About the Role

Are you a creative digital fundraiser who loves building relationships? Do you want to use your digital marketing, social media, and stewardship skills to make a real-world impact?

As our Community and Events Supporter Engagement Officer, you will be the driving force behind our digital supporter journeys. You won't just manage processes; you will craft exceptional, inspiring experiences for our volunteers and fundraisers from the moment they sign up to the moment they cross the finish line (and beyond).

This is a highly collaborative, home-based role where you will work closely with our Social Media, Communications, and Marketing teams to bring fundraising campaigns to life across all Cystic Fibrosis Trust platforms.

What you’ll be doing

• Exceptional Stewardship: Guide, inspire, and retain our amazing volunteers and supporters using digital platforms and email journeys.

• Digital Campaign Innovation: Help design, build, and implement exciting new digital fundraising campaigns, event registration pages, and email journeys.

• Social Media & Content Creation: Collaborate with our Social Team to develop engaging content, monitor social channels, and share powerful, real-life supporter stories.

• Data-Driven Insights: Work with cutting-edge tools (like Give Panel, Dynamics, Enthuse, JustGiving, Google Analytics, and Power BI) to measure campaign impact and continuously improve the supporter experience.

• Creative Resource Design: Use design software to create high-quality, impactful marketing and fundraising resources that align with our brand.

• Be the Face of the Trust: Represent the Cystic Fibrosis Trust at exciting events and meetings.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a target-oriented, passionate team player who is excited about digital fundraising trends and loves connecting with people.  You will also need to meet the following essential criteria:

• Proven experience in digital community fundraising and volunteer management.

• Effective project management experience

• A strong demonstrable understanding of relational fundraising and supporter journey principles.

• Hands-on experience using digital fundraising platforms (including Facebook, Enthuse, JustGiving, Give Panel, etc.).

• Experience of copywriting and editing skills to write compelling, high-quality content.

• Great collaboration skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team to reach targets.

• Experience of using Dot digital, Hootsuite, Power BI, or CRM and fundraising databases 

• Flexibility to travel throughout the UK and work occasional evenings/weekends to support our events.

About the role

As Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will build and manage a portfolio of high-value supporters, securing five and six figure gifts that help drive lasting change for people experiencing homelessness. You will develop meaningful, personalised relationships with donors and prospects, creating bespoke opportunities for engagement and inspiring long-term support.

Working collaboratively across Crisis, you will identify new funding opportunities, build a strong prospect pipeline, and develop compelling proposals and engagement opportunities that connect donors to our ambitious vision. We are bold in seeking new opportunities, collaborative in how we work across teams, impactful in our approach to fundraising, and equitable in ensuring every supporter can play a meaningful role in helping end homelessness.

• You're an experienced relationship fundraiser with a track record of securing significant gifts (at the five and six figure level) and managing high-value donor relationships.
• You enjoy building new connections and have experience of using moves management techniques to develop prospects into committed long-term supporters.

About the Role

We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to lead the operations team, join the management team and support the CEO. The role

We are looking for an experienced Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our friendly Fundraising Team. You will lead our trusts and foundations income stream, building a strong pipeline of significant funding opportunities, including high-value and multi-year partnerships. You will research prospects, develop compelling applications and reports, and make sure our submissions are accurate, evidence-led and aligned with Family Fund’s priorities.

You will work closely with colleagues across Family Fund to bring together the insight, evidence and financial information needed for strong proposals. You will also share your fundraising expertise to support statutory, community and corporate foundation applications, helping colleagues develop clear, consistent and persuasive submissions.

You will build and steward relationships with new and existing funders, keeping opportunities moving from prospect research through to application, reporting and renewal. You will monitor income progress, keep the pipeline up to date, and help identify new opportunities to grow sustainable funding for Family Fund.

About you

You will bring a strong track record of securing income from trusts, foundations or similar grant-making bodies, including five-figure grants and multi-year funding. You will be confident researching opportunities, shaping fundable propositions and writing detailed applications and reports that speak clearly to funder priorities.

You will bring excellent communication, research and numeracy skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear and engaging proposals. You will be organised, collaborative and able to manage competing deadlines, work independently and build positive relationships with colleagues, funders and partners.

About you:
You will be highly organised, confident working with budgets and multiple stakeholders, and motivated by social impact.
You will have a minimum of 2-3 years working in fundraising, social value or bid writing.
You'll have experience in fundraising, grants, partnerships or social value delivery, with strong research, writing and coordination skills, and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
You will be an excellent bid writer with the ability to translate service need and customer aspirations into compelling, winning bids.
You may have experience of raising funds for housing associations, social landlords or organisations that are not registered charities but have charitable status or are community interest companies.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Lead for Engagement who is, first and foremost, a strong analyst. Someone who's built propensity models, next best action logic, or lifetime value analysis, and who understands how to turn that thinking into segmentation, selections, and audience strategies that improve engagement and fundraising outcomes. You will lead a team and shape how we understand our audiences, turning that understanding into action.

What you will be doing

• Applying advanced analytical techniques e.g. propensity modelling and next best action, to understand audience behaviour and inform engagement and fundraising strategy
• Overseeing selections and segmentation for income and engagement activities and journeys, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and grounded in real analytical insight
• Leading a team of analysts, developing their skills in advanced analysis as well as delivery
• Partnering with fundraising, marketing, communications, and digital teams to embed data-driven decision-making
• Building dashboards and reporting that go beyond tracking KPIs to actively changing how decisions get made
• Contributing to our wider data maturity journey as we build out the Data and BI function

What we are looking for

• Significant, hands-on experience designing, building, and applying advanced predictive analytical techniques that directly inform engagement and income decisions
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, FastStats, and Power BI, together with proficiency in SQL
• Experience developing and managing a team, providing data and advisory services across an organisation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills — able to make complex information accessible to a range of stakeholders
• Experience in a data-driven marketing, engagement, or fundraising role

In this key role, you'll secure funding from a diverse portfolio of charitable trusts, foundations, statutory and lottery funders, and mid to high value donors. You'll identify new funding opportunities, build strong relationships with supporters, develop compelling funding applications and reports, and help demonstrate the impact of our work across Scotland.

About the role

The Senior Individual Giving Executive (Digital Acquisition) will play a key part in the delivery of the Individual Giving programme, producing sector-leading comms and campaigns to recruit and retain supporters. You will work closely with the rest of the IG team and the Fundraising and Communications Department to deliver high-quality, data-led campaigns across a range of marketing channels. The role will include campaign delivery, budgeting, strategy and planning, managing relationships with key suppliers and driving continuous campaign improvement.

This role will focus predominantly on digital acquisition activity, with a particular focus on paid search and paid social, though there is flexibility for this to change in the future.

About you

We are looking for a passionate fundraiser with keen interest in the charity sector, particularly in humanitarian work. The ideal candidate will have a range of cross-channel experience, ideally in the charity sector and in an Individual Giving team, with a particular focus on digital acquisition. We are looking for someone with the passion to drive and improve our digital acquisition campaigns, to critically review campaigns and implement improvements, and to put their own stamp on the role.

About Us

For over 21 years, The Pickering Cancer Drop-In Centre has offered free, holistic support to anyone in our community affected by cancer through complementary therapies, talking therapies, art, and our supportive community.

In 2025 alone, we had 1,911 individual visits and 1,021 therapy sessions - entirely through the dedication of our volunteer team. We are currently renovating our new centre, and we want to use it to reach further into our community than ever before. This is the first paid role in our history.

About the Role

As our first Executive Director, you will be the single point of accountability between our Board of Trustees and the day-to-day operation of the Centre - working alongside our (voluntary) Centre Manager and (voluntary) Volunteer Manager to support their roles, not duplicate them. You'll lead our strategy delivery, guide the charity's move into its new home, and oversee a service redesign informed by a fresh programme of visitor, volunteer and community research.

About You

You already know how to do this job - you've held a senior, accountable position in a charity or comparable organisation and can bring that experience from day one. You're confident reporting to a board of trustees, comfortable getting things done, and able to win the trust of a highly experienced, long-standing volunteer team through competence and credibility, not authority alone.

The Farming Community Network (FCN) is a UK-wide voluntary organisation and charity that aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people in farming and ‘walk with’ people at times of difficulty and change. We have been described as a ‘lifeline’ and a ‘trusted friend’ by people we have helped, and support over 12,500 people in agriculture each year with a wide range of issues.

We are recruiting a part-time Trust Fund and Legacy Development Manager. You will be reporting to the Head of Partnerships.

You will build vital relationships with Trusts, Foundations and other grant providers, generating income and helping to ensure the financial sustainability of the charity.  

You will also focus on increasing the volume and value of legacies left to FCN and nurturing these relationships and opportunities.

Now is an exciting time to be joining FCN – we are currently delivering our three-year strategy (2025 - 2027) and we are working with a wide range of stakeholders to create a resilient farming future for the next generation of farmers.

Trusts:

- Lead on the development and delivery of a new trust fundraising strategy.

- Oversight and management of relationships with existing and new trusts and foundations and delivering funding reports to a high and consistent standard, including evaluating impact.

- Writing and submitting high-quality bids and tailored proposals to secure charity funding from trusts, foundations, grant providers and other sources.
