About MAP
London, United Kingdom (Hybrid) – 2 days per week in the office.
MAP’s vision is a future in which all Palestinians can access an effective, sustainable and locally led system of healthcare and the full realisation of their rights to health and dignity. To achieve this, we work in collaboration with Palestinian communities and trusted local partners, and coordinate with key stakeholders and relevant clusters, to answer a wide range of health and social needs, from providing vital medical aid in emergencies, to supporting the development of better health services for the long term. We also uplift the voices of Palestinians, and campaign for an end to the barriers to health and dignity that come from living through occupation, displacement, discrimination and conflict.
In the past, MAP has grown at times of intense crises for Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees, and then shrunk once these crises have abated. The needs of Palestinians, following developments since October 2023, are now acute and certain to be ongoing for many years to come. That shrinking is not an option for MAP. We must grow sustainably, and we must have a demonstrable positive impact across the communities we serve. Accordingly, we have set ourselves the following strategic ambition, to guide our work until 2028: “MAP will be a high-performing, international organisation with an annual income of at least £50 million by 2028 and to enable one million Palestinians to access quality and effective healthcare every year.”
Aligned to the organisational strategy, the overarching purpose of MAP’s fundraising approach is: “To enable MAP supporters to play a long-term role in creating a healthier, more dignified future for Palestinian communities by offering meaningful and lasting opportunities to engage, support and amplify.” To ensure MAP can achieve our strategic ambition of growth and impact, we are committed to driving our annual income to £50 million by 2028, raising more than £200 million over the strategic period.

- Identify new channels to grow income from Trusts and Foundations outside of the charity’s existing networks.
- Lead a strategy to maximise income by seeking opportunities and pursuing these opportunities to their full potential.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals and stewardship plans, proactively improving knowledge capture and MAP’s understanding of supporters.
- Work with MAP’s Prospect Research Manager to identify, research, and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of Trusts and Foundations prospects that will have a significant, positive impact on income.

Are you an administration professional, or someone who wants to move into this area who has solid core skills? Do you enjoy meeting new people and inspiring and motivate donors and fundraisers?
If so, then join an ambitious organisation with a determination to transform the future for the 220,000 people in the UK living with axial spondyloarthritis (axial SpA).
Axial SpA is an inflammatory condition of the spine and joints. Inflammation where muscles attach to the bones causes extreme pain, and if left untreated, it can permanently fuse bones together. It's an invisible and misdiagnosed condition, often leaving people feeling powerless, in increasing pain and extreme exhaustion. We campaign policy makers for early diagnosis and better services, work with the NHS to get axial SpA identified and diagnosed quickly, and build an active community, online and through our local branches across the UK. We are with them all the way. Axial SpA may work silently. But we don't.
We are a small team, looking for a part-time Fundraising Assistant to work alongside our existing Fundraising Officer, with a focus on engaging our donors and supporters and acting as first point of contact for many of our fundraisers, alongside maintaining accurate records and administration that keeps our fundraising running smoothly. You'll support activity across our income streams as part of our internal Fundraising Board, alongside our CEO, Head of Fundraising and Fundraising Officer. We are passionate about transforming lives for people with axial SpA. We truly value our people, who do meaningful work that directly impacts the lives of people living with axial SpA. You'll be supported to succeed and genuinely appreciated for your contributions. We pride ourselves on our collegiate spirit and willingness to support each other in all aspects of our work. We operate a hybrid model of working, with some staff working remotely for most of the time, so applicants need to be comfortable with working in this way. For this role, we will expect you to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
Strong organisational skills are important, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. You should have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, confident communication skills, both written and verbal, and a genuine interest in fundraising and passion for our mission.
If this sounds like you, then please get in touch. We would love to hear from you. You will need to submit your CV together with a two-page cover letter explaining your interest in the role – the letter must describe how your skills and experience meet the person specification. Deadline for applications is 10 am on 31 July. 2026. Interviews will be held on 12 August online. For further information, and to submit your application, contact Dale Webb.

Chief Executive, Money Ready
Based in our London hub with regular UK-wide travel
£90k – £110k
Money Ready – formerly MyBnk – has been making a genuine difference to people’s financial lives for nearly twenty years. We work with children in primary schools, young adults navigating their first jobs and first tenancies, and adults facing some of the hardest financial moments of their lives.
And the need for what we do has never been more urgent. Only 40% of young people aged 16 to 24 feel confident managing their money. More than six in ten do not recall receiving any financial education at school. Poor financial literacy sits at the heart of homelessness, unemployment and declining mental health.
We are here to change that, because the language of money is a language for life, and everyone deserves to speak it.
Our current CEO leaves Money Ready financially stable, strategically clear, and with a Senior Leadership Team that is experienced and proud of what they have built together. So it’s an excellent time to join us for the next chapter, and capitalise on the strong foundations that are already in place. This is a role for someone who knows how to lead an organisation that is already strong, with the care and confidence to make it excellent.
We are looking for a leader who combines genuine strategic ambition with the warmth and emotional intelligence that earns trust quickly: from our team, our funders, the policymakers we need to influence, and the young people and adults at the heart of everything we do. We want someone who understands that culture is a core part of the work. And we want someone who is energised by the prospect of leading an organisation that is performing well – and helping it reach its next level of excellence.
We believe that financial education is a right, not a privilege. If that resonates with you, this could be exactly the next step you’re looking for.
We bring the language of finance to life so that everyone can navigate their money with confidence, no matter where they start.
