The Senior Product Officer will work in the Engagement and Fundraising Directorate, responsible for all fundraising from individuals at the NSPCC. The Legacies and Products team sits within this d irectorate and is responsible fo r management and innovation across the products portfolio. Reporting to the Fundraising Products Manager - this role will be responsible for overseeing the development, fulfilment, and delivery of the NSPCC’s new and existing fundraising products, helping us achieve the highest levels of engagement from both new supporters.
The successful candidate will lead on the delivery of our Regular Giving programme, Online Shop, Weekly Lottery and Raffle, Payroll Giving scheme, Sponsor A Call, development of new fundraising products but may work on other projects and products as required.

Job purpose
- To support the Fundraising Manager or lead on, the development, delivery and innovation of new and existing fundraising products and propositions
- To work closely with a range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure all products are developed and fulfilled to the highest standard
- To support and lead meetings attended by a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- To draft informative papers, business cases and strategy documents which support and articulate product objectives
- To create, populate and manage ongoing numerical reports articulating the performance of products, projects and campaigns
- To support the Engagement Delivery team , in the development of campaigns which promote our products to new and existing supporters
Key relationships - Internal
1. Reports to and supports the Fundraising Manager (Products), deputising where necessary
2. Works closely with the other Senior Product Officers across the Legacies and Products team

4. Works with the other stakeholders to gain insights which inform and support fundraising activity
5. Works with staff in other NSPCC functions, such as Services for Children and Young People, Supporter Care, Communications and Public Policy, as necessary to further fundraising relationships
Key relationships - External
1. Works with the NSPCC’s current and potential supporters, volunteers and/or suppliers, stewarding relationships that support fundraising activity
2. Works with the suppliers and vendors (printers, creative agencies, web developers, External Lottery Managers, postage providers) who develop and fulfil our products and campaigns
Main duties and responsibilities
1. Work with the Fundraising Manager and Associate Head of Legacies and Products, to develop and deliver new and existing fundraising products
2. To be responsible and accountable for the fulfilment and delivery of fundraising products, both within the Legacies and Products team , and the wider organisation
3. To be responsible for development and delivery of product development roadmaps and project level management information for products new and existing products
4. To create and populate numerical reports and models which communicate current and potential product performance. These will evaluate achievement, forecast results and analyse data, helping stakeholders at all levels understand success
5. To support in the management of the Products team’s budget, particularly with the raising of purchase orders, processing of invoices, and securing quotes from suppliers
6. To be a subject expert on fundraising products, maximising income by sharing knowledge, specialist expertise, best practice, and experience with others across the organisation
7. To lead on, collate and present research which provides insight into the work commercial entities and other charities and consequently informs the way we develop new and existing products
8. To work cross functionally and cross departmentally, to ensure that fundraising activities are managed and developed in a way that maximises income for the NSPCC
9. To undertake specific fundraising projects and activities as necessary or as required to support the department’s fundraising objectives, , in line with the IS department'sdepartment’s annual business plan and budget
10. To keep up to date on best practice and developments within the charity and products sectors, paying particular attention to changes to fundraising and gambling commission regulations, GDPR and codes of practice.

1. To update databases and supporter information systems on a regular basis in line with Data Protection legislation and NSPCC policy and procedures to ensure all records are up to date and accurate.
2. To actively participate in regular department and team meetings contributing to strategy, discussions, and decisions which in the long term will be beneficial to the NSPCC’s development of fundraising activities.
3. To maintain an awareness of own and others’ Health and Safety and comply with the NSPCC’s Health & Safety policy and procedures.

1. Highly developed written communication skills to understand, interpret and present complex information in a clear and persuasive way for a range of audiences.

Background and Aims of the Community Health Champion Programme
This role is for our Community Health Champions Programme (CHC). The programme is led by and for City & Hackney’s diverse communities. Community Health Champions (Champions) empower residents to become aware of, take ownership and work towards more positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
This is achieved by the programme sourcing, recruiting, training and supporting a diverse cohort of Champions who live, work, volunteer or study within City & Hackney. Our vast network of 230+ Champions who amongst them speak 40+ languages, are instrumental in tailoring and sharing vital health messaging with residents and feeding back insights, concerns and questions which are then used to develop more bespoke, relevant and culturally nuanced health messaging. Champions, with support from the programme, give voice to communities with varying levels of health literacy: how residents access, assess, and engage with healthcare information, services and systems.
The programme was launched during the Covid-19 pandemic but has now expanded to focus on wider health issues and wider determinants of health such as mental health and wellbeing, long term conditions, diet and nutrition.
Purpose of the Role
The Communications and Engagement Officer will lead on programme communications, coordinating and delivering the day-to-day communications that power the Community Health Champion CHC) programme. The primary goal of this role is to equip Champions with accessible, inclusive, high-quality communications content, tools and resources enabling them to effectively engage in the programme whilst building trust and improving health literacy across City & Hackney.
This is a hands-on role focused on amplifying community voices, positioning and showcasing the continued impact of Champion activities, maintaining a positive programme reputation, and ensuring our health messages reach the people who need them most.

About the role
We're looking for experienced facilitators to join our growing network of Associate Programme Leads, delivering CoachBright programmes in schools and universities across England.
Depending on demand, your availability and the geographical areas you're able to cover, you may be offered one or multiple programme assignments throughout the academic year.
This is a freelance contract for services, offering the flexibility to organise your own schedule and decide which programme assignments you accept. Each programme has a clearly defined scope, fixed programme fee and agreed delivery timeline.
As an Associate Programme Lead, you'll take responsibility for delivering allocated programmes, building positive relationships with schools, universities and volunteers, and ensuring every programme is delivered to CoachBright's high standards.
You’ll be supported by a named CoachBright colleague who will provide programme oversight, quality assurance and operational support throughout your assignments.

As an Associate Programme Lead, you may be commissioned to deliver one or more of CoachBright's programmes, depending on your experience, availability and the needs of our partner schools and universities.

UniCoach Programme
Our UniCoach Programme trains university students to become academic coaches, supporting small groups of pupils to build their confidence, independence, resilience and academic progress.
As an Associate Programme Lead, you'll recruit, train and support university volunteers, build strong relationships with school and university partners, coordinate programme delivery and evaluate its impact.
A typical UniCoach programme features 20-30 pupils, and 5-10 undergraduates, and involves:

Peer to Peer Programme
Our Peer to Peer Programme trains older pupils to become academic coaches for younger pupils, helping both groups to develop academically while building confidence, leadership and resilience.
As an Associate Programme Lead, you’ll.train pupil coaches, support the school throughout programme delivery, maintain the day-to-day relationship, oversee programme quality and evaluate its impact.
A typical Peer to Peer programme features 15 older pupils coaching one younger peer each (total cohort size of 30) and involves:

LifeCycle Programme
Our LifeCycle programme provides one-to-one professional coaching for university students from underrepresented backgrounds, helping them navigate university life, develop key skills and achieve their personal and academic goals.
A typical LifeCycle programme features a cohort of 20-30 undergraduate students, who receive six 60-minute online coaching sessions, alongside three in-person workshops.
Depending on your qualifications and experience, you may either:

Deliver one-to-one coaching yourself (for associates with recognised professional coaching qualifications); and/or
-
Coordinate a team of professional coaches, managing programme delivery, partner relationships and evaluation.

Key details
Contract Type:
Associate Programme Lead (Freelance Contract for Services). You will be engaged as an independent contractor, not an employee of CoachBright.
Programme Availability:
Programme assignments are offered throughout the academic year as partner schools and universities confirm delivery. The number of programmes offered will vary depending on demand, your availability, and the geographical areas you are able to cover. While we cannot guarantee a minimum number of programme assignments, we are looking to build long term relationships with associates who consistently deliver excellent programmes.
Support:
Every Associate Programme Lead is supported by a named CoachBright colleague who provides programme oversight, quality assurance and operational support.
Training:
Successful applicants will complete a paid induction before delivering their first programme and receive programme-specific training where required.
Safeguarding
An Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training are required before programme delivery begins.
Travel
The role is home-based with regular travel to partner schools and universities. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with CoachBright's Expenses Policy.
Insurance

About the role:
For someone moving away from street homelessness, having a home can be life-changing — but keeping that home can take the right support at the right moment. TST North works with people in social housing across North, West and East London, helping them build stability, independence and confidence in their own home.
As a Tenancy Rescue Worker, you’ll step in when someone’s tenancy, safety or wellbeing is at risk. Your day-to-day work will include responding to internal referrals, visiting clients in their homes, assessing risk and need, co-producing support and safety plans, and taking practical action around issues such as arrears, debts, benefits, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding concerns, poor health, substance use, domestic abuse or social isolation.
You’ll work closely with clients, TST colleagues, housing providers, local authorities and specialist services to prevent situations from escalating and help people stay safely housed. This could mean advocating with a landlord, helping someone access health or welfare support, coordinating a multi-agency response, supporting a client to understand their tenancy rights and responsibilities, or helping rebuild trust where services have not always felt safe or reliable.
This is a new role in TST North, so you’ll also help shape how the service responds when people are at greatest risk of losing the stability they have worked hard to build. You’ll bring calm, skilled intervention, strong partnership working and a real belief that people should not be left to fall back into homelessness when the right support could help them stay safely housed.

- You know how much a stable home can change someone’s future, and you bring the skill, patience and belief needed to help people protect it.
- You’re confident working with people experiencing multiple disadvantage, using trauma-informed, strengths-based support to build trust, reduce risk and create practical next steps.

- You understand the realities of tenancy sustainment, housing rights, financial pressure and partnership working — and you know how to turn that knowledge into action for clients.

About You

Hybrid working
The CSP operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work between their home and the office. While we do not stipulate the number of days in the office, employees decide, through discussions with their line managers, how, when, and where they work best, balancing the needs of the CSP, the team, and themselves. Employees are still expected to attend the office for in-person meetings when required for their role and the organisation. Homeworking is subject to meeting homeworking assessment requirements, which include a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps and a dedicated space to work from.

The hospital to home service works collaboratively with hospitals to support people when they are discharged from hospital to return home. As a Hospital to Home Outreach Worker, you will provide temporary, practical and emotional support to service users within their home and make sure they understand the care and local community services available to them.
The service is time limited, usually up to 4 or 6 weeks, to adjust and settle back in their homes.

The role
The donor experience & stewardship manager will report to the head of fundraising operations & strategy.
We are seeking a creative and driven donor experience manager to join our team on a permanent basis. Working alongside members of the wider team, you will lead on creating and delivering a gold-standard experience for major donors supporting the Royal Free Charity, showcasing the impact their support has across our hospital sites. Your efforts will play a key role in ensuring continued, uplifted support for the charity.
You will play an important role within our Fundraising Operations team, helping to build relationships, and increase income, in a pivotal year for the charity, after our silent phase capital campaign launch. Your role will have a varied workload, supporting both core fundraising and campaign stewardship. The role will offer significant scope for development, giving you the opportunity to develop your skillset in a supportive, ambitious, and high-performing team.
The team
Our dynamic fundraising department generated c.£4m through donations in 2025/26, and we are now preparing for an ambitious multi-million-pound campaign in support of a ground-breaking cancer centre on the site of the Royal Free Hospital.
We pride ourselves on being a supporter focused and agile function, working at the heart of the charity to deliver impact for patients and staff across our hospitals.
Responsible for attracting and retaining donors, and delivering an outstanding supporter experience, the fundraising department comprises three teams which work closely together to achieve our shared objectives:
· Our philanthropy & campaigns team builds relationships with individual philanthropists, trusts, foundations, corporate organisations and intermediaries, giving or facilitating donations of £10,000 or more to the charity each year. They lead major appeal activity for the charity, currently focused on our cancer campaign, and special events to support these activities.
· Our public fundraising team harnesses the support and energy of individuals and groups, helping them to give back in the way that works for them. This includes committed giving, in memory support, gifts in wills, and fundraising events and challenges.
· Our fundraising operations team provides operational support for our fundraising and the wider charity through the provision of data and systems support, prospect research, stewardship, gift processing, reporting and governance. We underpin the work of the entire department.

A hugely exciting new role within the Communications team at the charity, the postholder will work across media, external affairs and influencing to engage with key stakeholders, boost the charity's profile, and promote learning and adoption of the solutions the organisation funds. You will be responsible for sharing evidence and learning in order to influence the people who fund, adopt and commission mental health care and services, and will work closely with the CEO to increase engagement with policy work which the Maudsley Charity undertakes through it's work in coalitions.

About the role
This is a core role within the organisation's influencing strategy, and your primary responsibilities will include:
External Affairs & Influencing:
- Develop and deliver influencing plans to promote adoption of effective mental health care initiatives being funded by the charity
- Develop productive relationships with key stakeholders (journalists, NHS trust leaders, ICBs, ICSs, VCSE orgs) to gather intelligence and shape strategy to inform the charity's positioning
- Lead the charity's thought leadership development providing strategic advice to senior leadership on political, NHS and mental health policy developments
- Strengthen the charity's role in mental health policy and advocacy coalitions, by contributing to collaborative advocacy, media and communications outputs
- Lead the charity's response to government mental health care consultations and calls for evidence
- Monitor funder sector trends and conversations, and actively seek out opportunities for the charity to strategically engage and influence by sharing learning from its grant making practice
Media management
- Develop and implement integrated external affairs campaigns that support the charity's influencing work
- Create persuasive materials, including press releases, op-eds, spokespeople briefings, comment pieces, and digital content and pitch to relevant outlets
- Maintain and grow relationships with journalists, broadcasters and sector media to secure relevant high-quality coverage of the charity's activities, grant holders and their projects
- Act as first point of contact for media enquiries, managing proactive and reactive press activity
- This role is expected to grow and develop and the postholder will be fully supported from across the organisation as the position evolves, within an organisation that offers a friendly, values led culture.
We would love to hear from individuals with the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrable track record of developing and implementing successful influencing strategies in the mental health sector
- Experience of stakeholder management within mental health care, including NHS Trust leaders, Integrated Care Boards, commissioners and senior clinicians, and with academics and researchers
- Strong experience in media relations, including briefing senior spokespeople, drafting press releases, media handling, and securing media coverage with a good understanding of the needs and expectations of different outlets and publications
- Keen understanding of the NHS, mental health policy landscape, and the related environment, key stakeholders and sector drivers
- Understanding of the key components and considerations of successful external affairs media and influencing
- Understanding of the sensitivities around mental illness, including working in an empathetic manner with people with lived experience
- Understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles and a commitment to apply them in your work and as an organisation
- Influencing skills including confidence and credibility in working with stakeholders,
- Communication skills and the ability to produce clear and effective communications and the ability to confidently and accurately represent the organisation externally
- Written and editorial skills including the ability to craft narratives for different external audiences and communicate the charity's work in press releases, articles, policy briefs

As Performance Lead, you will be the integrator and operational anchor for the Financial Wellbeing service ensuring we have the right governance, planning cycles, KPIs and performance reporting in place to run an effective, accountable and high impact service.
This includes assessing service delivery against our strategic goals, and building up a good picture of future demand for the Board's in retirement services, especially retirement housing.
This role is both analytical and operational: you will ensure the service has a clear view of its performance while also shaping the processes, rhythms and governance structures that keep the team aligned and effective. You will work closely with the Insight & Data Analyst Lead to ensure performance reporting is robust, with Finance and Strategy on investment/business case design and business planning, and with Audit & Risk to ensure compliance and assurance.
Ultimately, your work will ensure the service is well run, transparent, and able to demonstrate its impact to Trustees, senior leaders and the wider Church.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
Performance, Monitoring & Evaluation
- Lead the monitoring and evaluation framework for the service, ensuring KPIs and impact measures are meaningful, accurate and aligned to strategic objectives. Developing the framework as required.
- Produce regular performance reports for the PB Executive and Trustees, ensuring clarity, insight and ownership across the financial wellbeing team. Ensure performance reporting is timely, consistent and aligned with organisational standards.
- Collaborate with Financial Wellbeing colleagues to ensure data is interpreted effectively and used to drive improvements.
- Develop and recommend new KPIs or impact assessment measures where needed to strengthen understanding of service effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Service, service leads and Regional Advisers to ensure performance monitoring is embedded across the team.
- Ensure the Financial Wellbeing service has a clear, accurate and up to date view of projected clergy retirement housing needs,. Owning the collaboration between financial wellbeing and Housing colleagues to develop and maintain shared datasets and planning models.
- Ensure the customer voice is central to and ingrained in any planning, service evaluation and decision making for the financial wellbeing services.
- Liaise with wider Pension Board and NCI colleagues to ensure Financial Wellbeing service delivery is imbedded in organisation wide feedback mechanisms
Governance & Planning
- Set up, manage and refine governance structures for the team, including the rhythm of team meetings, project boards (where needed) and stakeholder forums.
- Support Director in the annual business planning and objective setting processes within the financial wellbeing team, working with Strategy and Finance colleagues to ensure alignment with the broader organisational cycle.
- Coordinate the development of investment cases for future funding, working closely with Finance, Strategy, and Housing colleagues.
- Maintain forward plans, calendars and governance documentation to support effective and proactive oversight and decision making.
- Ensure the service meets audit, risk and compliance requirements.
- Provide briefings and updates to senior leaders and for governance forums (such housing committee and project boards) including drafting papers and reports.
- Promote a culture of good governance and continuous improvement.
Risk Management & Assurance
- Lead risk identification and management for the service, working to NCI guidance.
- Maintain the service risk register and ensure risks are escalated appropriately.
- Coordinate internal audits with Audit & Risk teams and support Finance on external audits.
- Ensure audit recommendations are tracked, owned and implemented.
- Work with Head of Customer services to ensure appropriate business continuity plans in place for the service
Problem solving and continuous improvement
- Support the Director as a de facto Chief of Staff, helping troubleshoot operational issues and ensuring smooth running of the service.
- Identify opportunities to improve governance, planning and performance processes.
- Ensure lessons learned from audits, performance reviews and feedback loops are embedded.
- Promote a strong performance culture across the team.
- Stay abreast of best practice in governance, impact measurement and performance management.
About You
