The Case Manager will strive to make contact and work on a one to one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk at MARAC to pro- actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, the Case Manager will work with existing agencies in each pilot site to design a co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. Throughout the intervention the Case Manager will work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
The Case Manager will be responsible over the long term for delivering outcomes, to achieve behaviour change with each service user.
Responsibilities Interagency work
· Work to embed the Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area.
· Effective understanding and implementation of institutional advocacy by pro- socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector.
· Support other professionals in responding to service users in a way that is coterminous with the aims and ethos of the Drive Project.
· Working closing with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met.
· Develop and maintain effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse.
· Represent the service at operational multi-agency meetings, feeding back initiatives and outcomes to the team and contribute to the evaluation of the quality of activities these services offer.
· Provide a single point of proactive and regular contact for a range of professionals involved in the case of the service user.

Case management
· Comply with child protection and information sharing policies, ensuring that service users and colleagues understand and comply with the service’s safeguarding framework.
· Manage a case load focusing on high risk perpetrators of domestic abuse to provide an assertive, medium to long term service, based on thorough assessment and individual support planning that adopts the principles of both ‘Support (change) or/and Disrupt (continued offending) concept.
· Contribute to regular service reviews which include monitoring data, evaluations, intake and output policy, and practice and work load reviews for the whole service.
· Attend monthly case management meeting with the Service Manager .
· Attend clinical supervision.
· Take appropriate steps to protect where there is an imminent risk to another person.
Recording and administration
· Ensure that case files and records are accurate and complete, and are kept and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements.
· To enter all the required information into the Drive project electronic case management system to enable tracking of service user change, multi-agency working and risk management.
· Weekly maintenance and accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication.
· Comply with the data protection and information sharing protocols that Drive has agreed to.
Direct work with service users
· Maintain a proactive response to service users, continuously providing positive options for behaviour change throughout the service users time in the Drive project
· Use combination of motivational work, relationship building and a broad range of therapeutic skills to engage service users to addressing their abusive behaviour
· Motivate and support service users to address the broad range of needs that may contribute to the risk that they pose to others or act as barrier for them in addressing that risk. e.g. housing, substance use etc.
· To ensure that service users understand that the community and Drive project will ensure that they are accountable for continued use of abuse and abusive behaviour towards others
· Ensure that there is a consistent delivery of services to the identified perpetrators of domestic abuse, including comprehensive risk assessment, support planning, referrals to other agencies and MARACs.

We're looking for someone with experience of verging or similar church support work to provide Maternity Cover for up to 12 months. Starting in December 2026 the successful applicant will be involved with major services and events marking the Centenary of both the Cathedral and Diocese of Portsmouth.

Role Summary
This is a key role in our organisation. You’ll be responsible for keeping our financial records accurate and up to date, supporting the Executive Director with clear financial reporting, and ensuring we meet our legal and regulatory obligations including those of the Charity Commission. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a monthly pay run of invoices, grant payments and ongoing expenses.
- Liaise with grant awardees about payment schedules (e.g. course start dates).
- Record activity in Quick Books online and reconcile against monthly bank accounts.
- Manage payroll payments (in liaison with our payroll company Payline)
- Manage HMRC communications and refer to Payline/Executive Director if needed.
- Liaise with the charity’s bank when required e.g. to resolve any online banking issues.
- Record CAF Donate income and from other fundraising platforms, including Gift Aid.
- Record other donor income received, including any legacies received by the Fund.
- Liaise with the Fund’s investment managers if requested, e.g. drawdown of income
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including cashflow and bring to the attention of the Executive Director any budget variances.

Main purpose of role:
The Director of Operations is an important, senior role at the Art School, responsible for supporting the Principal in the delivery of the Strategic Vision and to monitor the progress of its objectives. They are responsible for the efficient and effective management of internal resources and stakeholders, and will act as the deputy to the Principal in all matters excluding academic. They will also contribute to the oversight of recruitment of students and staff.
The Director of Operations provides vision and professional leadership of registry, professional services, IT, admissions, as well as the management of compliance, HR, and the Art School’s technical tutors. They have some oversight of marketing inasfar as it relates to recruitment. The Director of Operations is the key liaison with the Property Trust, which is the official landlord for the Art School and the governing body that oversees the main buildings at our site in Kennington. They are the lead person, responsible for the OfS return and so it is anticipated that the successful candidate would have a level of quality assurance experience and familiarity with policy oversight.
The Art School is an independent educational charity with approximately 300 students and 100 members of staff. The Art School is entering a new strategic planning cycle that will see us growing our profile and portfolio; expanding our international links and external partnerships; and, deepening our civic impact on our neighborhood in Kennington and further afield.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties and responsibilities of the post are:
Leadership and Strategy
- Supporting the Principal in the delivery of the Strategic Vision for the Art School
- Working closely with the Head of Finance to allocate resources in line with the Art School improvement plan
- Oversee the management of and communication with, internal stakeholders of the School
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure that the systems and processes employed by the Art School comply with legal, audit and regulatory requirements,
- Oversee Risk Management, including Health & Safety compliance;
- Champion and oversee EDI across the Art School;
- Monitor the Art School’s performance against strategic objectives;
- Attend meetings of the Board of Trustees and relevant Committees, providing effective and timely reporting, proactive advice and support;
- Have overall responsibility for operational strategy including and policy management;
- To be the Art School ‘point of contact’ to the Property Trust;
- Manage legal and related matters as and when they arise.
Registry
- Oversee the team that handles student registry, academic administration and affairs, compliance and all non-academic matters of student experience;
- Ensure the accurate and timely submission of statutory and regulatory returns (e.g. to the Office for Students, Higher Education Statistics Agency, Office of the Independent Adjudicator for HE, Student Loans Company, UKVI etc);
- Act as the primary liaison for the Art School’s validating partners (Arts University Bournemouth, University of the Arts London Awarding Body);
- Act as Secretary to the Academic Board and oversee the arrangements for Art School Examination Boards;
Operations
- Implementation of HR processes and systems, seeking external advice as appropriate;
- Recruitment and line management of operational staff;
- Lead the process for the Art School’s annual staff appraisal scheme (Individual Performance Review) recommending associated staff development and training activities as agreed with the Principal;
- Day-to-day oversight of the professional teams managing the Estate, Technical Resources and IT infrastructure, and lead strategic planning relevant to these areas;
- Chair the Art School’s Site and Environment Committee;
- Manage the relationship with the Property Trust on a day-to-day basis.
External Profile and Recruitment
- Supporting the Principal to ensure successful student recruitment, working collaboratively with other academics;
- Development of the Art School’s activities (including commercial activities), short courses and profile;
- Oversee the Health & Safety and other logistical aspects of public events such as Degree Show

- Deputise where appropriate for the Principal;
