  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials and user guides.
  • Deliver user training and support adoption of new functionality.
  • Ensure high standards of data governance, GDPR compliance and system security.
  • Work with third-party suppliers and development partners where required.
  • Contribute to future platform improvements and continuous enhancement of the Salesforce environment.
About You You'll be a proactive Salesforce professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, identifying solutions and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Extensive Salesforce administration experience within Salesforce Lightning.
  • Strong experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience of Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or similar Salesforce environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation.
  • Experience managing integrations with third-party systems.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience delivering user training and developing training materials.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, data protection and data governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience leading user acceptance testing.
  • Experience delivering data migration projects.
  • Experience working with third-party Salesforce applications.
  • Project management qualification.
  • Experience within the charity, not-for-profit or membership sectors.
Why Apply? This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation where Salesforce is central to the way teams work and deliver impact. You'll have the chance to influence future platform development, work on a broad range of projects and make a meaningful contribution from the outset.
