We’re looking for a Property Project Manager to support with the delivery of several key construction projects, helping make sure our dogs have a safe, comfortable environment while they’re in our care.

What does this role do?

As Property Project Manager, you’ll:

• deliver end-to-end project management for all major works completed by the property department, critically understanding opportunities and risks associated with all projects, which may include large-scale rehoming centre rebuilds or renovations, often running simultaneously and at pace,
• provide guidance and support to the wider property team, including occasionally supporting with business-as-usual asset management, 
• build key relationships with various stakeholders across Dogs Trust, from front-line operations teams to the legal team, as well as external contractors such as contractors or professional appointees.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Tuesday 3rd March 2026, and will take place on Teams.

Could this be you?

To be successful in this role, you’ll be an experienced surveyor with significant project management experience, who is capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously. Ideally, you’ll have some experience in construction management, with an understanding of the complexities and challenges that may arise in projects of this nature, combined with excellent financial control over projects. You’ll need excellent interpersonal skills too, as you’ll need to build strong relationships across the charity. An interest in, and commitment to, the work of Dogs Trust is essential.

About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone at an early stage of their career who is looking to build experience across operations, HR, governance and project support within a supportive charity environment.

As Business Operations Assistant, you will provide hands-on administrative and coordination support across the organisation. You will work closely with colleagues in Business Operations and across Tommy’s, gaining exposure to a wide range of activities including office coordination, HR processes, governance record-keeping, project administration and basic finance administration such as processing invoices and raising purchase orders.

What you’ll be doing

Project administration

The Role  

The Operations Assistant is a new role at Figurative, supporting the Operations Manager and the wider team to ensure processes are as streamlined and efficient as possible and evolve with the growth of the organisation. The Operations Assistant will have the opportunity to work across a variety of areas, from finance and data analysis to event support and CRM database development.

Key Responsibilities

The demands of this role will be both operations specific and general to Figurative. You will play an important role in supporting the operations and finance functions within Figurative. In particular, this includes:

● Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable management, across both Figurative and its impact investment funds

● Supplier communications and management, including maintenance of up-to-date records and contracts

● Maintaining up-to-date records of credit card expenses and receipts

● Updating cash reconciliations and payment trackers and providing updates and accurate corresponding figures to the Investment Team and Operations Manager

● Maintaining Figurative’s shared drive, ensuring all documents are filed in a timely and well-organised manner

● Providing administrative support in the monitoring of organisation and fund reporting requirements

● Working closely with Figurative’s Operations Manager to ensure new company-wide initiatives are established and maintained with strong and compliant operational and financial processes

● Maintaining the CRM system and ensuring records are accurate and updated on a regular basis

The general Figurative duties will include:

● Diary management and co-ordination for wider team meetings and events

● Minute taking, including during fund investment committees

The Person

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our service based in Southwark. The service is a short-term (up to two years) supported living service for people who have an enduring mental health diagnosis and who require and can benefit from, the help and support offered. It consists of 14 self-contained flats and one crisis room for adult men with medium to high-level support needs who require 24-hour supported accommodation, helping them to continue to live in the community and to reduce the risk of admission to hospital.

To enable Operation Smile’s global surgical activities, OSUK’s Partnerships Team works to maximise high-potential income channels such as corporate partnerships, major donors, community fundraisers and trusts and foundations.

We have an exciting position in our team for an experienced and ambitious trusts fundraiser. Working as part of the Partnership Team and line managing one Grants & Programmes Manager, the Senior Grants & Programmes Manager will secure critical income from new and existing trust and foundation donors through compelling pitches and excellent stewardship.

The position will build on existing multiyear relationships with donors giving at the six-figure level per year, aiming to grow their contributions, as well as making approaches to new prospects, working closely with the Director of Partnerships. The role is also the key liaison between OSUK and teams at Operation Smile Inc and in programme countries around the world, leading on donor reporting and sourcing programmatic information for new funding opportunities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Trust and Foundation Funding Development

• Ensure achievement of annual income target for trusts and foundations
• Take primary responsibility for managing the current pool of trust/foundation donors, to ensure their growth and longevity – strategic input into the growth of each relationship will be essential
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new funding prospects, creating propositions/proposals and making approaches, working with the Director of Partnerships, with a focus on the highest value prospects (those worth six-figures per year plus)
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to donors and internal stakeholders
• Represent Operation Smile UK in global funding discussions, applying any global strategies to develop successful fundraising plans for the UK
• Lead on development and management of any trust/foundation cultivation events

Programmes Liaison

• Lead on interaction with global teams at Operation Smile Inc (US) and programme country teams around the world, regarding OSUK’s funding of programmes
• Identify funding opportunities for new prospects and existing donors, sourcing relevant programmatic and financial information
• Support the allocation of OSUK’s funds to a portfolio of programmes that best meet our donors’ interests, and work with colleagues internationally to reallocate funds when needed
• Monitor projects’ progress against KPIs and ensure donor reporting (programmatic and financial) is complete and timely, and meets donors’ needs and expectations

 

Additional Responsibilities

• Line-manage one Grants & Programmes Manager, supporting them to manage their own portfolio of new prospects and existing relationships, including small trusts mailings
• Create and maintain annual trusts and foundations income and expenditure budgets and business plans, including current donors and forecasting new business income

• 4 years’ experience in a trusts/foundations/institutional funding role
• We promote flexible and hybrid working, with 2 days per week in our London office in Battersea (nearest stations Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town). There will also be some UK travel for meetings, conferences and events.

In this exciting and varied role, you will manage the HR lifecycle, provide HR advice, develop and improve policies and processes, and manage payroll and benefits. You will report to the CEO and work with the with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to deliver a high quality HR & Payroll service. Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is responding to the largest emergency in our 40+ year history. Over the last two years support for our cause has seen significant growth in income as tens of thousands of supporters have joined MAP, including individuals, trusts, foundations and corporates. Our challenge now is to retain this interest and ensure we sustain income as we respond to the ongoing emergency and the longer-term health of Palestinians over the coming years. With an ambition to be a £50m organisation by 2028, the supporter operations and insights team will play a vital role in enabling over one million Palestinians to access improved healthcare annually by 2028.

We’re looking for a strategic and people‑focused leader to head up our Supporter Operations and Insights team. A newly expanded team, this senior role will ensure our supporters receive an outstanding experience, while overseeing supporter operations, supplier management, data quality and insights.
