About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on fundraising leader who can develop and deliver our Individual Giving and Legacies programme, spanning legacies, membership, regular giving, lottery, appeals, publications, merchandise, Gift Aid, in-memory giving and supporter care. You will be able to balance planning with delivery, using data-driven insight to acquire, retain, upgrade and reactivate supporters while building a positive team culture where your team members feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work.

Strong organisational skills, good judgement, confidentiality and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. You should also be confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn and make effective use of housing and workplace systems.

Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Community Fundraising Manager to play a key role within our Community and Events team. About the role
In this key management role, you will work closely with the Head of Community and Events to deliver our community fundraising strategy and business plan, driving income growth while ensuring exceptional supporter experiences.

Role Details

We are flexible about both hours and where you work. The role is 37 hours per week full-time, but we welcome applications from people looking for part-time or other flexible working arrangements. We are also open to both office and home-based working; for colleagues based at our London office (N1), we operate a hybrid working model with an expectation of office attendance twice per week.

In the HR Business Partner role, you will partner with leaders and managers across the organisation, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of the services and business areas you support. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Trust and Foundations Fundraising Officer to help secure the funding needed to sustain and develop our vital work.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced grant fundraiser to play a pivotal role in the future sustainability of Harrogate Homeless Project.
Working closely with the Fundraising and Marketing Manager and colleagues across the organisation, you will lead on identifying, researching and securing funding from trusts and foundations, with a particular focus on capital funding opportunities. You will also help strengthen our impact measurement and evidence-gathering processes, ensuring we can effectively demonstrate the difference our services make and maximise future funding success.

Key Responsibilities
Trust and Foundation Fundraising
- Research, identify and pursue trust and foundation funding opportunities.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of funding applications and grant programmes.
- Prepare compelling grant applications, expressions of interest and supporting documentation.
- Manage the full grant cycle, from prospect research through to reporting and stewardship.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with funders.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:

Job Purpose:

Role purpose:

Key deliverables:
Relationship Development and Management:
- Identify and develop new funding opportunities and build relationships with trust, foundation and statutory funders at a senior level.
