The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Healthcare Manager to lead our Digital Health Programme and help shape the future of digital paediatrics across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering the College’s digital strategy, supporting paediatricians to navigate a rapidly evolving digital healthcare landscape, and ensuring children and young people benefit from safe, effective and equitable digital health solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Research and Evidence, you will lead the development and delivery of the RCPCH Digital Health Programme, working closely with senior clinicians, including the Vice President for Science and Research and the Officer for Digital Paediatrics. You will combine project management expertise, research skills and knowledge of digital healthcare to drive initiatives that support the paediatric workforce and influence national digital health policy.

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across healthcare, academia, government and industry, helping to identify emerging trends, develop resources and promote best practice in digital child health. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and delivery of the RCPCH Digital Health Programme, supporting the integration of digital technologies into paediatric practice

• Managing key programme outputs, including the Digital Health Hub, Digital Solutions Catalogue and Digital Skills Roadmaps

• Conducting horizon scanning, literature reviews, surveys and research activities to identify emerging developments in digital health

• Supporting the development of digital policy positions and strategic priorities for the College

• Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop digital skills, education and training resources for paediatricians

• Representing the College on external committees, working groups and at conferences and events

• Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare organisations, academics, policymakers and digital innovation partners

• Supporting communication and engagement activity to raise awareness of digital health initiatives and resources

• Responding to member enquiries relating to digital healthcare and emerging technologies

• Ensuring digital inclusion and equity are embedded throughout all digital health activities and programmes

• Supporting funding and partnership opportunities that contribute to the delivery of the College’s digital strategy

Essential skills and experience include:

• Degree or equivalent experience in a field with a research, health science or digital healthcare component

• Knowledge of research methodologies, including literature reviews, evidence gathering and data analysis

• Experience producing high-quality reports, briefings, documentation and communications materials for a range of audiences

• Strong project or programme management experience, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a wide range of stakeholders

• Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and programmes of work

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver work to a high standard within tight deadlines

• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships

• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information appropriately

Desirable:

• Project management qualification or certification

• Knowledge of NHS digital transformation, digital health technologies or healthcare innovation

• Understanding of the education and training pathways of paediatric healthcare professionals

• Experience working within healthcare, research, public sector or membership organisations

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Social Prescriber to join our team in Merton.

The Merton Social Prescribing service is one of the most established and mature services in the UK and is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.We are seeking an individual to join our successful service in Southwest London. This role will help to strengthen the links between Primary Care, voluntary and public services to improve patients’ health and wellbeing. 

You will provide a person centred service to patients within Primary Care GP practices in Merton, and you will also support each patient to access appropriate services provided by voluntary and community organisations and other agencies.

Social prescribing expands the options available in Primary Care by creating a ‘managed’ way for referrals of patients with social, emotional and/or practical needs. Patients ca n be linked to a variety of local non-clinical services in the community. These include leisure, social activities, education, welfare, housing and employment advice and support.

We are looking for Sessional Workers to support Advance’s Criminal Justice Services. Advance’s Criminal Justice Services work with women involved in the Criminal Justice System offering safe, targeted support and advocacy to women to help them address their complex needs in relation to the 9 pathways to offending, such as substance misuse and financial difficulties, aiming to reduce re-offending, encourage desistance amongst repeat offenders, and empower women to live safe, crime free lives.

You will be working in a team of Community Keyworkers in your region. Each Keyworker will provide one to one community support to women with a variety of needs simultaneously and will be co-located with partner organisations in their region. You will be expected to travel to Advance’s Head office in London for any organisational meetings and training, as and when required.

This post is not fixed hours or full time, work will be offered on an ad-hoc basis as and when required to meet the needs of the business.

About you

Working within the communications and marketing team, you'll be confident in managing our social media accounts (we have many), ensuring we're using platforms to get our messages out to both wide and targeted audiences with engaging and timely content.

You'll be happy using tools for social listening, interacting with our audiences and building our reach. You'll be familiar with key metrics for social engagement and will be reporting back to colleagues and other stakeholders - and using this data to constantly improve our communications.

You'll be skilled in writing longer form content for our members' magazine, Caring, proof reading articles, posting content on our websites, creating graphics and making sure our content is engaging, audience focused and dynamic. Oh, and you probably know your way around an emoji set and are not scared of a well timed pun. Plus you'll have a great eye for detail and be confident in your ability to prioritise (and sometimes reprioritise) your workload as needed.

We're a small but effective communications team and pride ourselves on getting stuck in and supporting each other when we need to deliver big on fast moving projects, so you'll need be able to juggle lots of demands while recognising the importance of always hitting deadlines.

We’re searching for an experienced Legacy Officer, who will play a vital role in ensuring every gift left to Dogs Trust in a will reaches its full potential. This role sits at the heart of our work, as every legacy makes a difference to the dogs we support.

What does this role do?
As a Legacy Officer, you will: 

• manage a caseload of pecuniary, specific, life interest, and residuary legacies, ensuring the charity receives its full entitlement and maximising value where possible,
• liaise with external stakeholders, such as executors or solicitors, handling sensitive conversations efficiently and professionally,
• review estate accounts, including the allocation of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Inheritance Tax (IHT), to confirm estates are correctly administered,
• represent the charity’s interests in all legacy-related correspondence, handling queries from legal professionals and the public with professionalism,
• maintain accurate records using the First Class 4 database, support with reporting, and escalate significant matters to senior legal staff as needed.

Could this be you?
With proven experience in legacy administration, you will have good knowledge of wills, probate, tax and trust law. The Senior Risk Relationship Manager provides pivotal leadership in risk management, operational resilience, governance and data protection across Hope for Justice and Slave-Free Alliance globally.  Advising on both threats, and opportunities across the organisation’s portfolio, producing insights on emerging themes, particularly those affecting modern slavery and human trafficking, and NGO operations

Operating at the second line of defence (L2), the role delivers independent oversight, guidance, and constructive challenge, strengthening risk management and compliance across the organisation. It supports and holds operational teams to account, ensuring risks are effectively identified, managed, and aligned with organisational risk appetite and governance requirements.

Aligned with ISO 31000 principles, the role leads the development, maturation, and embedding of an enterprise risk approach that integrates risk into strategy, operations, and organisational culture, enabling clear ownership across both centralised and decentralised functions.

The postholder works closely with operational and security leaders to strengthen organisational readiness for, and response to, major incidents and crises, ensuring effective escalation, coordination, and learning.

The role also incorporates Data Protection within the remit and is responsible for monitoring and advising on the organisation’s compliance with all applicable data protection laws.  provide objective oversight without conflicts of interest. 

It is not expected that the role holder is an expert in every aspect of data protection legislation from the outset, but must be able to upskill as needed, interpret requirements, and collaborate with external specialists where appropriate. Their role focuses on promoting good data protection practice across the organisation, including ensuring staff awareness and adherence to internal processes (e.g. completion of training, conducting DPIAs, and following approved procedures) and leading on the creation of these where gaps are identified. 

Main Duties

Risk Management

• Lead the strategic and operational development of the organisation’s risk framework, ensuring alignment with ISO 31000 and organisational context
• Coordinate appropriate identification and management of risk across all senior leadership and accountable roles, ensuring coverages of all 12 classifications of risk per the HfJ framework: (Security; Safeguarding; Health & Safety; Financial; Corruption; People & Culture; Cyber, Information and IT; Governance; Legal & Compliance; Reputational; Quality; Strategic)
• Develop and oversee an annual roadmap and schedule to monitor, evaluate, and report on organisational risk maturity, risk strategies and risk transfer.
• Maintain and continuously improve risk reporting tools, registers, and dashboards for global risk tracking and visibility.
• Coordinate training and communication that promote collaboration and ownership of risk across functions.
• Provide clear and accessible risk reporting to senior leadership, country directors, and the Board of Trustees (via subcommittees).

Risk Governance

• Lead coordination of the Risk & Compliance Committee, supporting the Chair to ensure key risks are accurately reported, well understood, and actively managed with Trustee oversight and governing mandates.
• Facilitate the setting of risk appetite and thresholds by the Board of Trustees, supporting their legal duties relating to risk, and ensuring organisational accountability.
• Author and maintain core risk policies in line with governance appetites and policy frameworks.
• Provide clear, concise and decision-oriented risk reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Trustees

Strategy Integration

• Support strategy owners to plan and monitor achievement against commitments, identify delivery risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Author the organisation’s annual Strategic Risk Outlook along with relevant country/thematic briefings.
• Embed risk-based thinking into decision-making, strategic planning and programme delivery to identify both threats and opportunities.

Incident & Crisis Management

• Serve as a core member of the Incident and Crisis Management Teams (IMT/CMT), advising and supporting leadership and country teams during critical incidents.
• Coordinate internal investigations into serious incidents, liaising with the Charity Commission as required.
• Maintain the incident register, ensure robust documentation, and facilitate post-incident reviews, learning and feedback to risk registers.
• Support development of the organisation’s complaints, accountability and whistleblowing mechanisms. 
• Strengthen organisational readiness and resilience for potential high-impact events.

Data Protection

Compliance & Governance 

• Keep the organisation on track with UK GDPR and equivalent laws in other regions. 
• Make sure policies are up to date and actually used in day-to-day work. 
• Offer clear, practical advice on what the law requires and how teams can meet it. 
• Act as the central point of contact to the Information Commissioners Office (and other authorities) in the event of major data related incidents.

Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) 

• Lead the DPIA process and ensure alignment across the organisation. 
• Help teams understand when a DPIA is needed and how to assess risks. 
• Step in on complex or high-risk DPIAs to guide decision-making and agree on safeguards. 
• Initiate DPIAs and involve the right people; providing oversight and guidance. 
• Check that decisions and DPIA findings align with legal obligations. 

Advisory & Support 

• Act as the go-to person for data protection questions from staff. 
• Support project and operational teams to build privacy into new systems and ways of working. 
• Advise on lawful bases, consent, transparency, and everyday compliance questions.

• Lead the organisation’s training and awareness activities relating to data protection.

Role Purpose

The Employment & Skills Manager will lead the development and delivery of our current and future Employment & Skills programmes, overseeing the successful delivery of the existing EFL Training Ground, Future Dons, DIVERT and Street Soccer projects.

A key aspect of the role will be to support the development of the Foundation's exciting new Health & Community Hub at the stadium, helping to shape a vibrant, inclusive space that promotes education, employability, health and wellbeing. This will include contributing to the creation of dedicated mentoring spaces and exploring the potential development of a Youth Hub in partnership with a range of stakeholders, creating new opportunities for young people and the wider community.

Working collaboratively across Foundation departments and with external partners, the Employment & Skills Manager will embed a consistent Work Experience and Volunteering pathway across the organisation, expand the Foundation's mentoring offer to schools, and develop innovative programmes that respond to local community needs while strengthening partnerships and maximising social impact.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the development and growth of Employment & Skills projects, including the effective line management of the Employment & Skills Team members. Leading various mentoring and skills development projects and sessions.
• Drive programme design, delivery, and quality assurance in consultation with stakeholders, internal teams, and beneficiaries.
• Work with key internal staff to develop and embed a clear process, pathway and framework for volunteering and work experience across the organisation. Training staff to implement an effective framework that supports young adults to take early steps into the industry.
• Regular monitoring of staff performance and development to ensure all are working towards meeting programme objectives and KPI’s. Building a high-performing and collaborative team, fostering a culture of resilience, togetherness and constant improvement.

•  Be the Designated Safeguarding Officer for Employment & Skills projects, liaising with associated partner Safeguarding Team’s to ensure a clear line of reporting to AFC Wimbledon Foundation Safeguarding Team. Ensuring all activity is suitably risk assesses.
• To create a safe environment and act to protect all young people and vulnerable adults that are either within the care of your programmes or attending club premises and report any concerns to the Safeguarding Lead.
• To adhere to the Foundation’s policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Financial Authorisation, Confidentiality and GDPR.

Qualifications:

· Hold a relevant higher education or industry recognised certification or have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within Charity and/or football and sports industry.

· Emergency Aid and Safeguarding Children Certificates.

We are seeking a motivated and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our growing and welcoming organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a wide range of activity across Wales’ political, public and academic life. The role also includes support for meetings, communications, and other areas within LSW as they develop. As such, it offers a great all-round experience, whether for an experienced administrator or someone looking to develop their career.

This flexible, part-time role is fixed term for one year in the first instance and will provide essential support to our small and friendly team – enabling us to deliver our ambitious five-year strategy to benefit Wales.We are looking for someone who is adaptable, supportive and organised. For an Assistant-level role we do not expect you to have substantial previous work experience, but we are looking for a self-starter with a keenness to learn, and a proactive attitude to assisting others and finding solutions is essential.

LSW is a bilingual organisation that supports active Welsh speakers and learners at all levels. Fluency in Welsh is not a requirement of this post, but the ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable, and a willingness to learn is essential.
