Drive is a high risk / high harm domestic abuse perpetration intervention. Its sole aim is to reduce the risk posed by those using high levels of harm towards family members and / or (ex) partners. This is achieved via disruption, diversion and direct behaviour change work, where safe to do so, within a multi-agency framework.

The Case Manager will strive to work one-to-one with perpetrators who have been identified as high risk to pro-actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and connect with complementary services. To do this, the Case Manager will work with local agencies to design a co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. However, it may not always be safe or possible to meet with the perpetrator. Equally as vital to risk reduction efforts is analysis of presenting information to identify ways to disrupt their abusive behaviour, alongside close-knit multiagency working to implement actions.

Throughout all intervention the Drive Case Manager will work closely with the local IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved.

The Case Manager will be responsible for delivering outcomes, working typically for up to 12 months to achieve behaviour change with each Service User.

About you
You’ll have a deep understanding of the nature of domestic abuse and its effects on clients and children, as well as the reasons behind abusive behaviours towards intimate partners.

Your knowledge extends to the range of statutory and voluntary agencies that clients and their children may encounter, and you are aware of the impact of domestic abuse on children and parenting, including the additional needs of clients from BMER communities. 

You will have experience in working with clients on issues of domestic abuse, providing one-to-one and group support and advice, managing your own workload and administration, and assessing the risk and safety of your clients and those connected to your client.  You will have handled safeguarding disclosures and referrals, and you communicate clearly with a range of people both over the telephone and in person. 

You will be organised, able to use your initiative, and work effectively as part of a multi-service team. Your administrative skills are strong, and you are adept at using a computer to maintain effective systems. 

Flexible and willing to work evenings, you can travel independently. Additionally, you will understand trauma-informed practices, risk mitigation, and safeguarding. Experience liaising with social workers and other professionals, and in related areas such as substance misuse, child protection, or family support, is desirable. 

Fluency in an additional language and skills in group work are also advantageous. You stay updated with best practices and new initiatives.

We now seek to appoint new Consulting Partners at our most senior level to join our employee-owned firm and help shape the next phase of our growth and impact. This is an opportunity for experienced and credible leaders to bring their expertise into a consultancy environment that combines strategic thinking, practical delivery and deep client partnership.

Working alongside colleagues across our community, Consulting Partners will operate as trusted advisors to senior leaders within complex institutions, contributing to high-value client work while also helping to generate new opportunities and strengthen the firm’s long-term success. Alongside client delivery, all Partners play an active role in the leadership, culture and development of More Partnership, contributing to the shared responsibility and sense of ownership that defines our community.

The successful candidates will bring significant experience within fundraising, advancement or related strategic leadership roles, alongside the judgement, credibility and intellectual flexibility to operate effectively across a wide range of client contexts. You will demonstrate strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trusted partnerships that lead naturally to meaningful work and long-term impact. You will combine strategic insight with a practical, grounded approach, communicating complex ideas with clarity and confidence while remaining collaborative, curious and values-led in the way you work. Above all, you will be motivated by the opportunity to help ambitious organisations achieve meaningful change, while contributing actively to a purpose-driven, employee-owned firm committed to advancing great ambitions.

This role is available full-time, but we welcome applications from those who would prefer to work part-time – at a minimum of 0.6FTE based on the requirements of the role. Our most senior Consulting Partners are currently paid from £100k to £125k, dependent on experience and potential for high performance.

About the opportunity

At Alzheimer’s Society, we believe no one should face dementia alone. Every conversation, every visit and every small moment of reassurance can make a real difference. We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and organised Dementia Adviser to join our supportive team in Rochdale working 35 hours per week.

You will work closely with people living with dementia and those who care about them, providing ongoing support. You will listen carefully, understand what matters most to each person and offer guidance that helps them feel steadier and more confident as their situation changes.

Your days will be varied and meaningful. You might be visiting someone at home, offering calm reassurance over the phone, or working closely with other professionals to make sure the right support is in place. We operate a triage system for new referrals and you will play your part in making sure people are responded to quickly and thoughtfully. You will manage your own caseload, keeping clear and accurate records, while always seeing the person behind the paperwork. You will also be supporting the diagnostic clinic at Birch Hill Hospital at least 1 day per week.

You will be part of a caring and dynamic local team who share ideas, reflect together and support one another. There will be time to meet as a team and opportunities to keep growing your knowledge of dementia, with your manager and colleagues alongside you.

About you

You will have:

- An understanding of dementia, or a willingness to learn about the experiences of people living with dementia and those who care for them.
- Experience providing information, guidance, advice or emotional support - this could be from health, social care, community, voluntary, customer service or other people focused roles.
- You will be able to listen and communicate, with the ability to build trust and rapport with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- The ability to manage your workload effectively, with appropriate support and tools, and to balance competing priorities.
- Confidence using IT systems to maintain accurate and confidential records.
- A compassionate, non-judgemental and person-centred approach, with respect for diversity and individual lived experiences.
- The ability to travel independently.
- The confidence and ability to communicate with a wide range of people, adapting your approach to ensure understanding. You will be required to speak publicly at events about dementia, delivering information and signposting people to further resources and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build supportive, trusting relationships with people living with dementia and their carers across, recognising and respecting individual needs and circumstances.
- Provide personalised information, advice and emotional support that reflects each person’s culture, background, values and preferences.
- Deliver support through home visits, telephone contact and partnership working other professionals.
- Participate in the triage rota, ensuring new referrals are handled promptly, sensitively and equitably.
- Manage a defined caseload, maintaining accurate, respectful and confidential records.
- Signpost and connect individuals to appropriate local services and community networks, reducing isolation and increasing access to support.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, contributing to reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate and deliver regular peer support groups, creating a safe, inclusive environment where people affected by dementia can share experiences, build connections, and access tailored information and guidance.

The Moravian Church (British Province) is seeking an organised, adaptable, and personable Administrative Support Officer to help support the life and work of our denomination during an important period of transition and development.

Based at Fulneck, Pudsey, this varied and rewarding role will serve as the administrative hub of the Church’s central operations, supporting senior leadership, office management, finance administration, meetings, communications, and mission support across the Province.

About the Role

This redesigned role is central to the smooth running of the Moravian Church’s national office. Working closely with the Operations and Finance Lead, Provincial Board, and wider leadership team, you will help ensure that administration, communications, logistics, and office systems operate effectively and professionally.

No two days will be the same. The role combines practical administration with relationship-building, coordination, and organisational support within a small and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries and manage reception.
• Provide administrative support to the Provincial Board.
• Provide administrative support to the Operations and Finance Lead.
• Provide administrative support to the British Mission Board on an ad hoc basis.
• Provide administrative support for expenses, debtors and creditors, foreign payments and Gift Aid.
• Coordinate diaries and meetings.
• Plan meetings and conferences.
• Manage digital filing, database and document systems.
• Handle publications fulfilment (e.g., Daily Watchwords, book orders).
• Conduct routine Health & Safety checks and manage office logistics.
• General office administration.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Provincial Board

About You

• Essential:

• Experience of administering expenses, payments and invoices.
• Experience of office management.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a small team.

• Desirable:

• Experience using finance and operational software, e.g., Sage.
• Experience of working in the charity or public sector or for a faith-based organisation.
• Commitment to the values of the Moravian Church.
