About the role
The Project Manager coordinates and delivers Act Build Change's programmes and initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across membership programmes, partnership activities, and internal operations.

Project planning and coordination

What we offer
Salary and benefits
- £30,900-£39,140 salary, depending on experience.

The Data and Insights Manager will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating quality and impact across our mentoring programmes. Responsible for
- Championing and quality assuring our theory of change, ensuring that programmes are designed with impact at the centre and within the frameworks that will give us the most robust data sets
- Quantitative data analysis for individual programmes and our portfolio of mentoring programmes as a whole, clearly presenting our impact against our outcomes
- Qualitative data analysis of mentoring messages, written feedback and focus groups/1:1 interviews
- Producing high quality evaluation reports for individual programmes, including recommendations for future iterations
- Producing organisational impact reports and blogs/posts, to present our impact to external audiences
- Creating and maintaining PowerBI dashboards to present live impact data
- Proofing and testing baseline and exit surveys to ensure accuracy of questions and survey logic across our portfolio
- Overseeing our data collection tools and upskilling the team to use them effectively/accurately

About Kinship

Purpose of the role:
As a Kinship Family Worker for Kinship Reach, you will deliver this online programme to families in your commissioned area. You will provide virtual one-to-one support to kinship carers and their families to help them become resilient and informed, with a strong support network to help them care for the children in their care.
Key responsibilities:
One-to-one support
Provide up to 6 one-to-one support sessions bespoke to the kinship carers and their families over a three-month intervention, working within the Kinship Reach delivery model. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Signposting or referring to relevant national and local services.
- Providing practical and emotional support to kinship carers.
- Liaising with other professionals and organisations.
- Making referrals to other Kinship services such as Advice, Someone Like Me, Peer-to-Peer.
- Providing support for carers to secure grants from local and national funders.
- Set goals for change following Kinship Reach processes, in partnership with the kinship carer.
- Monitor, review and revise these goals to ensure carers are on track and goals remain relevant.
Peer group facilitation and management
Kinship delivers virtual peer support groups which carers from Kinship’s programmes can access, coordinated by Senior Kinship Family Worker(s). This role could include:
- Developing existing groups and setting up new groups as required.
- Working closely with Kinship’s peer-to-peer service where appropriate.
- Collaborating with kinship carers, the local authority, and community partners to set up virtual and in-person peer support groups.
- Planning, preparing, facilitating virtual and in-person peer support groups.
- Promoting groups in the area you are delivering in to kinship carers and organisations who work with them, including contributing to the creation of promotional materials.
Participation
- Recruit kinship carers as volunteers to lead and support the development of virtual peer support groups.
- Work proactively to enable kinship carers to influence the design and delivery of the peer support groups delivered in their area (such as topics, time / date).
- Support Kinship’s communications and engagement strategy, such as helping to provide case studies and sourcing images for newsletters and local media to promote the programme and recruit participants.
Safeguarding and risk management
Kinship has a robust safeguarding structure. You will be supported by a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Designated Deputy Safeguarding Leads (DDSL).
- Recognise and respond appropriately to signs of abuse or neglect, following national legislation and procedures and Kinship’s own safeguarding procedures.
- Liaise with your line manager and safeguarding lead regarding safeguarding concerns, following Kinship’s policies and processes.
- Provide reports and information for managers about cases of concern.
- Ensure you are aware of and follow safeguarding policies and procedures risk of harm protocol.
- Complete risk assessments for events or groups with families in line with Kinship’s policies and processes to be signed off by a DSL or DDSL.
- Follow Kinship’s health and safety policies to keep yourself and your clients safe, such as Lone Working Policy, Home Visit Policy, risk assessment, events.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Record attendance at virtual support groups and ensure this is reported on the Salesforce database.
- Ensure casework, feedback, and other data related to service delivery are regularly and accurately recorded on our Salesforce database in line with Kinship’s policy and best practice.
- Ensure completion of carer registration forms, review forms, and closure forms, taking details that will be used to evidence impact.
- Collect case studies from your kinship carers to help demonstrate impact.
- Contribute to any reports for local authority partners as required in terms of data and case studies as required.
- Attend monitoring meetings as required.
- Engage in quality assurance processes in line with Kinship processes and policies.
Relationship and stakeholder management
- In partnership with the senior Kinship Family Worker, enable local authorities to understand the programme and pathways for how to make referrals.
- Support practitioners' meetings with local authorities to encourage referrals, discuss cases, and ensure local authority confidence in the programme.
- Where applicable, work with local authorities to raise awareness of kinship care and to reach and support kinship carers through the programme.
- Where possible and relevant, represent Kinship at external events and meetings to raise awareness of the programme and to influence other organisations.

Who we are looking for
We're looking for an exceptional campaigner to lead an ambitious environmental campaigning programme for just over a year to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring leader who can develop bold, strategic campaigns that shift public debate, influence decision-makers and deliver tangible environmental outcomes.
You'll be an experienced campaign strategist who understands that lasting change rarely comes from a single tactic. What you’ll be doing:
As Head of Campaigns, you will be developing and delivering bold, integrated campaigns that drive lasting change for the UK's rivers. You'll lead and inspire a talented team of campaigners, helping them to develop innovative, impactful campaigns while fostering a collaborative, ambitious and supportive culture. You'll work closely with colleagues across communications, policy, legal, fundraising and research, ensuring our work is strategically aligned and greater than the sum of its parts.
Leading River Action's Campaigns Team, you will shape the organisation's campaigning strategy, ensuring our work is innovative, evidence-led and designed to influence public opinion, hold polluters to account and secure meaningful political and systemic change. You'll create campaigns that connect compelling storytelling with community mobilisation, strategic communications, political advocacy, legal action and partnerships, ensuring every part of our work contributes towards our mission to rescue the UK’s rivers.
You'll provide strategic leadership across the full campaign lifecycle, overseeing campaign planning, delivery, budgeting, resourcing and evaluation. You'll ensure our campaigns are informed by robust evidence, guided by clear objectives and measured against meaningful outcomes, using insight and learning to continually strengthen our impact.
You will lead River Action's communications and public profile, ensuring our campaigns cut through the national conversation, inspire public action and strengthen our reputation as one of the UK's leading environmental campaigning organisations. You’ll oversee media, messaging and campaign communications that amplify our voice and build public support for change.
Internally, you'll work in close partnership with the Head of Public Affairs to ensure our public campaigns reinforce and accelerate our political influencing work, while ensuring community campaigns and grassroots action inform our national priorities. You'll also work alongside the Head of Legal to develop campaigns involving strategic litigation to achieve change within and outside of court and legal processes, using legal action as a catalyst for wider public awareness, policy change and industry accountability.
As a member of River Action's Senior Management Team, you'll help shape the strategic direction of the organisation and contribute to organisational leadership beyond your own department. You'll work alongside the CEO and fellow Heads of Department to deliver our organisational strategy, embedding collaboration, innovation and impact across all areas of our work.
You'll also play a key role in securing the resources needed to deliver our ambitions. Working with the Head of Development, you'll help develop compelling funding proposals, inspire funders with our vision and demonstrate the impact of our work through robust monitoring, evaluation and reporting. Working with the Finance and Operations Manager, you'll oversee campaign budgets, ensuring resources are managed effectively and strategically.
Main Duties

Lead River Action's communications, media and public engagement strategy, ensuring compelling storytelling, strong brand visibility and effective use of traditional, digital and social media to grow our influence and supporter base.

Lead the planning and delivery of River Action’s creative interventions and actions, from polling, petitions and shareholder actions to public protests and high-profile actions.

Serve as a senior public representative and spokesperson for River Action, building the organisation's profile and influence through media engagement, public speaking, stakeholder engagement and high-profile external events.

Oversee River Action's digital campaigning platforms, including the strategic development of our website and digital engagement tools.

Work closely with the Head of Public Affairs to ensure campaigns and political advocacy are fully integrated, maximising opportunities to influence government, regulators and decision-makers.

Build and maintain influential relationships with campaign partners, coalitions, NGOs, academics, community organisations, funders and other key stakeholders to maximise collective impact.

Lead campaign planning, governance and delivery, ensuring campaigns are effectively resourced, managed and evaluated against agreed objectives, budgets and monitoring, evaluation and reporting (MER) frameworks.

Lead, inspire and develop the Campaigns Team, fostering a collaborative, creative and high-performing culture that enables colleagues to thrive and deliver exceptional work.

Work with the CEO, Head of Development and senior colleagues to secure funding for campaign activities, contributing to funding proposals, donor engagement and impact reporting.

Work with the Finance and Operations Manager to develop, monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively and strategically.

Support organisational reporting by contributing to Board papers, quarterly and annual reports, organisational planning and performance monitoring.

Written submission
River Action is looking to develop a campaign around water security in the UK to launch in 2027. Please put together a campaign brief setting out the challenges faced, how we would develop and deliver this campaign including campaign asks; campaign outcomes; public, political and legal tactics; routes for funding and resource requirements.
Your campaign brief should be no longer than 2 sides of A4.

You will work closely with Quality Leads, Service Managers, clinical teams and People and Organisational Development colleagues to make sure learning is shared, understood and applied. This will include planning and delivering audits, thematic reviews and evaluations; developing quality improvement tools and governance resources; supporting preparation for external audits or quality reviews; and designing training, workshops and Model of Care learning sessions that help colleagues apply best practice with confidence.

About you
You may already be working in clinical audit, quality improvement, service monitoring, clinical governance or service development within health, social care or the voluntary sector. You will bring experience of working in clinical services, ideally within addiction or mental health, and of delivering interventions such as psychosocial interventions, CBT or motivational interviewing.

- Lead financial management, compliance, budgeting and reporting for Right To Play UK and Right To Play Ireland by ensuring accurate and timely recording of all expenses and revenue connected with the operation of the offices

Role Overview
As Head of Programmes, you will oversee the successful delivery, performance and development of Clean Slate's services nationally. Working as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to organisational strategy, support business growth and ensure programmes achieve both their social impact and financial objectives.
You will provide leadership and support to departmental managers, oversee organisational reporting and performance monitoring, maintain relationships with key funders and stakeholders, and ensure that systems, processes and compliance arrangements support high-quality service delivery.
A key element of the role will be identifying opportunities for growth, supporting funding and commissioning opportunities, and ensuring services continue to evolve to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

About You
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative leader with experience managing complex services, leading managers and driving organisational performance.

Customer Support Engineer
Hours: Part time, 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8am - 12pm (4 hours per day)
Contract: Fixed term role until 31 March 2027
Salary: £30,500 - £32,000 per annum, pro rata (£16,500 per annum for part time hours) plus Into Film Benefits

Role Summary
The main function of the Customer Support Engineer (“CSE”) role is to ensure those who choose Into Film receive the most positive support possible from the organisation. So, the CSE will play a key role in our product strategy, demonstrating our commitment to high retention of account holders.
The role exists as the front line of customer technical support for users of Into Film’s online offer, including the educator, club member, and online learning websites.
The CSE supports organisations, film clubs, educators, young people, and other account holders on their journey from recruitment to brand advocate. The CSE also plays a key role in monitoring issues and account activity, analysing these to inform new features and opportunities for the organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and manage support queries from users of our products and services, including cases from info@ and support@ email inboxes, phone calls, live chat, etc., via Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management system (“CRM”)
- Troubleshoot and where necessary escalate technical issues to the Customer Support Engineer Coordinator and/or digital team via JIRA ticketing application
- Participate in rota for answering the main Into Film phone line
- Ensure that support documentation, including user-facing Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), Knowledgebase (KB), and other website pages, are updated and developed to include the latest solutions for issues encountered by our users
- Assist with detailed reports on customer service issues utilising the CRM, including issue type and frequency
- Assist with creation and distribution of support-focused surveys of our users
- Assist with onboarding and provide escalation support should demand require outsourcing to service vendors or contractors
- Assist Customer Service Engineer (Coordinator) on projects and work areas defined by the Head of Product and Technology
- Any other reasonable duties assigned by Into Film.
General Responsibilities:

Person Specification:
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent customer relationship and service management skills
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent time and project management skills, including an ability to prioritise and plan to maximise efficiency
- A good understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM, including service measurement tools, analytics, metrics and insights
- A good understanding of the education market and curriculum (formal and informal)
Desirable:
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365)
- Salesforce case management experience (Service Cloud)
- A love and knowledge of film

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as our Project Assistant.
The postholder will be responsible for providing effective support to the delivery of the Walk To School Outreach (WTSO) project across the North West, Yorkshire and North East of England. This will include research into schools’ eligibility and suitability for the delivery of this behaviour change project, assisting with online engagement activities and supporting with delivery on the ground through school and community events.
You will also be expected to undertake administrative duties as required, including formatting and use of spreadsheet data.
This will be a varied role and an ability to embrace a diversity of tasks is essential, as is a positive ‘can do’ attitude to work.
