This role is central to delivering Screen Share's award-winning Digital Access Programme, which refurbishes donated technology and distributes it to refugees and asylum seekers across the UK. This is a new role in the team designed to increase our capacity to support a growing client base. It is both practical and operational, involving both technology management and customer service.
The role focuses on making sure the right devices reach the right people. You will process referrals, coordinate fulfilment, and work with clients, partners and volunteers to make sure devices are delivered smoothly and any challenges are resolved with care. This requires clear and confident communication, strong organisation, and a trauma-informed, safeguarding-aware approach to working with people from many different backgrounds.
On the technical side, the post holder will support the end-to-end management of Screen Share’s IT assets. Working closely within the Operations team, this includes logging and tracking devices, maintaining accurate database records, supporting physical storage and stock control, assisting with secure data sanitisation, and preparing devices for distribution through careful packaging and postage. This element of the role ensures that all devices are handled safely, securely and in line with our operational and data protection standards.
The role sits within a busy, highly collaborative and fun Operations team, where people support one another, share knowledge freely, and work together to solve problems. You will have opportunities to learn from colleagues, contribute your own ideas and experience, and help shape how we work as the organisation grows.
The role also contributes to wider operational tasks and projects, making it well-suited to someone who enjoys variety, collaboration and building effective systems in a growing charity.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Explaining Screen Share’s referral process to individuals and partner organisations seeking support, and signposting to external services where appropriate. Sharing responsibility with the wider team for client and partner communications,
responding promptly, professionally and courteously. Support in-person device distribution at partner charities, libraries
and accommodation settings, and provide remote technical support to clients via phone and email, communicating
clearly, patiently and with care.
Data Management and Administration
Reviewing, prioritising and processing referral applications, completing digital paperwork and issuing delivery and tracking information. Capturing, updating and maintaining accurate client and device data to support day-to-day operations and impact reporting. Allocating devices based on client needs and available stock, and handling all client, partner and donor information in line with data protection policies and GDPR requirements.
Postage and Packaging
Preparing, packaging and dispatching devices and accessories securely using postal and courier services. Ensuring all equipment is packaged safely and appropriately to prevent damage in transit.
General Operations and Ad-hoc Support
Participating fully in team meetings and contributing to shared problem-solving. Supporting the refurbishment process as needed, including data sanitisation, basic diagnostics, installing operating systems and logging donated devices. Assisting with fulfilment across other programmes and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Operations team.

About the Role
This fundraiser will work closely with senior academics in the Humanities Division. The post will focus primarily on funding for posts and scholarships in the academic faculties as well as securing support for the activities of the Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities, including the programme of public events that will start taking place in the building from spring 2026. An interest and appreciation for the arts and humanities is essential.

Creative Green and Creative Climate Partnerships
Julie’s Bicycle’s Creative Green and Partnerships programme works with individual organisations and networks through consultancy and partnership. The programme combines sustainability expert advice, networking and peer-to-peer knowledge, supporting a wide variety of organisations in arts and culture to embed environmental sustainability into their value. From developing environmental action plans and training to designing net-zero pathways and sustainable exhibitions, we support organisations in incorporating sustainability into their strategy and governance, understanding their ecological impacts, and developing and monitoring action plans and practices.
We collaborate to enable practical action for transformational change by working with diverse cultural organisations, including those in visual arts, museums, galleries, and theatre. Our Creative Green team partners with various organisations such as the British Film Institute, British Council Americas, Green Libraries Partnership, Tomas Saraceno Studio, Goethe Institute, Independent Cinema Office, Arts Council Ireland, and numerous European funding programmes. Our Partnership with Arts Council England
Julie’s Bicycle is the partner for the Arts Council’s Environmental Programme, supporting organisations to take environmental action and meet their funding requirements and supporting the Arts Council to drive positive environmental change within the sector. The programme focuses on delivering support to organisations in: reporting their impacts and taking action using the Creative Climate Tools; running events, peer sharing sessions, webinars, signposting to and developing resources to deepen understanding around data use, and relevant topics in sustainability; broadening access to climate literacy via e-learning; providing a strand of workshops to provide targeted support for artists, creatives and freelancers, and; to inspire, develop and nurture sector leadership via a number of dedicated programme strands focused on governance, justice, resilience and decarbonisation. The programme is adaptive, and as we move into 2026, there is a significant opportunity to shape the delivery of our Decarbonisation programme in particular, to respond to the needs of the sector.

Transforming Energy, our Arts Council England decarbonisation programme. The Role
We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our team as a Climate Change & Sustainability Specialist, to lead and facilitate the management of strands of work on these programmes:

The work involves project-managing and delivering key partnership projects, and supporting collaboration with both subsidised and commercial cultural organisations, as well as with networks of organisations, funding bodies, cities, and local authorities. We focus on projects that generate knowledge that can be shared with the broader sector to promote climate action.
Candidates will have strong knowledge of the environment and climate, including their root causes, impacts, key issues, solutions, and approaches. You will have the confidence to embed sustainable practices across operations, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to drive change and governance in organisations and networks.
You will be passionate about the cultural sector's unique role in accelerating a just energy transition and inspiring wider action. We would particularly welcome expertise in community energy networks and solutions, nature restoration and carbon sinks, and broad environmental management and the just transition.
You will have proven project management experience and be able to combine strategic thinking with on-the-ground delivery across all project stages, leading consultancy activities, including mentoring clients and running public-facing sessions. An excellent communicator and confident project manager, you will have a flexible, solution-focused approach.
Responsibilities
As part of the Creative Green and Creative Climate Partnerships team, our Climate Change & Sustainability Specialist will manage partnerships, working closely with a wide range of high-profile organisations in the arts and culture sector to help them understand, manage and improve their commitments to climate action and a just transition. A typical month might involve developing sustainability advice for cultural organisations supported by international cooperation, developing and delivering sustainability training for libraries, researching opportunities for climate action for artistic residencies, analysing environmental management data and writing recommendations and reports, helping write new proposals for partnership development, creating recommendations to influence cultural policy funding in the UK and Europe, creating a net zero plan for museums and theatres, supporting the sustainable production of exhibitions and performances.
With the Arts Council England programme, you will lead the management and delivery of the strand focused on decarbonisation, working collaboratively with the team. There is a significant opportunity to shape the programme to support organisations in decarbonising across key focus areas, including community energy schemes, district heat networks, nature-based solutions, circular economy initiatives, and energy management approaches, among others. Beyond this key strand, they will collaborate with the team to support aspects of delivery and contribute to team activities across the wider programme as appropriate. They will also collaborate on delivery support and contribute to wider team activities.
Key responsibilities:
Project scoping and proposal writing
- Actively seek partnership development opportunities that align with our strategy and aims.
- Scoping and planning new projects.
- Writing competitive proposals for new partnership projects.
Project Management and delivery
- Full project management, including managing timelines, resources, contracts, and budgets. This includes high quality, timely delivery of project strands, resources and events within the Creative Green and Partnership programme.
- Managing and delivering the decarbonisation strand of the Arts Council England environmental programme, and evolving the focus and support provided for organisations in line with sector needs.
- Designing and facilitating training and focus groups for organisations and specific stakeholder groups/networks, leadership sessions in person and/or virtual.
- Analysing environmental data focusing on energy, materials, carbon footprint calculation, environmental data and science-based targets and life cycle analyses.
- Developing strategic pathways for organisations to decarbonise towards achieving Net Zero Carbon emissions with emphasis on a Just transition and sustainability plans for cultural organisations. Carrying out the necessary research to respond to specific organisational / sector challenges.
- Developing clear and accessible communications about decarbonisation strategies and progress for a variety of internal and external audiences.
- Producing reports, strategy, policies, action plans, tools and resources.

Experience And Skills
Essential
- Significant experience (five to seven years) of working in environmental sustainability programmes or a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully managing environmental projects, working in partnership with external organisations
- A degree in environmental science/studies/management/sustainability and/or another relevant academic discipline area, or evidence of equivalent expertise.
- A proactive, flexible approach, and the ability to progress work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest in the arts and culture, the role they can play in the climate crisis, and the sustainability issues that impact this sector.
- Demonstrable expertise related to a range of the following: decarbonising pathways and just transition, community energy networks and solutions, nature restoration and carbon sinks, broad environmental management and circular economy, and sustainability in the supply chain.
- Deep commitment to climate justice and to threading this throughout their work
- Experience and confidence in designing and facilitating workshops, training and focused group discussions or similar.
- Experience in writing proposals and relationship management with high-profile organisations.

Position
The Head of Fundraising is responsible for leading our fundraising strategy and delivery. This role is key to securing resources that enable us to drive system change in the financial sector.
A typical week will see you:
- Leading fundraising across ShareAction, ensuring conversations are being had by the right colleagues, with the right funders, at the right times.
- Guiding prospecting and leading the creation of compelling funding bids for multi-year, high-value projects.
- Delivering exceptional donor relationship management, including timely reports and strategic engagement.
- Overseeing the growth of our major donors programme, building a committed donor base of Ultra High and High Net Worth individuals.
- Supporting and developing a high-performing fundraising team.
You’ll regularly engage with senior leaders, trustees and external stakeholders, forming strong relationships and using your expertise to secure funding that drives impact across our campaigns and projects.
What you’ll bring to the team

- Have experience devising and delivering fundraising strategies across multiple geographies (UK, EU, US) from trusts and foundations.
- Can develop powerful cases for support and significant bid/application-writing experience for multi-year, six- and seven-figure projects and programmes.

The role
The head of patient support will report to the director of services and innovation.
As the head of patient support, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and development of all services provided by the charity directly to patients. You will ensure the charity’s services programmes and initiatives are aligned with its strategic objectives, deliver high-impact results, and meet the needs of patients, healthcare professionals, and the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust (RFL) across all its hospitals and satellite sites. The department is led by the director of services and innovation and sits within a unique ‘double directorate’ which unites services with the engagement and communications department. The head of patient support reports to the director of services and innovation. The head of patient support line manages five members of staff: three volunteer managers, the support hub manager/lead and the complementary therapy service manager/lead who manage teams of varying sizes.
The team
The aim of the services department is to directly support the staff and patients of the Royal Free London Trust through providing direct services which enhance their experience. The department is responsible for providing complementary therapy for staff and patients, the support hub information and support centre, and a volunteering team supporting over 500 active volunteers.

Purpose of the job
Thames21 is seeking an energetic, experienced and committed person to lead our team of Catchment Partnership hosts. This role will involve overseeing the development of our portfolio of 10 hosted and co-hosted Catchment Partnerships across a diverse landscape of urban and rural river catchments spanning London and the wider Thames Basin.
Each partnership is unique, and we pride ourselves in developing each according to the local partners’ vision and as is appropriate for the character of the area and river. Our primary aim is to deliver the Catchment Based Approach and tangible on-the-ground improvements that achieve clean, healthy rivers which deliver social benefits for our communities.
The successful candidate will have operational experience at catchment level as well as management experience. The candidate will take a strategic overview of all catchment partnerships and guide our team of Catchment Partnership hosts and officers, enabling the enhanced delivery of the four priority themes: –
Stakeholder and community engagement as part of active, delivery focused partnerships.
Project identification and development to support delivery of catchment plans, sub-catchment plans and Thames21’s 5-year plan.
Successful fundraising for delivery of river catchment improvement projects.
Knowledge sharing, to bring people together in a way of working that is inclusive, collaborative, cross boundary and catchment wide.
Finally, the role will take a lead in ensuring the Thames21 Catchment Officer/host role is resiliently funded by working closely with partner organisations to increase investment in catchment partnerships to deliver healthy rivers and catchments.

· Work with Thames21’s Catchment Partnership Officers/hosts to develop their Catchment Partnership networks and ensure each is delivering against clear catchment and sub catchment action plans.
· Lead on the administration and reporting of Catchment Partnerships programme and line management of the Catchment Partnership team.
· Oversee the management of the Catchment Partnership Team budget, working proactively to identify and fill any funding shortfalls.
