The Role
As Brand and Content Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of Phoenix Futures’ brand, content and communications channels.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll lead the creation of high-quality digital, print and creative communications, while managing and developing key platforms including SharePoint, our websites, social media channels and Phoenix News.
You’ll be the organisation’s brand guardian and a key source of advice and expertise on brand, content, visual communications and creative best practice. You’ll help ensure that our communications are engaging, accessible, user-focused and aligned with our organisational priorities.
You’ll also lead on content planning and editorial management, internal communications, creative storytelling and digital experience development. Using analytics, audience insight and feedback, you’ll identify opportunities to improve how we communicate and ensure our content reaches and engages the people who need it.
The role will involve working with senior stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies and creative partners, managing projects, budgets and deadlines to deliver high-quality campaigns and communications.
This is a 37.5 hour per week role, based on a hybrid London and home-working arrangement.

The Service Manager will have overall responsibility for the operational leadership, quality, performance and contract delivery of both the LB Newham Core and the Intensive Support Accommodation contracts. • Prepare accurate reports, evidence and performance commentary for commissioner monitoring, audits, inspections and service reviews.

The aims of the Bounce Back service are to provide up to 16 sessions of emotional and practical support and advice & information to patients. We will visit patients on the ward and continue the sessions in the local community and in patient’s homes once discharged. We will facilitate a smooth and timely hospital discharge.

About the role

The Ada Lovelace Institute (Ada) is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Director. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA to play a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day running of Ada's Director's office, working at the heart of a small, mission-driven organisation dedicated to ensuring that data and AI work for people and society.
Between late November/ early December 2026 and July 2027, the Director will be on maternity leave. About you
You are an experienced Executive Assistant or Diary Administrator who thrives on keeping a busy office running smoothly, and who is energised by the prospect of supporting more than one senior leader through a period of change. You have:
Significant experience providing executive support, including complex diary management and correspondence, to a senior leader or executive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience acting as a first point of contact for senior leaders, managing external relationships with professionalism and discretion.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to problem-solve, coordinate multiple moving parts, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressure.

1. Content strategy and production
