We are now looking for an exceptional Individual Giving Manager to join our Fundraising  and Communications Team to play a vital role in sustaining and growing this care. This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead an ambitious individual giving programme, helping to secure the income that allows our services to reach thousands of people every year.

In this role, you will take ownership of developing and delivering strategies across individual giving, appeals, regular giving, in-memory fundraising, lottery and legacy marketing. You will lead a dedicated team of four, creating and delivering engaging campaigns that inspire people to support Trinity Hospice, while using data and insight to continually refine and strengthen supporter journeys. Your work will focus not only on generating income, but on building meaningful, long-term relationships with our supporters and ensuring they feel valued and connected to our mission. 

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual with a strong background in individual giving or a related fundraising discipline. You will be a confident communicator, able to craft compelling messages that inspire action, and comfortable working with data to inform decision-making. Sue Ryder is looking for a Digital Fundraising Manager to lead the planning and delivery of innovative digital fundraising activities that grow our supporter base and maximise income.

In this new role, you will develop and optimise multichannel fundraising campaigns across digital platforms while embedding a culture of test, learn and continuous optimisation. Working extensively with colleagues in both our fundraising and digital teams, you will ensure digital channels effectively engage supporters and drive donations.
You will also play a key role in developing a data-led approach to supporter engagement, helping shape how audiences are identified, nurtured and converted into long-term supporters as you collaborate with our data and marketing teams.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital fundraising professional to make a measurable impact across campaigns that reach and inspire supporters.

About you:

• Strong communication, relationship, negotiating and influencing skills.
• Experience working with CMS (Wagtail preferable) and a good understanding of donations platforms (iRaiser and Access preferable).
• Knowledge of budgets and experience in reporting financial/KPI performance against targets
• Proven research and analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data and present data in both statistical and written formats.
• Experience of managing and working with agencies setting up and monitoring SLA’s and experience in staff management duties.
• Ability to assess skill needs and train colleagues in digital fundraising best practice

Essential Criteria

• Project and stakeholder management. Experience in managing parallel workstreams, multiple priorities, and complex stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrable experience of developing digital fundraising strategies and implementation plans to meet targets and KPIs in a role with substantial responsibility for driving supporter growth using a variety of digital channels.
• A proven track record of planning and delivering multichannel digital fundraising campaigns within the charity or not-for-profit sector, including but not limited, to activity across paid social media (Meta, TikTok), email, PPC, display and emerging channels. Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, as well as other native platform analytical tools for tracking, reporting and assisting optimisation.
• Proven knowledge and use of digital marketing tools, including email marketing and automation platforms (DotDigital would be advantageous).
• Demonstratable experience of developing paid social media campaign tracking and an understanding of the changing landscape in social media i.e. current Meta restrictions

Position Overview:

Epic is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Programs team to manage relationships and grants of nonprofits in our portfolio, and monitor and support their work over time. In particular, this role will lead the development and management  of a learning community to support our grantees and alumni beyond our financial support. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit strategy and/or social entrepreneurship, experience in designing and facilitating peer learning and capacity-building initiatives, and a deep passion for social impact and strategic philanthropy.

The Senior Programs Manager will work under the supervision of the Programs Director and they will be part of a growing team with colleagues in London and Paris.

Key responsibilities: 

• Manage the relationship and continuous monitoring of portfolio organizations. This involves acting as the point of contact for a portion of the portfolio's organizations, including reviewing and analyzing monitoring data and supporting grant-making processes. .

• Work with the Programs team to implement systems and processes to evaluate the impact of Epic's programs worldwide and contribute to demonstrating the value of unrestricted funding.

• Contribute to Epic's research program and knowledge management (reports, case studies, analysis of trends and developments in the philanthropy field) and help develop Epic's thought leadership and reputation as a key player in the philanthropic sector on smart-giving.

• Facilitate and liaise with other teams within the foundation, to keep portfolio organizations' data, analysis and information up to date to support its relationships with donors and target audiences.

• Participate in the development and execution of the Programs team's strategy, in alignment with Epic's mission, values, and organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with other Epic teams to develop internal and external knowledge management and promote the work of portfolio organizations and the Programs team.

• Any other duties that may be assigned within the scope of the role.

Required  skills and qualifications:

• Right to work in France or the United Kingdom (Epic is not able to sponsor visas)

• 7+  years experience in non-profit organisational development and programs and / or philanthropy strategy and grant-making.

• Technical expertise in one or more of Epic’s key priorities (i.e.: social entrepreneurship, social impact evaluation, youth empowerment and trust-based philanthropy).

• Previous experience and knowledge of appropriate tools and methodologies to build capacity and learning processes for organisational development and scaling social impact.

• Expertise of working with relevant IT, such as CRM systems and project management tools. In particular familiarity of working with AI, to help enhance efficiency, learning and analysis. 

• Strong understanding and expertise in nonprofit management, design, and impact analysis and the ability to assess a nonprofit across impact, operations and governance. 

• Strong analytical and evaluative skills, especially analyzing data and research - both qualitative and quantitative - and specifically those related to programmatic monitoring, impact assessment and learning.

• Strong facilitation skills and ability to navigate complex  power dynamics and multi-stakeholder spaces.

• Strong writing skills and ability to communicate effectively (written and orally) to diverse audiences in English (and French desired).

• Experience of working in a lean and entrepreneurial organization with a high degree of self management; strong project management skills and ability to manage a high-volume workload at a fast pace.

Desired Skills

• Experience and understanding of key challenges and opportunities faced today by social entrepreneurs, especially around scaling and growth ambitions 

• Technical experience in developing and implementing internal systems geared towards impact assessment, evaluation and learning

This role is an expansion of a current Finance Administrator's role, to allow additional support for our ecumenical charity's growth. This role will be responsible for all aspects of finance administrative and CRM database support and the successful candidate will want to be part of a faith-based organisation, committed to the mission of the charity both in the UK and the Holy Land.

• Record financial donations from all income streams into the charity (cash, cheque, CAF, BACS, online, by phone, in-person)
• Monitor bank account payments, online donations, and standing orders/direct debits
• Produce reports from payment processing companies
• Produce Gift Aid claims in conjunction with Finance Manager
• Logging and recording of accounts payable
• Become an expert user of our CRM (Access ThankQ) to ensure high-quality, accurate and compliant supporter data
• Use the CRM to produce segmentation, reporting and data analysis - creating queries, dashboards and reports to track performance
• To support the delivery and distribution of shop products purchased either through the website shop, over the phone or by mail order
• Assist with product stock and ordering
• Assist with the website shop and maintaining/adding product listings
• Basic office duties, including answering phone calls, logging and responding to letters and emails, franking letters, taking donations by phone
• Assist with other project deliverables identified by management
• Help maintain the cleanliness and Health and Safety of the office environment including cleaning and tidying as needed

Safe housing is crucial to the recovery of survivors and two-thirds of the women we support have a housing need. This is an exciting new role to help build pathways and partnerships with housing organisations and landlords to support women and children to safety and recovery.

About the Role

The Landlord & Lettings Partnership Manager will lead on securing suitable accommodation for our service users both while they are in Solace’s services (including refuges and supported accommodation for women experiencing multiple disadvantage) and as they transition to independent living, by building strong partnerships with private landlords and registered housing providers.

As part of the business development team you will work independently to source properties, developing landlord relationships and ensuring sustainable tenancies that benefit both landlords and tenants. You will act as the bridge between landlords and applicants — identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements and supporting successful placements.

You will act as a key link between landlords, housing providers and frontline services, building a pipeline of landlords, establishing systems and processes to delivering a new letting broker service and delivering this as a working concept. Your work will directly contribute to service targets and long‑term housing solutions for survivors.

About You

You bring experience working with landlords, lettings or housing services, ideally within supported housing, homelessness or the private rented sector. You are confident building relationships, negotiating effectively and managing a varied workload in a fast‑paced environment.

About the role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to play a central role in driving effective, efficient, and impactful global operations at one of the world’s leading environmental and human rights organisations.

As Deputy Chief Operating Officer, you will report directly to the COO and support the smooth, efficient, and ethical running of EJF’s international operations across 16 countries on four continents. You will work at the heart of the organisation, supporting critical priorities such as donor relations, recruitment and retention, financial controls and development, safeguarding, risk and security, cybersecurity, and ensuring the efficient operation of offices around the world.

Key responsibilities

1. Finance and Organisational Integrity:

• Work with the finance team to provide time-bound, clear tracking of financial income and expenditure against agreed budgets; insightful financial projections to inform strategic decisions; and recommendations on ethical banking and investment opportunities and changing needs.

• Ensure operational systems work effectively when they interface with finance, including ensuring value for money when undertaking procurements.

• Work closely with the finance team to ensure strong financial controls and systems are in place across the global offices, robust against fraud and error.

2. Human Resources:

• Supporting and enhancing EJF’s HR systems to ensure they are fit for purpose, fair and appropriate across all jurisdictions.

• Coordinating and supporting Managers with effective recruitment processes globally.

3. IT and Artificial Intelligence:

4. Fundraising Support and Donor Reporting:

• Support fundraising, including coordinating complex applications and ensuring proposal budgets and other operational information are accurate and consistent.

• Ensuring operational developments are accurately reflected in donor reporting.

5. Safeguarding, Risk and Security:

6. Leadership and Coordination:

Essential skills and experience

As a newly created position, it brings legacy administration fully in-house and will play a key role in ensuring income is realised in full, accurately managed, and delivered in line with best practice.

As Legacy Case Manager, you will: 

• Manage a caseload of residuary, pecuniary, life interest, discretionary, and high-value legacies, including contentious cases
• Lead on the preparation, monitoring and reporting of the legacy income budget and mid year forecasts, working closely with Finance and Fundraising colleagues to provide accurate, timely projections and variance analysis
• Work closely with internal teams and build effective external relationships with solicitors, executors and families to support positive outcomes
• Identify and resolve complex issues involving probate, trusts, tax, property, or litigation
• Represent Greenpeace UK externally with professionalism, fostering constructive relationships with pledgers, executors, solicitors, and sector peers

Essential skills and experience:

• Substantial experience in charity legacy and estate administration, both contentious and non-contentious
• Significant knowledge of probate, trusts, tax, and property issues relevant to legacy casework
• Strong understanding of sector best practice in legacy administration and charity law
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume and varied caseload to deadlines

Somewhere in West Africa, a mission worker is sitting with a question about their monthly budget.
