Job description
1. Supporter engagement:
Thanking and recording donations; maintaining up-to-date supporter records
Supporting outreach through JRS UK events such as our Advent Service and report launches
Representing JRS UK at external events such as Greenbelt festival or the National Justice and Peace Network conference
Undertaking talks and appeals in parishes or school
2. Digital and Offline communications:
Producing and distributing printed materials (e.g. quarterly newsletters; publicity materials; parish resources)
Maintaining and developing JRS UK’s digital presence (e.g. website; social media; e-updates)
Capturing and managing digital assets (such as audio, photographs, and videos)
Developing content for JRS UK’s website, newsletters, and social media – scoping and drafting content that champion refugee voices, shares our work, or engages supporters in our advocacy
Analysing web traffic and social media engagement to inform future activity

Supporting the delivery of JRS UK’s three direct-mail appeals (Advent, Lent, World Day of Migrants and Refugees) and our annual legacy appeal by:
Researching and drafting content

We provide homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills to get them back into education, training and employment. The Stewardship Officer (Mid-value) role sits within Centrepoint’s Stewardship Team in Individual Giving and Legacies (IGL). The IGL unit has grown significantly in recent years and is forecast to raise £24.7m in FY 2026/27. This role is core to the delivery of the IG Stewardship programme, supporting growth across Mid‑value Cash and Regular Giving audiences.
Working closely with the Senior Stewardship Officer (Mid-value), you will deliver a fundraising communications plan for mid-value donors, who give an annualised value of £1,000-£5,000 - including targeted appeals, inspiring updates and impact reports, as well as supporter events and online webinars. You will support efforts to drive forward stewardship journeys to deepen engagement, build long-term relationships and increase lifetime value.
Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). About IKWRO
IKWRO –Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) is an award-winning charity founded (as the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation) in 2002. IKWRO is a registered charity which provides advice and support to Middle Eastern, North African and Afghan women and girls living in the UK, who have experienced, or are at risk of all forms of “honour” based abuse, including; forced marriage, child marriage and female genital mutilation (FGM), or domestic abuse.
We work with women and girls of all ages, including lesbian women, bisexual women and trans women. We offer services in Kurdish, Farsi, Arabic, Dari, Pashto, Turkish and English. IKWRO offers free advice, advocacy and counselling services and operates a refuge which provides safe accommodation and specialist support to single women at risk of “honour” based abuse, forced marriage and domestic abuse.
IKWRO also provides training for women and girls to help them understand their rights in the UK. In partnership with other organisations, we assist survivors of abuse with accessing English language classes and education, training and employment opportunities.
As well as supporting women and girls directly, we offer advice and training for professionals from the statutory and voluntary sectors, to better understand the needs of the women and girls we represent, the types of abuse they experience and to provide best practice prevention and support services.
We campaign to increase awareness and improve laws and policies to tackle all forms of “honour” based abuse and harmful practices including; forced marriage, child marriage, marital captivity, female genital mutilation, virginity testing and hymenoplasty, discrimination by sharia courts and to push for better laws and policies to protect women’s and girl’s rights.

Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity to join RSPB Cymru and lead delivery of the Caletwr Catchment Integrated Natural Resources Scheme (INRS), funded by the Welsh Government, in Conwy, North Wales.
Working closely with a cluster of farmers and a wide range of strategic partners, the project will demonstrate how sustainable farming and food production can deliver significant benefits for nature and natural resources. It directly supports key RSPB Cymru priorities, including peatland restoration and Curlew conservation.
A central focus of the role is establishing effective, joined-up advice and support for farmers engaging with the Sustainable Farming Scheme (SFS), helping to shape delivery at both farm and landscape scale.
About the role
As INRS Project Manager, you will provide overall leadership, coordination and delivery of the Caletwr Catchment Project. You will establish robust governance, manage budgets and resources, and ensure delivery remains focused on agreed priorities and outcomes.
Strong partnership working is essential. You will work closely with the farmer cluster and key partners including Natural Resources Wales, Eryri National Park Authority, The National Trust and other advisory bodies.
You will provide strategic direction and day-to-day support to the Farm Support Specialist and project team, ensuring effective delivery of joined-up advice and coordination to achieve landscape-scale objectives such as Curlew recovery. While primarily a leadership role, it will also involve selective hands-on engagement where this strengthens delivery, resilience or impact, including farmer engagement and practical action.

Purpose of the role
The Youth Development Coordinator will lead and expand our youth development programmes, supporting hundreds of children and young people across Gateshead, Newcastle, and Northumberland to build wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging through nature-based programmes.
You will lead the delivery and coordination of our youth programmes, creating meaningful, structured opportunities for young people aged 5–18 to grow, connect, and develop skills for life.
