About the Role
As a Caseworker, you will provide structured, tailored support plans based on holistic assessments for individuals affected by crime. You will co-deliver training to staff at partner sites and mentors. You will support the development, co-production and delivery of a peer mentoring training programme, using your lived experience of mentoring to help train youth professionals and young mentors, enhance programme content, and contribute to improving mental wellbeing outcomes for children and young people. You will be closely supported by our multidisciplinary AMBIT team, which is made up of clinicians, trainers and practitioners in the field of child mental health.
