We are committed to improving diversity and inclusion across our organisation. Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and the Global Majority are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single specification. You will need to be able to identify where budget decisions have been made driven by emotions rather than by the business and strategy. The ability to get buy-in is important whilst ensuring objectivity is essential. We do not need an enabler, we need a gentle and collaborative disruptor.

Equal Opportunities
The Vavengers Charity is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion. We welcome applications from people from all walks of life and are committed to creating an environment where everyone is respected, valued, and able to thrive. We are a led-by-and-for movement, and we encourage those with lived experience of Gender-Based Violence to apply for paid and unpaid positions in our organisation.
The Vavengers is an equal opportunity employer. In line with legal requirements and the nature of the work required for this role(running women-only safe spaces), we are seeking women-only applications as an occupational requirement under Schedule 9 Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
We are a UK-based women and survivor-led movement working to end Female Genital Mutilation and all other forms of Violence Against Women and Girls.
