The successful person will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the People Team. They will provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, coordinate recruitment activities, maintain People systems and records, and help deliver an excellent experience for candidates, employees and line managers at Smart Works.
As one of the first points of contact for the People Team, they will provide friendly and efficient support, resolving routine queries and ensuring that administrative processes are delivered accurately and on time.
The role will also contribute to continuous improvement projects and help ensure the People Team can focus on strategic business partnering by providing excellent operational coordination.

About us
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. We are the leading UK charity delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement in the occupied Palestinian territory and Lebanon.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Digital Performance Marketing Officer to help drive forward MAP's digital fundraising programme at a pivotal moment for our work. This is a role with real scope: you'll manage campaigns end-to-end, drive conversion rate optimisation across our key digital products, and build the processes and content pipelines that let a small but ambitious team punch above its weight.
If you're a performance marketer who wants your skills to translate directly into lifesaving healthcare for Palestinians, this is your chance.
As you will have seen from the role profile, this post requires a minimum of two days per week in our London office.
