, and financial support for individuals and their families, while also working with healthcare professionals to improve care services and campaign for change.

Kidney disease can affect anyone and there is no cure. We are here for the young and the old, for those struggling to make ends meet, for families and loved ones. We fight tirelessly, giving our total support, to improve the lives of kidney patients and their families.

We’ve grown significantly over the past five years. But this is just the start – we want to grow our income significantly in the next three years. We have to – there are so many people who need us.

We’ve been making quite a splash recently – our ‘Cost of Staying Alive Report’ made the front cover of The Guardian last year, and the follow up ‘Left Out in the Cold’ report was recently featured on Sky News and in The Evening Standard. Our ‘Priced Out of Existence’ campaign was shown on the BBC 6 o’clock and 10 o’clock News and referenced by media across the UK. Our #BloodyAmazingKidneys campaign has reached more than 6 million people and 294,000 of those have taken our digital kidney health checker.

We’re building partnerships with leading companies across the UK, raising the profile of kidney disease and working with them to make sure that their customer service teams understand the needs of kidney patients throughout the country, working with them to make sure that kidney patients are top priority for their vulnerable customer teams. We’re working with global pharmaceutical companies developing world class patient information and advice. And we want to identify more companies in different sectors who are passionate about supporting people with kidney disease, which is why we are expanding our Corporate Partnerships team.

The charity is set to build on this success and aims to continue this growth, so that we can reach more kidney patients and their families, providing critical support at a time when it is needed now more than ever.   

About the role

The Corporate Partnerships Officer will play a key role in this growth, managing and securing new corporate partnerships with support from the Corporate Partnerships Manager. Our corporate partnership income has grown from zero in 2020 to c£2.3 million in 2025. It is a very exciting time to be joining the charity and our Fundraising team.

Primarily, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of corporate partnerships, growing strong relationships, delivering partnership activities, and proactively securing new corporate partnerships, including charity of the year relationships. You'll further support the Corporate Partnership Manager and Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications as needed with key activities within larger partnerships, developing a well rounded understanding of how Kidney Care UK works in partnership. 

You will also work closely with the Events, Marketing & Communications teams to promote and support all opportunities to drive corporate income growth ensuring strong collaboration.

Key duties will include;

• Managing relationships with key contacts,

• Delivering partnership activities such as renal unit visits or training presentations to key staff,

• Delivering informative annual reports,

• Proactively secure and onboard new partnerships within your target area. 

You will do this by stewarding the significant number of existing relationships and partnerships we already hold and maximising any opportunities that exist. Alongside this, you'll be working with the Corporate Partnership Manager to manage a personal goal of generating new partnerships through proactive engagement to and through our supporters, beneficiaries, networks, and contacts.

ABOUT SUZY LAMPLUGH TRUST:

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust was established in memory of Suzy Lamplugh, a young estate agent who tragically disappeared while at work in 1986 and was later declared deceased in 1993.  Created to honour Suzy's legacy, the Trust aims to empower individuals and organisations to take a stand against abuse, aggression, and violence in all forms, supporting safety in both personal and professional lives.

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic programme leader to develop and deliver our SAFE Project, a pan-London project dedicated to providing advocacy support for stalking victims aged 11-16 (or up to age 25 with particular vulnerabilities), funded by Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong senior operational experience. You will need to be able to think on your feet and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. This first-of-its-kind project, co-designed with partner organisation Safer London, will seek to fill in important gaps in understanding, assessing and supporting young people experiencing stalking. You will work closely to ensure that systems are robust, inclusive, and aligned with the needs of vulnerable children, while embedding the service into the wider ecosystem of London specialist services driving change.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will provide expert advice and advocacy to children, young people and their families, ensuring the SAFE Project has what it needs to deliver an outstanding service. You will be trained as an Independent Stalking Advocate (ISA), hold a caseload, and over the course of the contract, you will support the upskilling of all ISAs on the team to be able to take children and young people's cases. In addition to leading on the development of the children and youth work provision, you will oversee a Young People’s Experts by Experience group to ensure victim’s voices are fed into project development. 

This role is hybrid, initially requiring on-site attendance at our London office until the sucessful completion of the first probation review (typically 3 months), as well as regular travel across London

Background:

SHUK is a leading peer support organisation with over 40 years of experience in developing and delivering peer-led services. Our mission is to empower individuals and communities by embedding peer support principles into health and wellbeing initiatives. We have created a range of innovative programmes that help people living with cancer and other long-term health conditions to navigate challenges and take control of their health and wellbeing.

We work in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support on projects that make a real difference. These include national and local initiatives for the Deaf community, volunteer-led support for anyone affected by cancer, and prehabilitation services for those facing complex treatment. We are collaborating with our Integrated Care Board (ICB) on cancer projects, and work within our Integrated Care System (ICS) to strengthen partnerships and synergies with local health and care delivery, improve health literacy and increase cancer screening uptake among underserved communities in Nottingham. Looking ahead, we are exploring a new direction to position SHUK as a holistic, person-centred support provider, embedding peer support and volunteer-led activity at the heart of everything we do. Our vision is to challenge health inequalities and enable people to feel confident, informed, and supported in shaping their own health journey.

You will further develop our corporate volunteering offering, working closely with our land management team, creating great days out for our supporters’ employees that they’ll recommend to their colleagues.

You will be an active member of the Fundraising team, sharing skills and ideas at regular meetings. The role will require extensive travel throughout the county, visiting networking events and arranging relationships between corporates and our wildlife projects, such as the Rye Harbour Discovery Centre. You will have a creative and innovative approach to the role, working on new ways to secure support from businesses from across the county. You will enjoy getting involved in fundraising events that include that whole fundraising department to create new income streams for the trust.

Sophie Hayes Foundation is a small but mighty charity supporting women survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking as they rebuild their independent lives, free from re exploitation for the long-term.

We provide an employability programme which enables survivors to rediscover their skills, build their confidence and sense of purpose, develop workplace skills, and open up opportunities for work placements or volunteering. We also offer a conversational English course, a digital skills programme, and run a survivor network CREW (Creative Resilient Empowered Women).

We do all we can to meet survivors where they are in a complex system, flexing and adapting to need as it arises. We also do not accept a system which fails survivors, leaving them at risk of re-exploitation, and engage in policy and advocacy campaigns based on our lived and learnt experience.

Joining our Policy and Research Team, you will help influence local and national policy, ensuring that the voices and experiences of missing people and their families are heard at the highest levels. Your work will directly shape how the UK understands and responds to missing people — and will help protect those at greatest risk of harm. You will learn from and work with people who have been missing, and people who have reported a loved one missing, to shape workplans and to call for change.
 
You will act as Co-Secretariat for the APPG for Missing Children and Adults, and build relationships with key stakeholders in government, parliament, the police and safeguarding agencies, finding ways to engage and motivate policy makers to better understand the issues affecting missing people and their families, and to make positive changes.
 
You will become expert in the issue of missing, including the risks that cause people to go and the harm they experience while away. This will also involve monitoring the policy landscape for opportunities to influence changes in the response to missing people, and provide expert insight and guidance to help shape improvement.
 
You will represent issues facing some of the most marginalised and vulnerable communities. This might include people who face sexual or criminal exploitation, people experiencing mental health problems or people who face discrimination in the response they receive from statutory services when they seek help in relation to the issue of missing, amongst others. This will sometimes include engaging with and challenging professionals in organisations and systems that exist with embedded discrimination.
 
ABOUT YOU
 
You will have:
 
• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience of working in a policy or public affairs role;
• Experience of successfully influencing change at a local and/or national level;
• Experience of building and maintaining relationships with politicians and other policymakers, including quickly building rapport and establishing trust;
• Experience of working with Parliamentarians in All Party Parliamentary Group/s
• Experience of sensitively representing complex issues in communications with professionals or the public, particularly issues which impact on marginalised people;
• An understanding of political systems across the UK and how to influence policy within those systems;
• Knowledge of missing or linked issues, for example mental health, care experience, exploitation, homelessness, or adult social care;
• Understanding of the experiences of marginalised communities and how to ensure that those who are marginalised are included and given the opportunity to influence change;
• Proven ability to communicate complex information in a clear manner to different audiences, including some information that might challenge existing perceptions and perspectives;
• Able to work autonomously, with proven ability to move projects forward when working independently.

Legacy and In Memory Marketing Manager

About the role

We’re excited to be recruiting a Legacy and In Memory Marketing Manager to help grow and deliver WWF-UK’s legacy and in memory fundraising programme. This role will lead the planning and delivery of engaging multi-channel marketing activity that inspires supporters to consider leaving a gift in their will or giving in memory, helping to build long-term support for our mission.

You’ll manage a varied portfolio of campaigns across direct mail, digital, events and web, working closely with colleagues across fundraising, communications and data teams, as well as external agencies. Alongside delivering high-quality campaigns, you’ll play an important role in strengthening supporter journeys, embedding best practice in legacy marketing and championing legacy and in memory giving across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with strong planning, analysis and collaboration to deliver meaningful supporter engagement.

Skills and experience

You’ll bring the skills and experience needed to succeed in this role, including:

Essential

· Experience delivering legacy, in memory or individual giving marketing activity that supports supporter growth and retention

· Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from planning through to delivery and evaluation

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

About the role

The Community Support Worker will play a key role in our community support team and service provision.  Leading a team of volunteers, they will manage community enquiries through our helpline, digital channels, and in person at our Welcome Area, ensuring that IRMO remains a warm and accessible space for all. 

They will work closely with other teams to provide service users with accurate, up-to-date information, support the delivery of our advice services and make referrals to partner organisations and services. They will also play a key role in the delivery of the Community Support and Access to Health initiatives by planning, organising and delivering one-to-one support, outreach activities and workshops. This post is designated for a Portuguese speaker, in order to strengthen engagement and inclusion of Brazilians and other Portuguese-speaking migrant communities.

Key responsibilities

Community Support

• Serve as a key point of contact for Portuguese and Spanish-speaking community members, guaranteeing a welcoming environment, managing enquiries and referring to relevant IRMO services or external providers as needed.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal and external resources and services available to the community, and share this information with community members.

• Follow safeguarding practices across the services provided by the Community Support team.

• Actively contribute to the planning, organising and delivery of the Advice area’s  activities, events and workshops, including outreach sessions.

• Lead the recruitment, induction and supervision of Community Support volunteers.

• Represent IRMO in meetings and events related to community engagement, promoting our services among key stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of service users and project activities using IRMO’s monitoring tools and database (Views).

• Record user feedback and complaints.

• Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and other enquiries.

Access to Health

• Organise and manage drop-in sessions, including initial screenings.

• Assist and advocate for community members facing barriers in accessing healthcare.

• Plan, organise and deliver rapid community testing screening sessions and health promotion events, both at IRMO and in external community settings.

• Organise and participate in regular outreach activities to promote Access to Health services and engage community members.
