We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our International Programmes Team on a permanent basis, working within our Asia region.

Overview

The Project Officer will be part of a regional team that works with new and existing partners to design, deliver and learn from projects in line with the organisation’s mission. The team supports the full project cycle: partner engagement, application review, due diligence, project design, contracting, implementation support, monitoring, evaluation and project closure, maintaining accurate records throughout, in close collaboration with the Quality Team (Director and Quality Assurance and Impact (MEAL) Specialists).

The Project Officer will work collaboratively across the regional team, providing flexible support and surge capacity during peak periods and responding to emerging priorities as required. Under the supervision of Programme Managers and the Regional Director, they will also take day-to-day responsibility for a portfolio of assigned partners and specific projects, ensuring timely progression from concept to completion and that documentation, compliance, quality assurance and learning requirements are met. This includes working with the Quality Team to integrate appropriate MEAL approaches, support data quality and ensure learning is captured and shared.
 

Key Responsibilities

·Project Identification and Evaluation

oIdentify and assess project concepts and proposals with assigned partners, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, feasibility, risk, safeguarding considerations and expected impact.

oContribute to emergency or rapid-response programming when required, including providing surge support to colleagues and helping to coordinate time-critical actions.

oSupport partner mapping and relationship management activities, helping to identify potential partners and project opportunities.

oUndertake contextual and partner due diligence research to inform project design, risk management and decision-making.

oPrepare high-quality proposals for internal review and project governance processes, including summaries of recommendations, risks and mitigation actions with the support of the Quality Team and in line with standards set by them.

·Grant Administration

oSupport Programme Managers and the Regional Director through the full project cycle, from initial scoping and proposal development through contracting, implementation support, monitoring, evaluation and closure.

oManage any individually assigned projects through the full project cycle, from initial scoping and proposal development through contracting, implementation support, monitoring, evaluation and closure.

oEnsure projects comply with organisational policies and procedures (including safeguarding and due diligence), and any relevant donor, statutory and partner requirements.

oEnsure the fulfilment of any actions mandated by the Programmes Subcommittee.

oTrack delivery against agreed plans, budgets and results frameworks; flag variances, support problem-solving with partners and colleagues, and recommend adjustments where needed.

oWork with the Quality Team (Director and Quality Assurance and Impact (MEAL) Specialists) to agree proportionate MEAL plans for assigned projects (e.g., indicators, data sources, reporting schedules), and to strengthen quality assurance throughout implementation.

·Stakeholder Engagement

oAct as a key point of contact for assigned partners, working closely with Programme Managers and the wider regional team to coordinate support and decision-making.

oMaintain regular communication with partners to provide guidance throughout proposal development and implementation, including on reporting requirements, procurement expectations and agreed outputs/outcomes.

oCoordinate with the Quality Team (Director and Quality Assurance and Impact (MEAL) Specialists) to support partner capacity strengthening on quality assurance and MEAL requirements, and to address quality or evidence gaps identified during implementation.

oDevelop familiarity with other organisations working in the Region and look for opportunities to collaborate with and learn from them.

·Budget Administration

oSupport sound financial management across the Regional Team and for assigned projects, including budget review, payment scheduling, verification of supporting documentation and reconciliation of expenditure against budgets.

oFor approved projects, ensure that all finance processes are completed to facilitate payments.

oPrepare clear updates and financial summaries for Programme Managers, the Regional Director and other internal stakeholders, maintaining an appropriate audit trail.

·Reporting and Documentation

oMaintain complete and accurate project documentation for assigned projects, including due diligence records, agreements, correspondence, partner reports and closure documents.

oMaintain project and partner information in relevant systems and trackers, producing reports and analysis as required.

oMonitor progress and results, review partner narrative and financial reports, support evaluations where appropriate, and ensure project learning is captured and shared within the team.

oWork with the Quality Team (Director and Quality Assurance and Impact (MEAL) Specialists) to review project evidence, ensure data quality standards are met, and support evaluations, reviews and learning products as required.

oCoordinate meetings and follow-up actions (including agendas, minutes and action logs) to ensure decisions are recorded and progressed.

Person Requirement

Essential

·Experience in project administration or coordination, ideally in the charity, NGO or public sector.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of partners and stakeholders across different cultures and contexts.

·Proficiency in MS Office suite and comfort using online systems for project tracking and document management.

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

·Strong attention to detail.

·Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly as part of a diverse, dispersed team.

·Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines under pressure.

·Familiarity with CRM or grant management systems (e.g. Salesforce)

Desirable

·Experience supporting monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL/MEAL) processes and/or producing donor-style reports, including working with quality assurance or MEAL specialists.-

The Office Administrator is the first point of contact for general enquiries. They are responsible for various areas of administration involving our staff, Fellows, trustees and external organisations. The Advocacy Director holds primary responsibility for delivering ECC’s advocacy strategy internationally and within the UK. This strategy aims to ensure states’ legal obligations on casualty recording are recognised and upheld globally, and that casualty data is used effectively to shape policy responses to conflict.

ECC’s advocacy work is focused primarily within the human rights and humanitarian multilateral fora in Geneva, but also incorporates work with New York-based UN targets within the security field. In parallel, as a UK-based organisation, we seek to influence domestic decision-makers including those within the FCDO, MoD, and parliament.

The Advocacy Director will be ECC's most senior external face after the Executive Director. As a key figure within a small organisation, the Advocacy Director will lead advocacy activity directly, building and stewarding relationships with state delegations, UK parliamentarians, UN officials, and civil society partners. The role requires exceptional political judgment, fluency across both multilateral and Westminster environments, and the credibility to represent ECC at the most senior national and international levels.

The Organisation
Our client is a mission-driven programme dedicated to supporting community-led change and place-based development. Working in close partnership with local communities, funders and stakeholders, they help people take control of their town's future - connecting local energy and ideas, and ensuring long-term funding flows to what matters most, as decided by the people who live there. In Grimsby, this includes the Growing Together Fund, a new, independent community fund being developed. Their approach is rooted in local knowledge, relationships and trust.

As the programme moves into a critical delivery phase, Prospectus is delighted to be working them to recruit and experienced Fund Coordinator to help ensure its work runs smoothly and effectively. This role is offered on a 6 month contract, working remotely with regular travel to Grimsby and London.

The Role
As Fund Coordinator, you will play a central role in holding together the operational delivery of several grant programmes. You will coordinate day-to-day activity, making sure design sessions are progressed efficiently and key programme milestones are met. You will support the preparation of clear and accessible application materials, manage incoming queries from applicants and community decision-makers, and help coordinate assessment panels and forums.

Alongside delivery, you will take responsibility for events coordination, including liaising with fund decision makers and helping to prepare in advance for future rounds. You will also maintain oversight of the programme budgets, keeping track of expenditure, highlighting any variances and assisting with financial reporting where necessary.

The role also offers exposure to fundraising and communications. You will support the development of funding materials, help manage funder relationships and pipeline tracking, in addition to contributing to capturing programme learning and informing strategy documentation. Working closely with the Fund Lead, your work will enable senior colleagues to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring strong day to day coordination and reliable support across the programme.

The Person
You will be a highly organised and committed charity sector professional with exposure ideally to grant-making or fundraising, who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong events and programme support experience and will be confident keeping complex, demanding workstreams on track and to tight deadlines. Your written communication will be clear and concise, allowing you to produce accurate and compelling summaries, guidance materials and correspondence.

You will be numerate and comfortable keeping budget trackers up to date. You will be proactive and solutions driven in your approach, able to identify what needs to be done and to take ownership of making it happen. You will also be confident in exercising sound judgement and diplomacy when escalating issues at appropriate times.

You will have experience of working collaboratively and remotely within a small, busy team and will be able to step up and represent the organisation when the Fund Lead is not available. Importantly, you will have a genuine interest in community-led change and civic collaborative approaches to community development.

With a current membership of over 11,000, the ISM is known for its wide range of services to its members from legal to health and wellbeing. We are also known for our campaigning work on issues from music education to AI and Brexit.

The ISM is now looking for a highly experienced Administrator and Secretary to work alongside the Chief Executive. You will have very strong administrative skills as well as advanced knowledge of using Microsoft office packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You must have experience of ensuring good governance at Board level including  preparing Board papers and drafting and circulating Board minutes. This is a critical part of the role as well as drafting a wide variety of correspondence.

You will also be responsible for aspects of risk management such as health and safety. The Chief Executive is a senior leader in the music sector so you will need to be able to demonstrate absolute loyalty, discretion and confidentiality as well as excellent common sense and good judgement.

If possible you should have a music background.

We operate a triage system for new referrals and you will play your part in making sure people are responded to quickly and thoughtfully. Team Sahara is a dedicated Dementia Support Service supporting South Asian communities across Greater Manchester. We're a small, passionate team with a welcoming and supportive culture, committed to helping people living with dementia and those who care for them access the right support at the right time.

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Dementia Adviser to join us, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (21 hours per week). Because this role works closely with South Asian communities, you'll need to be fluent in English and at least one South Asian language, such as Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Bangla or Gujarati.

About the role

You will work closely with people living with dementia and those who care about them, providing personalised information, guidance and emotional support. You will listen carefully, understand what matters most to each person and help them access the services, resources and networks that can make a difference to their lives.

Your days will be varied and meaningful. You might be visiting someone at home, supporting a family over the telephone, delivering a dementia awareness session in the community or working alongside local professionals to ensure people receive joined-up support. You will manage your own caseload, respond to referrals and maintain accurate records, while always keeping the individual at the centre of your work.

A big part of this role is building relationships within South Asian communities across Greater Manchester. You will work closely with community groups, faith organisations, health and social care professionals and other local partners to increase awareness of dementia, strengthen community connections and improve access to support for people affected by dementia.

You will also help facilitate Memory Cafés and other group activities, creating welcoming and inclusive spaces where people can connect with others, access information and feel supported.

You will be part of a caring and supportive local team who share ideas, learn together and encourage one another. There will be opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills, with regular support from your manager and colleagues.

About you

You will have:

- An understanding of dementia, or a willingness to learn about the experiences of people living with dementia and those who care for them.
- Experience providing information, guidance, advice or emotional support. This could be from health, social care, community, voluntary, customer service or other people-focused roles.
- The ability to build trust and positive relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively whilst balancing competing priorities.

The role of Digital Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of The Children’s Trust’s digital communications. Working closely with the Digital Manager and wider Marketing and Communications team, the postholder will help ensure our website, email marketing and other digital activity are engaging, accessible, user-focused and aligned with organisational priorities and brand guidelines.

The role will support the day-to-day management of the charity’s websites maintaining high-quality, up-to-date content with a strong user experience, alongside contributing to integrated marketing and communications activity through digital channels, including email and paid digital support. Using analytics and insight, the Digital Officer will help monitor performance, identify opportunities for optimisation and support data-driven decision making to enhance reach, engagement and user journeys.

Role Requirements

Website management

• Support the day-to-day running of the charity’s websites, managing updates from across the organisation and ensuring continuous improvement and development of content, layout and structure.
• Support the Digital Manager to work with teams across the charity to ensure all website content is fresh, up-to-date and in line with our key messages, style and tone of voice.
• Support Digital Manager with ensuring websites are compliant, secure, accessible, user-friendly and aligned to brand, communications and organisational objectives.
• Produce content that complies with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 – Level AA) and help promote web accessibility throughout the Organisation.
• Build and maintain online forms, e.g. donations, event entries and data capture.

Campaigns and email marketing

• Assist the Digital Manager and Senior Marketing Manager with paid digital activity on small scale campaigns, covering areas such as paid social and Google ads or search campaigns and boosted posts.
• Contribute to marketing and communications plans for campaigns and projects.
• Support with review and delivery of email communications produced across the organisation to ensure they meet brand and best practice guidelines.
• Support with the creation and management of email communications using DotDigital.
• Optimise performance through A/B testing, segmentation and analytics.
• Collaborate with the Digital Manager to support and ensure effective targeting, segmentation and retargeting in our email marketing and paid campaigns.

We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and organised Dementia Adviser to join our supportive team in hull working 35 hours per week, on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027, working 8am - 4pm. 

You will work closely with people living with dementia and those who care about them, providing ongoing support. You will listen carefully, understand what matters most to each person and offer guidance that helps them feel steadier and more confident as their situation changes.

Our Hospital Dementia Adviser provides vital support to people living with dementia during their hospital stay. You’ll work directly with individuals who have a dementia diagnosis and their families, helping them understand their situation, navigate hospital processes, and plan a safe and confident discharge home with the right support in place.

This is a hospital-based role that involves regular walking between wards and departments. You will work closely with the wider Local Services Team to ensure that people are smoothly connected to ongoing support in the community once they leave the hospital.

Although there is no direct personal or clinical care involved, this role is all about offering high-quality advice, guidance, and emotional support. You will collaborate with hospital staff, volunteers, and external partners to ensure that people affected by dementia receive the right information and feel supported throughout their journey.

We operate a triage system for new referrals and you will play your part in making sure people are responded to quickly and thoughtfully. You will manage your own caseload, keeping clear and accurate records, while always seeing the person behind the paperwork.
You will be part of a caring and dynamic local team who share ideas, reflect together and support one another. There will be time to meet as a team and opportunities to keep growing your knowledge of dementia, with your manager and colleagues alongside you.

About you 

We are looking for someone compassionate, organised, and confident working in a busy hospital environment.

- Have an understanding of dementia and the needs of people living with dementia (experience with other health conditions or support needs will also be considered).
- Be comfortable moving around a hospital sites at Hull Royal Information and Castle Hill Hospitals and engaging with people in a fast-paced setting.
- Be comfortable providing information, guidance, advice or emotional support - this could be from health, social care, community, voluntary, customer service or other people focused roles.
- You will be able to listen and communicate, with the ability to build trust and rapport with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Be able to manage your workload effectively, with appropriate support and tools, and to balance competing priorities.
- Confidence using IT systems to maintain accurate and confidential records.
