Founded in 1997, the Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP) is the tea sector’s global membership organisation working to improve the lives of the people and communities who rely on tea for their livelihoods. A not-for-profit membership organisation with 38 diverse members, we collaborate with our members, third-party grantors and other stakeholders to implement impactful, long-term programmes in tea-producing countries and drive responsible business practices.
Our work addresses the most pressing human rights and environmental challenges in the global tea supply chain - from improving livelihoods and working conditions to advancing equality and climate resilience. Many of the challenges facing the tea sector are deep-rooted and systemic and no single organisation can address them alone. Meaningful progress requires collaboration and the combined efforts of partners across the sector.
Over the next five years, we aim to significantly expand our membership geographically and with better representation across the full supply chain. This role will be central to this effort.
Role purpose

We’re looking for a Communications Lead to shape and deliver ETP’s content strategy - supporting the communications needs of our members, helping to demonstrate the value of ETP’s work, and contributing to the growth of our membership. From developing thought leadership pieces and showcasing programme impact, to enhancing our digital presence and supporting media engagement, your work will help ensure members, partners, and prospective members understand and connect with ETP’s mission and impact.

Key responsibilities
Content development and management
- Lead the production of key content pieces at ETP, including our annual report, regular updates to members and stakeholders, and innovative programme impact stories.
- Own and manage the communications content calendar, ensuring creativity and alignment with organisational goals.
- Own programmatic communications, collaborating with internal teams to produce communication toolkits on our range of programmes for members, incorporating feedback to meet members’ needs effectively.
- Collaborate with members and partners to ensure communications align with their needs and priorities – on both programmes and day-to-day communications.
- Work closely with ETP’s leadership team, country teams and experts to develop thought leadership pieces that contribute to sector-wide conversations and challenge the status quo constructively.
- Develop and issue ETP’s monthly member and stakeholder newsletter, ensuring there is ample content and that it is delivered on time.
Digital ownership
- Develop and implement ETP’s social media strategy, ensuring consistent, engaging, and impactful output.
- Oversee all social media activity, driving engagement and growing ETP’s digital presence across LinkedIn and X.
- Develop and share regular posts from the ETP CEO and sample posts for team members for key initiatives.
- Own website content, regularly updating the site with new information, from new joiners to news articles and programme updates.
Showcasing impact
- Create content that showcases ETP’s impact at both programmatic and sectoral levels, using innovative and striking approaches.
- Work with the Monitoring & Evaluation Lead to update the Global Impact Framework, ensuring our website data is up to date and effectively communicating impact across the ETP portfolio.
Design
- Use existing Adobe’s InDesign and Canva templates to produce a range of ETP branded assets including donor reports, event materials such as standees and backdrops etc.
Media relations
- Work with the Head of Communications & Membership to respond to media inquiries and support crisis communication efforts as needed.
- Research and create compelling media content, including proactive and reactive press releases.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets to amplify ETP’s message.
Experience and skills required
Essential
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
- Experience in developing creative and disruptive (yet constructive) content strategies.
- Strong social media strategy and management experience.
- Experience in media relations, including crafting press releases and managing media inquiries.
- Exceptional organisation skills, the ability to stick to deadlines and ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to brief external suppliers e.g. designers and videographers to ensure they deliver on brief, on time and to budget.
- Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter, demonstrating a dynamic, driven mindset with strong lateral thinking skills to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Demonstrate drive, curiosity, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English required and proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and MailChimp.
Desirable
- Understanding of agricultural supply chains and the issues at play in corporate social responsibility.
- Good contacts with journalists and media outlets that focus on supply chain issues.
- Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems e.g. Salesforce.
- Knowledge of trends and innovations in thought leadership communications.

Purpose of the Job
Working across our operations we are looking for the Community Coordinator – Cross Ops to play a key role in the Community Team’s work. Their work will help to build our capacity to accept and distribute food through our depot operations, Green Scheme & Felix Connect and non-food items through Felix’s Multibank.
A key aspect to the role will be to help ensure the data needed to support our operations is complete, accurate and relevant and updated in a timely manner across all our data systems. Ther work will help us to effectively monitor and evaluate our growth against strategic objectives as well as develop new initiatives.
The role will work across the Felix operations including the Green Scheme and Felix Connect. Green Scheme is Felix’s A to B collection and delivery service, volunteers collect surplus food from supermarkets, cafes and delis and deliver it direct to local Community Organisations primarily in Central London. Felix Connect is a platform for suppliers to place ad hoc food and non-food offers to connect directly with Felix’s Community Organisations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Able to support, answer and conclude all queries in a timely manner and liaise with support functions as required to support team and wider organisational objectives in line with the objectives for food supply and operational capacity
- Support Green Scheme Lead on successful delivery of operation ensuring functional processes and procedures are appropriately followed
- Responsible for successful delivery of Felix Connect operation ensuring functional processes and procedures are appropriately followed
- Support the day-to-day operational teams supporting as liaison with our network of community organisations
- Develop and deliver programmes that will engage our network with all aspects of Felix’s work and the wider social and environmental impact of its potential in their communities
- Regular reporting and measurement against agreed KPIs
- Deliver innovative services compliant with all relevant legislation and standard operating procedures including food safety, health and safety, data protection and volunteer policies
- Proactively engage and collaborate with all teams within Felix to increase impact and quality of service delivery
- Support the Green Scheme out-of-hours helpline on a rota basis (Mon-Fri, 6-10pm)
- Carry out other duties as needed
- Act as an ambassador for The Felix Project as required

Learning with Parents supports all families to have positive learning interactions together. We drive inclusive parental engagement by partnering with schools and leading the sector through learning what works.
By partnering with primary schools, we support thousands of families across the UK to enjoy learning together at home. Our child-led videos and hands-on family activities replace traditional homework. Through behavioural insight research, innovative technology and teacher training we ensure that as many families as possible are supported effectively.
We are working to improve parental engagement across the sector, by producing evidence of parents’ impact and generating insights into how schools can best support them. Learnings are disseminated through the Parental Engagement Forum and amplified through the Fair Education Alliance.
About the Role
One of Learning with Parents’ objectives over the next five years is to evidence how best to drive inclusive parental engagement. We are looking for an individual with experience in monitoring and evaluation to join our team.
The Evaluation Manager will be responsible for evaluating our programmes to capture the impact we have, inform improvements internally and share insights externally. The role will begin with implementing an existing evaluation plan and develop into leading improvements and innovations in our evaluation strategy. It will involve primary research, such as leading focus groups in schools, as well as analysis of quantitative and qualitative data generated by our platform and surveys of parents and teachers. It will also involve reporting this data and supporting others to do so. The Evaluation Manager will be responsible for maintaining tools and processes around evaluation and ensuring strong internal and external communications of findings.
This is a role which involves extensive collaboration across different internal teams and with external stakeholders such as schools and funders.
Areas of Responsibility
Evaluation design and planning

Improve, develop and innovate on existing evaluation strategies to better capture our impact and the voices of our stakeholders – school leaders, teachers, parents and children.

Liaise with project leads to ensure that evaluation is planned into projects from the start.

Liaise with the Programme Director to ensure evaluations are planned in tandem with strategic thinking about parent voice.

Liaise with the fundraising team to ensure that reporting commitments to donors are planned into evaluations.

Provide evaluation support with strategic partnerships.

Primary research and conducting evaluations

Analyse and present insights from platform data – both qualitative and quantitative.

Monitor and regularly report on progress in measuring our evaluation indicators.

Work with the Tech team to refine processes for managing data which adhere to UK GDPR and best practice in data management and ensure maximum usability of the data.

Explore new opportunities and methodologies for capturing child voice and the voices of parents who may typically be underrepresented in research.

Supporting Programme Evaluations

Support the leads of individual projects to develop project level evaluation plans as required, ensuring that these are integrated into overarching plans, have a Theory of Change and adhere to ethics and data protection protocols.

Develop or refine existing data collections tools to meet project needs and support with data collection, analysis and write up as required.
Dissemination

Ensure that findings and learning from evaluations are consistently and robustly documented.

Ensure evaluation findings are logged and shared internally to inform future programme design and development.

In partnership with the fundraising and communications team, create additional versions of evaluation reports for specific audiences.

In partnership with project leads, ensure feedback is shared with all stakeholders.
About You
A successful Evaluation Manager will be able to work across multiple teams to ensure the quality and cohesion of evaluation work. They will be committed to support the charity’s growth and impact.
Our ideal candidate would also be able to provide examples of when they have used the following skills and experience:

About Woman’s Trust
The charity was established in 1996 to meet the gap in specialist mental health services. Woman’s Trust is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recovery from the trauma. We are committed to a positive, inclusive and equitable environment for our staff, service users and volunteers.
Alongside delivering our existing 1-1 counselling, self-development workshops and therapeutic support groups for women who have experienced domestic abuse, we are focused on developing our innovative mental health services for young women and girls, delivering new peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. We are also committed to developing further awareness-raising workshops and training for professionals, building on our research and policy to improve systems nationally.
Background
The lack of recognition of domestic abuse as a mental health issue within the NHS leads to delayed and inadequate support for survivors. This gap in understanding and response often result in survivors only being able to access and receive appropriate care when their mental health deteriorates to the point of requiring secondary mental health services (Women’s Aid 2021). Meta analysis suggests that CBT, one of the NHS’s most prescribed approaches for mental ill-health, is not the best approach for domestic abuse survivors as it does not recognise and take into account the external factors and dynamics of abuse, specifically power and control, the role of the perpetrator and the resulting trauma for the survivor.
In March 2025, WT published its first major report, ‘Living Without Hope’ which consolidates existing and increasing academic, government and sector research demonstrating the significant impact of domestic abuse on women’s mental health. Outlining the current agency responses at national, regional and local levels and the gaps in provision; the report also makes recommendations for change and improvement across the VAWG and health sectors.
Building on the research highlighted in our ‘Living Without Hope’ report, WT has secured funding to work with key stakeholders in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to examine the links between domestic abuse and mental health, the specific experiences of Arab and Moroccan women and their access to safe, appropriate services that meet their needs.
Purpose
This is an exciting new role and will be focused on developing Woman’s Trust’s (WT) response to addressing the systemic issues female survivors of domestic abuse face when trying to access support.
Working with key stakeholders in the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (LBKC) and specifically Al-Hasniya to ensure that professionals have a clearer understanding of the link between domestic abuse and mental health and its impact on survivors.
Contract & hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE). Fixed term as dependant on funding.

Strategy & Planning
- With the support of the Community Fundraising Manager, develop and deliver plans for local fundraising across a broad range of markets, activities and products.

About Friends of Ibba Girls School (FIGS)
Friends of Ibba Girls School, South Sudan (FIGS), is a registered UK Charity (114620) set up in 2011, at the request of local community leaders to help build and develop a girls’ boarding school in South Sudan. Ibba Girls Boarding School now educates over 320 primary and secondary school girls from across Western Equatoria State and employs around 40 staff.
The school provides high-quality education in a context where most girls leave school before completing primary education and very few reach secondary level. FIGS is a relatively small UK-based charity with a strong national reputation and a substantial impact, demonstrating what high-quality girls’ education can achieve in South Sudan. FIGS works closely with Windle Trust International, which provides technical, financial and organisational support to the school in South Sudan.
FIGS raises approximately £500,000 each year to meet the running and development costs of IGBS and FIGS. Fundraising and effective communications are therefore central to our mission. We are a small team and are looking for someone who will thrive in a varied role, is proactive, organised, and capable of handling multiple demands, with a readiness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
The Role
This role involves supporting both fundraising and communications activities, alongside essential administrative functions. The Fundraising and Communications Officer will play a key role in implementing FIGS’ fundraising and communications plans, supporting donor engagement, campaigns, events, and day-to-day operational administration. You will be working closely with our Head of Fundraising and Communications, ensuring that FIGS has the resources to continue to support the education and boarding of over 320 marginalised girls in South Sudan.
The role is home-based but requires the ability and willingness to travel to fundraising and supporter events across the UK, including occasional evenings and weekends.
FIGS is a trustee-led charity, with an active and engaged Board that plays a hands-on role in governance, strategy, fundraising and ambassadorial work. While Trustees retain strategic oversight and are closely involved in key decisions, FIGS also has a small paid staff team responsible for day-to-day operations, fundraising delivery and communications. What you'll be doing:
The Director of Fundraising is a senior, strategic leadership role responsible for driving significant and sustainable growth in income for MQ, with a target of achieving £10 million annual turnover over the next five years.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the postholder will set and deliver an ambitious, data-led fundraising strategy across philanthropy, trusts and foundations, partnerships and other income streams. They will personally steward high-value relationships while building a high-performing, commercially minded fundraising function capable of supporting MQ’s long-term mission.

Fundraising Strategy & Income Growth

The Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Associate Director of Philanthropy, UK, the Philanthropy Manager will support the implementation of the UK Philanthropy team’s strategy, with a focus to identify, establish and develop new and existing high value relationships with individuals who have the capacity to support IRC at a five and six figure level. · Work closely with the Director of Philanthropy and the research function to identify and cultivate positive relationships with existing donors and new prospects to significantly grow our major donor pipeline

We are looking for a talented and driven Special Events Manager to lead, shape and grow our portfolio of high profile events. Core Purpose
To lead the delivery and growth of Make A Wish’s programme of Special Events, maximising net income, strengthening donor and supporter stewardship, and identifying new opportunities across the organisation and beyond to enhance and expand our events portfolio. This role also supports wider departmental events, including those connected to Art of Wishes, while inspiring and managing supporters, committee members, suppliers and volunteers. In addition, the role oversees the stewardship events programme delivered by the Events Officer, ensuring exceptional experiences for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:
Event support
- Own and develop relationships with key Make-A-Wish event supporters including committee members, suppliers, speakers and donors.
- Project manage and/or provide event support to key Make-A-Wish flagship and high-value supporter events.
- Generate income and gift in kind for Make-A-Wish owned and high value third-party events.
- Oversee the stewardship of high value third-party events by the Events Officer.
- Be the day-to-day contact for Special Events agencies and third-party suppliers, attending and leading meetings to ensure each event is executed as smoothly and successfully as possible.
- Manage internal and external event stakeholders including Make-A-Wish BCE and volunteering teams, committee members and event suppliers in relation to their role at the event.
- Attend all the Special Events and represent Make-A-Wish in a professional manner.
- Support on the development of the special events strategy with Art of Wishes & Special Events Lead and Philanthropy Director.
- Create and manage event budgets with a focus on reducing costs and maximising net income/budget relieving GIK.

- Oversee the supporter journey of prize donors, prize winners and wish sponsors, including but not limited to thanking and providing feedback post-event, prize fulfilment, building long-term and sustainable relationships through correspondence.
- Work with the Volunteering team and Special Events Officer to manage volunteers including recruitment, pre-event briefings, communications, on the day and post-event thanking.
Communications and Internal Collaboration
- Take responsibility for maintaining and updating the supporter database with any event and guest details ensuring it is GDPR compliant.
