We are seeking a Caseworker to join our small, friendly team and play a vital role in supporting members of the medical community through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
About the role
As a Caseworker, you will work directly with doctors and their families who are experiencing financial hardship and significant life challenges. You will offer a listening ear, assess individual circumstances with care and sensitivity, and help people access the financial assistance and wider support they need.
This is a role for someone who is person-centred, combines empathy with professionalism, and who is comfortable handling sensitive conversations alongside detailed casework and financial administration.

You are likely to have experience within the advice, charity, social care or grant-giving sectors, and bring a strong understanding of:

Working with us
This is a homebased role, with occasional travel (including attendance at Epsom College in Surrey 2-4 times a year). Equipment will be provided and you will need a suitable private workspace, reliable internet and phone access.

Role Summary
Together Women Leeds provides holistic wraparound support to women and girls and specialises in supporting women involved with the criminal justice system, through 1:1 Keywork, group programmes and access to specialist gender-specific support via TW Women’s Centres.
We are seeking an individual with a proactive, compassionate, collaborative approach. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and highly organised, brings strong reporting skills, and is a great relationship builder. Experience of working in the women’s sector or the criminal justice system is desirable, but not essential – most importantly we’re looking for an outstanding manager.
At Together Women, staff wellbeing is a priority. With the support of a Senior Keyworker, you will ensure our staff team are effectively managed, supported and encouraged to develop within their roles, enabling them to provide high quality, trauma-responsive support.
You will be responsible for the management of a range of services, ensuring high quality standards are consistently met and partnerships are established and maintained. You will lead the strategic development and operational effectiveness of the Bradford Centre, which is funded by a range of commissioners both statutory and non-statutory.
You will lead on contract and performance management including relationships with commissioners. Alongside the Director of Services and wider management team you will also contribute to the effective leadership of the organisation, ensuring our operational and strategic objectives are met.
Key accountabilities
Service Delivery and Management
- Lead the operational management of TW services in Bradford ensuring intensive high-quality, trauma responsive support is provided to women and girls accessing the services.
- Develop and manage a service plan for Bradford that incorporates key milestones and ensures delivery of project outputs and outcomes
- Monitor delegated budget responsibility, ensuring that the services operate within the agreed budget.
Staff Management
- Line manage direct reports and ensure that all staff receive regular support, supervision and performance review, case management, training and development in line with TW policies and procedures.
- Deliver team meetings, reflective practice, and staff learning and development opportunities.
- Effectively manage a team working on different contracts ensuring team cohesion and consistency in approach and practice.
Communication/Contracts and Partnerships
- Take overall responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective partnerships and referral pathways.

Funding
- Identify relevant fundraising opportunities and support TW senior management team to prepare funding applications, identify commissioning opportunities, which support the long-term sustainability of existing and new services.
- Attend meetings with potential new funders to secure new funding streams, ensuring that the project outcomes are achievable and measurable.
- Work with colleagues within TW and/or external partners to establish new services/projects when funding applications are successful.

The Compassionate Neighbours Manager will lead the day-to-day running of the Compassionate Neighbours programme across Greenwich and Bexley, helping people nearing the end of life to live as well as they can for as long as they can through meaningful community connection. This includes managing the Compassionate Neighbours Coordinator and ensuring the successful delivery, growth, and sustainability of the programme. You will build strong community connections, support volunteers, and ensure high-quality engagement with people living with serious, long-term, or terminal illness who may be experiencing loneliness or isolation.
The post holder will work closely with the Community Development & Volunteering team to deliver the Community Development & Engagement Strategy, develop outreach strategies, strengthen partnerships, and ensure the programme meets its objectives.

Salary: £36,400
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. You may be required to work outside these hours as per service and resident requirements, as well as be part of the out of hours on call rota for managers.
About the Role
Join and lead our brand new Mental Health Service which is due to go live April 2026! The service is a step-down service, which provides short-stay, trauma-informed alternative to hospital admission and facilities. The service forms part of a wider integrated initiative for urgent and emergency care. The team will support our residents who are at risk of admission but can be supported outside of mental health hospital settings, by providing tailored support to them to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals, to live more fulfilled lives and independent living.
In this role, you will lead the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will drive service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma and psychologically informed environment. You will ensure the service runs smoothly in collaboration with the team, wider teams, and external partners. We're looking for someone who is solution focused, has experience within a similar service environment, and can create a safe space for individuals to learn, and grow.

About You
We're seeking someone who has a genuine passion for making a difference to lives, and helping to create safer communities for all. You will be knowledgeable of mental health and have an understanding and experience in how to support those who struggle. We're looking for someone who can build rapport, trust, and create an environment which allows individuals to grow their skills and experience and develop as individuals.
- Previous leadership experience, and ability to take responsibility for the full service, ensuring service outcomes, KPI's and requirements are met.
- Demonstratable experience in leading a service/team in a similar capacity.
- Previous experience in supporting those who struggle with their mental health, ideally in a similar environment.
- Ability to provide high quality support and line management to staff.
- Ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve KPI's
- Ability to provide advice, guidance, and support to the team on all aspects of service delivery including resident related queries
- Ability to promote the service externally to enhance reputation in the area and with partner organisations
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands and needs of the service. For example, Provide an emergency on call service as and when required in case of emergency
- IT proficiency - we use various systems so look for someone who can learn and navigate new systems including case management, Microsoft, ATS, HR systems, and other types of organisational software.

ABOUT THE JOB
Job Purpose
We are looking for an exemplary people-oriented administrator to provide administrative support to the Gestalt Centre CEO and the workstreams she manages. An important role in the organisation, working with senior leadership and across teams, in a welcoming and supportive environment with opportunities to learn and grow on the job.
Areas of work and responsibility
- Administrative Support to the Gestalt Centre CEO
- Coordinate and support projects and workstreams the CEO leads on: Operations, Communications and Marketing, Short Courses and Post Graduate Qualifications, HR, Finance, Policies, Fundraising and Health & Safety.
- Liaise with the CEO and the leadership team to update the organisational plan and workstream plans, also keep track of relevant priority actions and progress.
- Provide administrative support for governance processes such as the Annual Financial Audit, Trustee Board meetings, the Charity Commission and Companies House submissions.
- Provide administrative support to the organising and running fundraising activities and events.
- Administrative support and coordination for the annual planning of Short Courses and Post Graduate Qualifications programmes.
- Organise, provide administrative support, and attend as appropriate, weekly operational meetings, monthly Executive meetings, and other project meetings, led by the CEO. Prepare meetings set up, information and any required papers in advance. Organise dates, taking and sending out minutes and coordinate follow-up actions ensuring progress and completion.
- Liaise with the CEO to prepare, format, edit and update reports and policies for internal and external audiences to a high standard.
- Provide a professional first point of contact for the CEO and as required liaise with her and the leadership team in order to respond to emails or phone calls and organise follow up meetings.
- Office team support such as reception/admin cover or support with events, as and when occasionally required.
- Carry out responsibilities with due regard to the Gestalt Centre values, policies and procedures.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent with good English and Maths.
