This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the largest supporter datasets in the charity sector, using tools including FastStats, SQL and Power BI to solve real business challenges. You'll work on projects that influence campaign strategy, improve supporter journeys and help colleagues make confident, evidence-based decisions.

Key duties and responsibilities

As our Supporter Strategy and Insight Analyst, you'll:

-Deliver high-quality analysis and audience insight that supports fundraising strategy and improves supporter experience.

-Build supporter segmentations, profiles and predictive models to help teams target the right audiences more effectively.

-Use FastStats, SQL, Power BI and other analytical tools to analyse large datasets and identify trends, opportunities and actionable insight.

-Work closely with colleagues across fundraising, marketing, digital and technology to understand business challenges and recommend data-led solutions.

-Design and maintain dashboards and reports that help stakeholders monitor performance and make informed decisions.

-Identify opportunities to improve supporter journeys through behavioural analysis, profiling and modelling.

-Present complex analysis in a clear and engaging way for both technical and non-technical audiences.

-Maintain high standards of data quality, governance and GDPR compliance.

-Keep up to date with new analytical techniques and technologies, sharing ideas that help the team continue to innovate.

Refuge is recruiting an Independent Domestic Abuse Advocate (IDVA) to join our Enhanced Support Outreach Team, focusing on supporting clients living in Merton.

The IDVA will provide high quality, trauma-informed independent advocacy and support to survivors of domestic abuse who y face multiple disadvantages in accessing support service across Merton. Funded by MOPAC (the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime), this post focuses on improving access to justice, safety and holistic support to individuals affected by domestic abuse, including those navigating the criminal justice system. 

Working as part of a community-based service, the IDVA will deliver support through outreach, co-locations and partnership working across a range of settings in Merton to ensure survivors can access support in ways and locations that are safe, accessible, and responsive to their individual needs.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, committed and cares about the work Refuge undertakes. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and the impact this has on survivors and their children. The Waltham Forest Beacon, delivered in partnership with North East London NHS Foundation Trust, is a free mental health support service for adults aged 18 and over who live in Waltham Forest. The service provides a welcoming, calm, and inclusive space where people can access support without an appointment. Our team help with creating a recovery plans, one-to-one support by telephone or in person. The service is open 365 days a year, Monday to Friday from 5:30pm to 10:00pm, and on weekends and bank holidays from 3:00pm to 10:00pm.

The role focuses on providing high-quality support to individuals in mental health crisis. You will assist clients during their stay, helping to reduce immediate distress and develop plans to prevent future crises. This includes working collaboratively with statutory and voluntary mental health services to ensure effective, multi-agency support. All interventions should reflect the organisation's values and commitment to recovery, co-production, and person-centred care, while following established policies and procedures.

What do I need to bring with me?

About Citizens Advice Camden

We are a well-respected local charity with more than 85 years’ experience of delivering free, independent and impartial information, advice and casework services which meet the changing needs of local residents. Our aims are to provide the independent, impartial, confidential and free advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.

We target our services at the most vulnerable in our community. Our client profile closely matches local indices of deprivation with most of our clients coming from the most deprived wards in the borough. We identify trends to ensure our services remain agile and able to respond to changing and emerging advice needs.

Role Purpose

The Camden Food Mission is a new service designed to deliver advice in food settings across Camden. This service is a direct response to local food insecurity across the council. It will deliver a floating advice service embedded primarily within food support locations, aiming to reach people who would not otherwise access advice services. The service will focus on stabilising income, managing debt, and reducing reliance on crisis provision.

The project will be delivered through a mix of face-to-face, telephone, and digital channels. Face-to-face appointments will be held in community food locations, with an emphasis on a flexible, visible presence to maximise reach.

We are recruiting a full-time debt adviser to join this project, to work alongside an established and experienced generalist adviser.

Ideally, you will be an experienced money adviser, and able to deliver high quality debt advice and on-going casework to clients. You will be an approved DRO intermediary or be willing to work towards becoming a DRO Intermediary by completing the relevant training. You should also hold the IMA Certificate of Money Advice Practice (CertMAP) or be willing to work towards obtaining this. The CertMAP and DRO Intermediary status are prerequisites to be considered at Senior Level.

Role Profile 

• Provide debt advice and specialist casework that is in-depth and complex and covers the full range of debt advice.
• Work to achievable targets in line with the criteria set by the funder.
• Interview clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills in order to allow clients to explain their problem(s) and empower them to set their own priorities.
• Research and explore options and implications so that clients can make informed decisions. Act for clients where necessary using appropriate communication skills and channels.
• Advise clients who are eligible for a DRO of the possible implications, duties and obligations and complete and submit DRO applications on their behalf.
• Assist clients with other related problems where they are an integral part of their case and refer to other advisers or specialist agencies as appropriate.
• Ensure that all work conforms to Financial Conduct Authority standards, the Advice Quality Standard and the requirements of the funder.Ensure that work reflects and supports the Citizens Advice service’s equality and diversity strategy.
• Maintain detailed case records for the purpose of continuity of casework, information retrieval, statistical monitoring and report preparation.Liaise with advice partners to set up and deliver advice sessions in community outreach locations as required

RCJ Advice is an exceptional Citizens Advice and Law Centre delivering national legal advice services, both frontline and second tier, to people who are unable to afford legal representation and advice. We are based within the Royal Courts of Justice, the Central London Family Court and community sites across London, where we deliver local Citizens Advice services.

This role offers the opportunity to join the Finding Legal Options for Women survivors (FLOWS) team.

As part of the FLOWS team, the postholder will support survivors of domestic abuse and the frontline professionals who work with them by providing information, advice and guidance on domestic abuse matters and available legal options. Support will be delivered via telephone, email and in-person appointments, helping survivors to understand their rights and access appropriate legal remedies.

The role will contribute to the delivery of the FLOWS service by reviewing CourtNav applications, providing initial triage, information and signposting through the FLOWS support line, and delivering dedicated legal advice appointments to survivors of domestic abuse. St Giles is expanding its delivery of hospital-based projects; this service is aimed at vulnerable 12 to 25-year-olds who attend the adult or paediatric emergency department or Urgent Care Centre at Northwick Park Hospital. We will work alongside hospital staff to proactively identify vulnerable young people and help them to access and engage the support they need to prevent any potential escalation of violence and reduce the risk of repeat victimisation or exploitation.

About this key role

You will be embedded in the hospital, providing support for those young people admitted to emergency departments right through to their discharge back into the community. This support extends post-discharge from the ED or Hospital with our Caseworkers working with the CYP and the professional networks to ensure the CYP voice is front and centre, this is to support the betterment of the CYP and their future, as well as reducing risks. This is done through providing 121 support in formulating the support plan with the CYP. This can also include supporting the family and advocating for them and CYP within the wider professional network.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience of providing support, advice and advocacy and communicating the needs of clients to other professionals
• Substantial experience of engaging successfully with ‘challenging’ young people, for example people who have complex needs, people who are reluctant to discuss their needs, and people who are angry and confused
• Experience of assessing risk and implementing safety procedures when thinking about children and young people involved in or at risk of violence or exploitation
• Substantial experience of working as part of a multiagency team, working together to achieve positive outcomes for young people
• Knowledge and an understanding of issues facing this client group such as youth offending, knife crime, social exclusion and isolation, child criminal exploitation, adverse childhood experiences, and trauma

The organisation offers a flexible working environment, with a fully remote working pattern and salary up to c.£42,000 dependant on experience. This role will require occasional travel to partnership and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Purpose of the Role

The Youth Insights Programme Lead is responsible for leading the effective design, planning and delivery of assigned Youth Insights panels and projects. The role bridges strategic leadership and operational delivery, ensuring that panels are well designed, well facilitated, well coordinated and deliver high-quality insight for partners.

The Programme Lead manages day-to-day partner relationships, leads delivery planning, supports facilitators, oversees programme outputs and ensures young people have a positive, inclusive and meaningful experience.

The role contributes to insight generation and reporting, working within the frameworks and quality standards set by the Programme Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Programme Design and Delivery

• Lead the design and delivery of assigned Youth Insights panels, within the methodology and standards set by the Programme Manager.
• Translate partner objectives into clear delivery plans, session structures and participant journeys.
• Develop and adapt session plans, materials and activities for assigned panels.
• Ensure sessions are engaging, inclusive, purposeful and appropriate for young people.
• Lead or support facilitation of Youth Insights sessions as required.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed outcomes, quality standards and partner expectations.
• Identify practical improvements to delivery and share learning with the Programme Manager.

2. Operational Partner Management

• Act as the primary day-to-day relationship manager for assigned partners.
• Lead operational planning meetings, delivery updates and routine partner communications.
• Manage partner expectations around timelines, outputs, session planning and reporting.
• Maintain strong working relationships with operational partner contacts.
• Identify risks, issues or opportunities in partner relationships and escalate appropriately to the Programme Manager.
• Support strategic partner conversations by providing delivery insight, evidence and learning.
• Where a partner contact holds both strategic and operational responsibilities, act as the primary day-to-day contact while ensuring the Programme Manager retains senior oversight.

3. Insight Generation and Reporting

• Analyse youth feedback and identify key themes, patterns and insights from assigned panels.
• Draft reports, summaries, presentations and recommendations for partners.
• Ensure reports go beyond description and begin to translate youth feedback into meaningful insight.
• Work within the reporting frameworks, standards and templates agreed by the Programme Manager.
• Incorporate quality feedback from the Programme Manager and strengthen outputs accordingly.
• Support the development of case studies, impact stories and evidence of partner value.
• Contribute learning from assigned panels into wider Youth Insights service development.

4. Delivery Quality and Facilitation

• Ensure all assigned programmes are delivered to a high standard.
• Brief, support and coordinate freelance facilitators for assigned sessions.
• Ensure facilitators understand the purpose, method, safeguarding requirements and desired outcomes of each session.
• Monitor delivery quality and participant experience.
• Provide feedback to facilitators and escalate quality concerns where needed.
• Ensure session materials, resources and activities are prepared and appropriate.
• Support consistency of delivery across panels, while adapting appropriately to different partner contexts.

5. Youth Engagement and Inclusion

• Ensure young people are meaningfully involved, listened to and supported throughout their participation.
• Work with the Programme Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, retention and engagement.
• Monitor participant experience and respond to issues or barriers to participation.
• Identify gaps in representation within assigned panels and work with the Programme Coordinator and Programme Manager to address them.
• Ensure delivery is inclusive, accessible and responsive to young people’s needs.
• Support young people to build confidence, skills and understanding through their involvement.

6. Programme Coordination and Project Management

• Develop and maintain delivery plans for assigned Youth Insights panels.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, partner inputs, facilitator availability and reporting deadlines.
• Work closely with the Programme Coordinator to ensure logistics, communications and records are well managed.
• Ensure risks, actions and dependencies are tracked and communicated.
• Support effective use of HubSpot and other systems to manage participant journeys and partner activity.
• Ensure programme information is accurate, up to date and accessible to the team.

7. Team Support and Development

• Support and mentor the Programme Coordinator in relation to assigned programmes.
• Delegate appropriate tasks clearly and support effective workload management.
• Share learning, tools and good practice across the Youth Insights team.
• Contribute to training, reflection sessions and process improvement.
• Support a positive, collaborative and values-led team culture.
• Help build team confidence in delivery, facilitation, insight generation and partner communication.

8. Safeguarding, Compliance and Risk

• Ensure safeguarding, consent, data protection and risk processes are followed across assigned programmes.
• Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns or risks in line with S4TP policies.
• Ensure facilitators and delivery contributors understand relevant safeguarding and compliance requirements.
• Support accurate record keeping and documentation.
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation for sessions, panels and partner activity.
