About the Innovation and Project Officer role
Supporting innovation across the organisation, you will help to develop and deliver programmes that grow our membership, reach and influence. You will lead the day-to-day management of pilot projects that test new initiatives and engagement opportunities with new audiences, monitoring and evaluating outcomes to capture insights and valuable learning that helps shape the direction of the organisation. This role will involve developing project plans, timelines and key deliverables to monitor project progress and ensure success. You will carry out qualitative and quantitative research to identify the current and changing needs of women to support organisational decision-making and drive innovation in everything that we do.
Location: Hybrid working, with one day per week at our London, Oxfordshire or Wales office.
About you
You should be experienced in supporting organisational development within membership settings, and skilled in project design and delivery. You will have strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to communicate your findings to diverse audiences. You should have a methodical approach to project management, and be able to confidently engage and build relationships with stakeholders and different audiences. Familiarity in overseeing budgets would be beneficial, as would some knowledge of the trends affecting the voluntary sector, but above all a passion for supporting initiatives that contribute to organisational growth and change will be key to your success in the role.

Brief role description:
The Head of International Growth is a new strategic leadership role that will enable parkrun to unlock dynamic, sustainable growth across some of key geographies — currently Europe, Africa, and America, though these may evolve over time. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Global Heads of Commercial, Legal and Governance and Event Delivery and Volunteering, the successful candidate will lead the development and execution of parkrun’s international growth strategy. Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are expanding our team of IPS Employment Advisors in our IPS service in the London Borough of Enfield. You will be based in one of NHS mental health treatment teams in Enfield Town and Edmonton areas.
This IPS service at Working Well Trust has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment.
This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain and sustain paid employment.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced Associate Trainer to deliver high-quality training and workshops across Northern Ireland on behalf of Ygam as and when required. Although remote working, they would need to be living in NI for travel and delivery purposes. This position is offered on a self-employed associate basis (contract for services). The post holder will facilitate engaging learning experiences, maintain high standards of safeguarding and quality assurance, and contribute to Ygam's mission by helping professionals understand and respond to gaming and gambling-related harms affecting children and young people.
The role is ideal for an experienced trainer, educator or youth practitioner with strong facilitation skills and knowledge of safeguarding, education or public health, who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people. You will be confident working independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
You will be skilled at adapting training delivery to meet the needs of different audiences and contexts, ensuring sessions are inclusive, engaging and responsive to participant needs.

Main Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering training across Ygam’s portfolio of programmes, including education, youth work, health, social care, community and sporting sectors.
You will lead workshops and training both online and face to face. The role will support professionals, parents, carers and young people to understand and help prevent gaming and gambling harms. It will focus on using education to increase awareness of the social, environmental and commercial influences, including the practices of the industries, that can shape behaviours and increase the risk of harm among young people.
A crucial element of your role will be updating all relevant records and CRM systems.
You will be required to market additional learning, resources, and training opportunities to delegates and to promote the work of Ygam at conferences and events.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Delivery
· Deliver the Ygam portfolio of workshops (online and face to face)
· Provide high-quality training to a range of professionals and young people in line with Ygam’s quality standards and facilitator guidance

This exciting role will suit an experienced fundraising leader who can deliver strategically and influence at a senior level both internally and externally. The successful candidate will be as comfortable presenting to a room of potential supporters as they will managing a complex funding application or persuading a high-profile funder to come on board. Overall job purpose
The Estate Officer will ensure the delivery of the regional maintenance programme, comprising routine, periodic, planned and urgent works, and the delivery of time limited maintenance consultancy and estate management projects. Working alongside the Conservation Projects Manager, the post holder will ensure regional estate compliance with CCT policies.
The post holder will be the main contact for all maintenance related matters and will maintain the property management records for the estate, develop volunteer projects and training on maintenance reporting and conservation cleaning and will assist with fundraising.

About The Role
As part of our BFI Screen Heritage Fund ‘Resilient Foundations’ project, we are seeking a highly motivated Fundraising Consultant to support and develop London’s Screen Archives’ (LSA) nascent major gift fundraising strategy from individuals.
Over three years, the LSA Fundraising Consultant will help start LSA on its major gift and individual giving fundraising journey. You will develop a prospect list from our mailing lists, your existing contacts and through research, that you will then cultivate and convert into successful donations during your contract. You will be supported by our Executive Team and Board as needed. In addition, we will work with you to develop an annual fundraising campaign to raise our profile and secure donations that will support our work discovering and preserving London’s history on film.
These early stages of the strategy will aim to build long-term relationships and inspire on-going philanthropic support for LSA. Your work will be essential to our successful delivery of the BFI Screen Heritage Fund objectives.
You will have a track record of major donor fundraising, ideally with an established network of relevant contacts and relationships, and excellent knowledge of the heritage, film and arts sectors.
