Role Purpose
The Programme Manager will be the operational anchor of the Foundation, playing a key leadership role in ensuring that every part of the organisation functions effectively and aligns with our strategic direction. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee day-to-day operations, implement systems that drive impact and sustainability, and manage key relationships that are vital to our success.
The Programme Manager will serve as the organisational engine of the Foundation - designing, optimising, and scaling the systems that power our mission. You will lead operational excellence across the organisation, architecting clear processes, building robust SOPs, and ensuring that our programmes and internal functions can scale sustainably as we grow.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a builder environment; combining strategic insight with operational rigour to turn vision into repeatable, high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all internal operations including programme delivery and organisational development in coordination with colleagues across HR, IT, and finance teams.
- Work closely with the CEO to implement the strategic vision and translate it into effective plans and operations, serving as a key spokesperson for the organisation when required.
- Support the delivery and growth of the Avicenna Scholarship Programme, ensuring excellence in participant experience, programme execution, and outcomes.

We are seeking an Assistant Apprenticeship Manager to join our central team, helping support, promote and develop apprenticeship programmes across the Harris Federation while contributing to the growth of our provision as a training provider.You will be the first point of contact for apprentices, training providers and internal stakeholders, helping to drive engagement and ensure high-quality delivery.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the first point of contact for apprenticeship queries, training providers and internal stakeholders
- Helping promote apprenticeship opportunities internally and supporting recruitment and upskilling initiatives across the Harris Federation
- Providing support to manage the Harris Federation apprenticeship levy, tracking costs, progress and compliance with funding requirements
- Organising and promoting Apprenticeship events and information sessions across the Federation and academy sites, supporting senior leaders in promoting apprenticeships and recruiting future apprentices
- Supporting internal and external marketing for apprenticeship activities as part of wider employer branding and promoting engagement events to increase awareness and understanding of apprenticeships
- Facilitating an apprenticeship network and supporting development opportunities such as award nominations
- Maintaining and advising on safeguarding compliance, including neuro-inclusion, in alignment with the Ofsted framework, especially for under-18 apprentices
- Supporting the Apprenticeship team with projects focused on implementation, procurement, quality assurance and evaluation to expand levy use or facilitate levy transfer
- Working with the marketing team to create marketing materials, update the Apprenticeship SharePoint, produce event leaflets and share internal communications promoting Apprenticeship programmes
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- The ability to establish a new role in the Harris Federation and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver successful apprenticeship programmes
- Strong project management skills with experience of complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience of working across a large organisation, developing and delivering initiatives and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- The ability to travel to Federation academies in and around London and Essex as required
- Experience of managing a Learning Management System within the FE sector and working with the third-party service provider to ensure the platforms are user friendly and up to date
- Supporting with tracking of tickets within the learning management system and working together with the third-party service provider to resolve any issues and ensuring the platform is fit for purpose
- Experience of ILR monthly declaration and its analysis using various MIS platforms

About the Role
As Programme Coordinator for Centres of Excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in our flagship financial education accreditation programme, supporting schools to strengthen and embed high-quality financial education across their curriculum and their wider communities.
Working closely with the Programme Manager and colleagues across the charity, you will play a key role in ensuring our network of teachers feel confident, supported and inspired by:

The Team

The team is led by Chris Targett RCDP, who alongside his work at CXK, is the current Chair of the Careers Writers Association and co-author of the recently released Career Development and Inclusive Practice book, published by Trotman Publishing in partnership with the CDI.
The team is small but impactful. Feedback from our young people, that tell us about what our students valued regards our services:

- Helping young people to know where to access further help, information, or support
The Role
The Careers Adviser will travel across East Sussex Regions to a broad range of school and college settings, delivering creative and inclusive Personal Careers Guidance, as well as assemblies and drop-in sessions as required.
Each student and each learning environment will be unique, so the opportunity lends itself well to candidates who enjoy traveling and working in varied locations, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and educating people of all abilities.
You will routinely liaise with Careers Leaders and senior school/ college staff to arrange and deliver activities for students during the school day. Whilst most delivery will take place between 8:30am and 4pm, travel before and after these times will be required and occasional attendance at parents’ and options evenings will also be required, but you will be given time off in lieu where this is applicable.
We would require you to work five days-a-week, term time only, with a pro rata holiday entitlement. If you would prefer part-time only employment (minimum of three days a week), this can be negotiated.
Skills and Knowledge

Purpose
Our Immigration Team works closely with Birmingham City University (BCU) to run the Immigration Law Student Clinic, a key source of free accredited immigration advice for people in Birmingham who cannot afford legal support.
The role involves supervising students as they research and prepare legal advice, coordinating day‑to‑day clinic activity, and supporting casework within CELC’s immigration team. You will recruit, train, and mentor students, ensuring they have an excellent student experience and helping them develop practical legal skills while ensuring clients receive an excellent service.
Responsibilities
Working closely with Birmingham City University the Law Clinic Supervisor will:
- Recruit and select students for involvement in the clinic
- Undertaking inductions with new students, in line with the Law Centre's Clinic practices ,including training on CELC systems and processes
