This dual role is split approximately 40% fundraising and 60% project leadership and partnership development. You will play a key role in securing new income streams through successful funding applications to trusts, foundations, and public-sector bodies, while also overseeing the delivery of inclusive, community-based projects and representing ECP on key strategic forums and partnership steering groups.

Summary of the role:
The Income Generation Support Officer will provide day-to-day administrative departmental support and support to the department Director to ensure the successful delivery of the organisation’s operations in an efficient manner. This role will focus on generating reports, tracking progress, and ensuring all the necessary processes relating to compliance, finance and HR are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
About the Role:
- Maintain and improve departmental filing systems to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Prepare purchase orders and document payments according to Muslim Aid’s financial procedure and in conjunction with the Finance team to ensure speedy payment of invoices for internal / external stakeholders.
- Undertake small-scale project work including researching, analysing and recommending next steps.
- Provide support to the IGM management team in responding to correspondence, booking meetings, minute-taking, planning and supporting events, organising travel and preparing travel itineraries and relevant tasks as required.
- Track Managers delivery of action points to ensure timeframes and outcomes are met, escalating to Head or Director of IGM for further action as appropriate.
- Undertake full inbox and extensive diary management, ensuring an effective use of time and preparation of information in advance. Sort, redirect and action emails and review an effective ‘bring up’ system to brief and prepare the Director Income Generation and Marketing for meetings / events.

About you
We are seeking a qualified accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) - or equivalent - with proven experience of budget development and financial reporting (trusts, foundations, or institutional funders). You will have a track record of managing supplier relationships, payment platforms, and international transactions, and a demonstrated ability to prepare financial statements and reports for fundraising teams, boards, or trustees.

As the Senior Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading some of the largest and most complex partnerships, focusing on delivering shared strategic goals to increase social mobility in the workplace. The corporate partnerships for the charity have been focused on strategic engagement on an organisational level and growth has been achieved through supporting multiple objectives and senior stakeholder relationships, so continuing this line of work will be important in the portfolio. The role will focus on both new business and account management with ambitious individual and team income targets.
To be successful as the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will have proven experience of corporate partnerships fundraising and be able to evidence securing and managing multi-year high value partnerships of six and seven figures. This person will need to demonstrate how they have developed a successful set of approaches to win new corporate partnerships and ideally experience of networking mapping and relationship building with the education and/or non-for-profit sector at the C-suite level.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices for at least two days per week. The salary for this role is £49,000 to £55,000.

As part of the Mass Participation team, this is an exciting opportunity where we will look for you to develop the overall strategy for our DIY challenge events programmes. This covers all supporters who are taking on a sporting event through their own place. As Challenge Events Manager (DIY) you will identify and maximise opportunities for growth, ensuring the programme remains innovative and responsive to market trends.
