In this role, working alongside your peer, you’ll be responsible for leading and inspiring our Engagement team, with a particular focus on how we steward and grow high-value legacy relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Legacy Marketing & Administration, Philanthropy and Regional Engagement teams to ensure we take a more proactive, insight-led approach to identifying and supporting high-value pledgers. Working with your peer, you will shape the culture and direction of the team, ensuring focus, consistency and delivery across a range of key projects.

Your role

As a Senior Legacy Engagement Manager – Stewardship and Blended Giving, you will focus on:

• Inspiring and managing the team, working in partnership with the other Senior Legacy Engagement Manager, to deliver a world-class stewardship programme for legacy supporter
• Leading the development of a more structured, insight-led stewardship approach, ensuring clarity on when a personalised, relationship-led approach adds the most value
• Supporting and guiding Legacy Engagement Managers to prioritise and build relationships with supporters most likely to leave significant gifts
• Driving a more proactive approach to identifying and engaging high-value legacy supporters, moving beyond passive acquisition routes
• Playing a key role in developing our Blended Giving approach, working closely with the Philanthropy team to connect legacy and major giving opportunities

About you

As an experienced fundraising or engagement leader, you’ll be comfortable building meaningful relationships with supporters, working collaboratively across teams and inspiring others to deliver excellent stewardship.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have:

• Strong leadership experience, including managing and motivating a geographically dispersed team and driving performance
• Demonstrable experience in managing high-value relationships, including stewardship of major donors or legacy pledgers
• Experience of developing and delivering personalised engagement approaches that drive long-term value
• Proven ability to use insight and data to inform decision-making and prioritisation
• Experience of working across teams to deliver integrated approaches, ideally including exposure to both legacy and major giving
• Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and drive change in a complex organisation
• Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, practical delivery
• A valid driving licence

The role and your key responsibilities

As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area are supported and equipped to make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in Hertfordshire, North London or Cambridgeshire for this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

• Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges, delivered remotely or in person. Also deliver impactful training webinars to our wider UK school and colleges network.

• Work with your partner Area Managers to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.

• Monitor and analyse platform usage across partner schools and colleges, identifying partners that need additional support and proactively delivering tailored solutions to increase their engagement with the platform.

• Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.

• Attend conferences and run CPD training events on behalf of Unifrog.

IPSEA is a national charity working to ensure that children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) receive the educational support they are legally entitled to. Since we were formed in 1983, we have helped to improve the education experience of thousands of children and young people across England. We do this by providing free and independent legal advice and casework support for families, undertaking policy work and delivering training on the SEND legal framework.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a Head of Finance and Resources to provide strategic leadership and operational management across IPSEA’s finance, HR and Fundraising functions, ensuring the charity has robust financial management, effective systems, and sustainable infrastructure to deliver its mission. This role focuses on organisational management, financial integrity and coordination across functions, rather than providing specialist Fundraising or HR expertise.

This is a hands-on role. While the postholder leads on financial strategy, planning and control, they are also responsible for delivering key financial processes and day to day operations. The role oversees key organisational functions including HR and fundraising.

They line manage the Finance Administrator, HR Manager and Fundraising Manager, ensuring alignment, coordination and effective use of organisational resources across the organisation.

Professional expertise and delivery within HR and fundraising remain the responsibility of the relevant managers. The role does not carry responsibility for income generation targets but ensures robust financial and operational support for fundraising activity.

As Head of Finance and Resources, you will be responsible for:

• Financial systems, control and operations

Who are we looking for?

You’ll need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) with a strong understanding and experience of charity finance, SORP, compliance, risk management and governance.

Significantly experienced in charity finance and financial management or organisational resources, you will be able to prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial reports and support budgeting and longer-term financial planning.

You will have experience of managing and motivating staff while working with senior leadership teams and/or trustees.

You have strong organisational and analytical skills and can analyse financial information and translate it for non-financial stakeholders. Experience improving systems, processes or digital infrastructure would be preferred but is not essential.

It would be desirable if you had experience overseeing HR, fundraising or wider operational functions, or managing multi-disciplinary teams.

About the role

As a Regional Corporate Partnership Development Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Corporate Partnership team, playing an essential role in building the capability, confidence and consistency of Fundraising Managers across the UK.

This role is all about empowering others to secure and grow high value corporate partnerships. Drawing on your own experience of winning and managing £50k+ partnerships, you’ll coach Fundraising Managers through the full corporate sales cycle from pipeline development and proposition shaping, to pitching, negotiation, contracting and stewardship.

This is a field-based role covering the UK. You'll need to live in England or be able to relocate to this region. This role requires regular travel within England, and occasional travel to other parts of the UK. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Main purpose of the job

• To support the organisation’s day-to-day finance, HR and impact data administration. This includes maintaining and strengthening financial controls, contributing to monthly and year-end financial processes, and supporting with finance/HR reports as required.

Main Tasks

Finance Administration and Financial Control

1. Process income sales invoices, grant claims and associated receipts and payments, ensuring timely receipt of all revenue.

2. Process purchase ledger invoices and associated payments.

3. Calculate accruals, prepayments and internal recharges.

4. Complete bank reconciliations.

5. Maintain and update the organisation’s asset register.

6. Maintain project files in line with funding guidelines.

Interim Tax Lead - ERP Implementation | £700 per day Umbrella Co. | Remote | 18-Months +

For a large government organisation, we're recruiting an interim Tax Manager to lead delivery of day-to-day tax operations including VAT and tax compliance during a large-scale ERP implementation programme. The interim Tax Manager will focus on maintaining high-quality business-as-usual tax delivery, while working closely with the ERP programme teams to share knowledge, provide input on system-wide tax processes, and support readiness.

Main Duties:

• Lead delivery of the day-to-day Tax operations (e.g., VAT and Tax Compliance)
• Support the Compliance and Financial Accounting Team with BAU Tax delivery
• Support the ERP implementation team activity across the Tax Management lifecycle
• Ensure continuity and accuracy of all BAU Tax activities
• Collaborate with the ERP programme teams to share expertise, input into design decisions, and suggest improvements to the Tax Management lifecycle
• Support the local design phase of the Oracle Fusion Cloud system for day-to-day Tax Management processes
• Support system integration testing for all Tax Management processes end-to-end and support real-life users of the system (UAT)

Person Specification:

• CTA, CCAB or ATT qualified
• Proven experience delivering high-quality BAU tax operations with strong functional tax expertise, particularly in VAT within Government

• Knowledge of taxable benefits, IR35, and provision of tax guidance / advisory support
• Good understanding of ERP systems and ideally implementation principles (although it is not essential to have led ERP delivery)

Role overview

The Finance and Reporting Officer will be responsible for the effective day to day running of the charity’s finance function, by processing transactions accurately, maintaining robust financial records, carrying out month-end activities, and providing financial information to budget holders and senior staff.

Alongside this the role has an important part to play in data management and activity reporting. Working with the Data Officer you’ll assist with the maintenance and interrogation of programme monitoring data, ensuring information is accurate and timely.

You’ll need to be organised and with a great attention to detail. We’re seeking someone who is output orientated, whilst able to ensure the integrity of the information being presented. You’ll also need to be thorough at a transactional level yet able to summarise efficiently to a range of audiences.

Working with a broad range of stakeholders across the team, as well as trustees, auditors and external suppliers, you’ll need clear communication skills including being able to communicate financial information to non-finance colleagues. About Young Sounds UK

Young Sounds exists because musical talent is everywhere but opportunity isn’t: family finances and other obstacles too often get in the way. We’re here to change this in two key ways:

• We support young musicians from low-income families with funding and other help;
• We support music education through training, advocacy and research. 

We became an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation in April 2023 and also joined an expanded cohort of National Youth Music Organisations (NYMOs). We currently support over 1,000 individual young people across the UK every year and demand for our support is increasing. It’s an exciting time to join a pioneering organisation at the forefront of British music education.

Our small and fully remote team work across the UK, comprising a mix of full time and part time employees supported by specialist part time and term time freelancers.

Executive Director/Co-CEO

We are looking for an experienced leader from the arts, cultural, or voluntary sector with a strong track record in financial management, fundraising, organisational development, and governance.

For almost 50 years, they have collaborated creatively with diverse communities, particularly those with lived experience of migration, to champion inclusion, amplify voices, and create meaningful cultural impact.

Position: Executive Director/Co-CEO

Location: Manchester/Hybrid (3 days per week at the office in Hulme, Manchester)

Hours: Part-time (4 days per week), 30 hours per week

Salary: £42,000 pro rata (actual £33,600) plus a 5% employer pension contribution

Contract: Permanent

The Role

Working in equal partnership with the Artistic Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the organisation's financial, organisational, and governance foundations are as strong and forward-thinking as its artistic practice. Together, you will shape the future vision while leading an inclusive, resilient, and values-driven organisation.

About You

You will bring experience of securing income from a range of sources, alongside a practical understanding of charity regulation and compliance.

You will also have experience of:

• Working in a senior leadership role within the arts or charity sector
• Financial oversight, including budget setting, monitoring accounts, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.
• Managing funding relationships
• Building a healthy, inclusive team culture, with strong people management skills and the ability to lead, develop and motivate staff.
