This role supports the Philanthropy Manager, Special Events and Committees, and the Senior Event Manager by delivering end‑to‑end event support for our portfolio of special events, including Recital 4 Research, an opera recital and reception; The Royal Marsden Cup, our annual golf day; and the Ever After Garden, our annual remembrance garden. Your role will include coordinating speakers, liaising with suppliers, managing volunteers, supporting in donor meetings, and writing donor communications. You will play an important part in delivering income growth from high value fundraising committees, special events and tribute funds.

This role also leads on prize donor stewardship, identifying opportunities for the Charity to be a beneficiary of an event, and events administration. Your support will ensure that as a team we deliver outstanding donor experiences and event outcomes.

The Senior Economic Empowerment Partnerships Manager is responsible for raising awareness of the growing threat of economic abuse. An experienced project manager with experience of managing services for victims of domestic violence and/or other forms of gender-based violence, the post holder will work with the Heads of Service to implement Refuge’s tech strategy to ensure that Refuge continues to learn about and respond to changing economic developments with a particular focus on technology and victims of domestic abuse.

The post-holder will work across all services and will work closely with the Fundraising Team and Head of Services to develop an economic fundraising strategy to ensure that the role generates income through partnerships and consultancy with the financial sector by raising awareness of economic abuse and technology-facilitated abuse. The post holder will work closely with the Policy Team to feed into legislative asks relating to economic abuse, to better improve responses for survivors both in legislation and in the financial sector. We are looking for candidates with extensive practical experience of supporting a diverse range of victims of domestic violence and/or other forms of gender-based violence. In-depth understanding of economic abuse, and how it is used against women and girls and how this form of abuse is a barrier for women leaving a relationship. Current, up to date knowledge and understanding of the legislation that impacts survivors of economic abuse and in-depth understanding of the needs of survivors and their children impacted by economic abuse.

The Senior Economic Empowerment Partnerships Manager will cultivate a learning culture around economic abuse and help improves outcomes for survivors, improving responses from the financial sector, and raising awareness of economic abuse.

About the role

This role will coordinate, oversee and supervise the Legal Practice Unit’s legal aid billing operations. Through systematic and efficient management, the post-holder will play an important role in CCLC’s financial and operational sustainability. Working with the Managing Director of Legal Practice, the Heads of Department and Coram’s central finance team, the key objective of the role is to help maximise the unit’s legal aid billing in controlled work, certificated work and inter partes costs. It will also oversee private fees billing. The post-holder will oversee the smooth running of legal aid billing. In this role, the post-holder will work very closely with legal, operations and administrative staff. The role will act as a key point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders including Coram’s central finance team who will support the role with grant fund management and overall accounting functions for CCLC. The post-holder will support the Managing Director of Legal Practice and Children’s Rights and department heads in the successful maintenance of our relationship with the Legal Aid Agency.

The role would suit a legal aid billing professional with significant direct hands on experience of a range of types of civil legal aid billing (including controlled and certificated work) and an understanding of the challenges of legal aid. The ideal candidate will have experience of supervising the work of others but support and training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is interested in developing into management, is a proactive problem solver, is highly organised and able to maintain oversight over different workstreams ensuring progress. In addition to legal aid experience, they will need an aptitude for processing large amounts of data, developing and managing spreadsheets and improving organisational systems. They will be well supported through training, an enthusiastic and competent junior billing team, the central finance team and an outsourced legal cashiering company, as well as a friendly and collaborative management team including the Managing Director and the Heads of practice areas.

This is a largely office-based role in order to fully provide support to the billing team. However, some remote / hybrid working may be possible depending the experience of the candidate after the initial settling in period and there will be flexibility over how the working hours days will be spread across the week (within working hours). The team are mostly based in the London office and with one billing team member in Colchester so the postholder may require some occasional travel.

About the Independent Living Programme

Centrepoint’s Independent Living Programme (ILP) is delivering 300 genuinely affordable homes across London and Greater Manchester for young people moving on from homelessness. With 50 homes already built and £23m secured, the Independent Living Capital Appeal is raising a further £27m to complete the programme.

The Role

The Independent Living Capital Appeal Manager will play a key role in delivering this ambitious programme. You will be responsible for helping to deliver the £27m appeal target by managing and growing a portfolio of high-value donors and grant-makers, securing five and six figure gifts, and developing a strong pipeline of new prospects.

Working closely with the Head of Independent Living Appeal, you will lead the cultivation and solicitation of high-value supporters while delivering an outstanding donor experience. The Income Generation Director plays a pivotal leadership role in enabling Devon Air Ambulance to deliver its mission through strong, trusted relationships with the public, supporters, partners and stakeholders. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership of income generation, communications and public engagement, as the Income Generation Director brings together fundraising, marketing, communications and commercial activity to grow support for Devon Air Ambulance and generate long-term sustainable income.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of the corporate strategy, providing insight, challenge and leadership across the organisation. You will hold responsibility for public engagement and income generation activity across both the Charity and the Trading Company. The postholder will need to be willing to hold/apply for a Gambling Commission Personal Management Licence for the lottery.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be able to role model a culture of integrity, honesty and openness with demonstrable experience of senior leadership within public engagement, income generation communications, marketing or a related field. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, being able to influence and have a tangible impact on income generation. The candidate will be able to operate in a dynamic and high-profile environment with the confidence to innovate and take informed risks. 

As the role will require engagement with communities, staff and supporters across the county, it is essential that the candidate has a full driving licence.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Team: National Cycle Network Engagement Team 

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead our Artworks and Placemaking programmes. These programmes work with local communities to care for, protect, and improve places along the National Cycle Network (NCN) through artwork and placemaking. 

You will lead the expansion of the Artworks and Placemaking programme from Scotland into England. This includes setting up new projects, supporting delivery partners, and making sure funder requirements are met. 

You will also manage the ArtRoots community grants programme. In addition, you will oversee an England‑wide audit of artworks on the National Cycle Network, working closely with our volunteer network. 

You will work with teams across the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust to track progress and understand the impact of this work. A key part of the role is sharing outcomes, learning, and achievements in a clear and accessible way with funders, partners, and other stakeholders. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Manage the established Artworks and Placemaking programme in Scotland and lead the rollout of the new programme in England. 
  This includes full responsibility for budgets, resources, risks, and KPI reporting.
• Oversee complex, grant‑funded projects and act as Project Sponsor. 
  Ensure projects meet funder requirements and are delivered to a high standard.
• Support community‑led delivery along the National Cycle Network (NCN). 
  Work closely with Local Authorities, volunteers, community groups, external partners, and internal teams.
• Manage and support project teams. 
  Help teams prioritise work so time and resources are focused where they have the greatest impact.
• Set the strategic direction for the programme and develop a clear pipeline of projects. 
  Lead funding bids, define KPIs, and make sure impact is clearly measured and evidenced. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering community arts projects that make a real difference. The work involves supporting communities to shape their local spaces and creating clear evidence of impact for funders. 

ABOUT YOU

• A degree, or equivalent experience, in arts, placemaking, community education, or a related field. 
  You will also have several years of experience delivering community‑led arts or built‑environment projects, especially in areas affected by inequality or deprivation.

  This includes knowledge of land ownership and permissions, planning processes, public art delivery, ongoing maintenance, and relevant health and safety or construction regulations.
• Proven experience managing complex programmes and multiple projects at the same time. 
  This includes managing budgets, identifying and managing risk, and working within structured project management approaches.
• Experience developing successful funding applications and building positive, collaborative partnerships. 
  You will be confident working with communities, stakeholders, volunteers, and members of the public.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. 
  You will have experience supporting and supervising teams, strong organisational skills, a creative approach, and the ability to solve problems in complex situations.
• The ability to work in ways that promote the safety and wellbeing of children, young people, and adults at risk, in line with safeguarding best practice.
