Role Purpose

To lead Trussell’s email and marketing CRM strategy and digital projects by creating insight‑led, compliant, and engaging digital communications and journeys that bring our story to life and drive programme outcomes.

This role is part of the Together with Trussell programme, the goal of which is to build stronger connections with our supporters, partners and donors to increase funding, campaigning, and other forms of support for our work.  As a member of an enabling programme, this role is focused on the successful delivery of the Together with Trussell programme outcomes, which underpin and enable the outcomes of our 5 external programmes – together contributing to the fulfilment of our long-term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.

Key Responsibilities

Email and CRM marketing

· Lead the design, content development and delivery of Trussell's email programme and related projects, optimising workflows, journeys and alignment with our audience strategy to deliver organisational goals.

Product leadership

· Overall product leadership of our customer marketing platform, Marketing Cloud, ensuring data models and digital ecosystem are optimised and compliant with data privacy laws and industry standards, protecting supporter data from cyber threats.

Analysis and insight and performance

· Implement digital tracking, attribution and measurement in line with established UTM governance and tagging standards to enable accurate tracking and optimisation.  Lead the supporter data function, ensuring accuracy and compliance of supporter data, working with business system teams to ensure reporting enables actionable decision making. 

Consultancy and stakeholder management

· Act as an expert inhouse consultant for programme teams providing advice and guidance to embed best practice, accessibility and innovation in digital communications, driving continuous improvement.

Digital marketing project management

· Lead digital marketing projects that deliver continuous improvement and compliance driving improved engagement with our audiences and programme outcomes.

Person Specification

Core Knowledge

· Deep understanding of CRM, CDP and marketing automation platforms. Experience of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud would be an advantage.

· Management of multiple audience-focused email marketing programmes with complex segmentations and competing priorities

As Marketing Manager with strong third sector experience, you’ll oversee the day-to-day planning, production, and delivery of fundraising and awareness campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
You’ll manage timelines, creative workflows, and campaign assets ensuring every message, design, and ad reflects The Zahra Trust’s brand and moves people to give, act, and advocate.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams (Fundraising, Programs, and IT), as well as external agencies and vendors, to bring campaigns to life on time, on budget, and with measurable results.

About the role:

This is a rare opportunity to take a clinical role out of a traditional setting and into the heart of Camden’s rough sleeping response. As Clinical Psychologist within our Rough Sleeping Outreach and Hub Service, you will work alongside people who are often navigating mental health challenges alongside homelessness, substance use and other experiences that can make engaging with support feel difficult or unsafe. Your role will be to help bridge that gap, bringing thoughtful, psychologically informed support directly to where it’s needed most.

You’ll combine direct clinical work with a strong focus on influence and impact. This means completing assessments and formulations, supporting access to appropriate mental health pathways, and holding a small caseload for more structured therapeutic work at the hub. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in strengthening how the wider service understands and responds to trauma and mental health, creating space for reflection, shared thinking and more effective ways of supporting clients to move away from the streets and towards safety and longer term stability.

Working closely with outreach teams, hub staff and external partners, you’ll help shape a more joined up and human approach to support. You’ll also line manage and develop an Assistant Psychologist, contributing to both their growth and the wider offer to clients. This is a role where your expertise won’t sit in isolation - it will influence practice, shape culture and ultimately help more people access the support they deserve.

• You’re a qualified Clinical Psychologist (HCPC registered) with experience supporting adults facing multiple disadvantage, including homelessness, mental health and substance use

The Fundraising Manager will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement BAWA’s fundraising and communications strategy, particularly acquiring donors and expanding BAWA’s reach globally. The Fundraising Manager will manage most of BAWA’s fundraising channels including grants and mass emails, and will cultivate relationships with donors and funding organizations.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead the development and delivery of our supporter acquisition and retention strategies. This is a full time, permanent role working on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our London office.

Furnishing Futures is a charity that creates beautiful healing homes for women and children who have escaped domestic abuse, and been given empty social housing, using unwanted furniture from the interiors industry. We are looking for a Senior Specialist Support Worker, to provide maternity cover for 12 months managing our specialist support service and providing focussed support to beneficiaries.

At the Motability Foundation, we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose. 

We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that can work flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. This includes a growing portfolio of projects tackling key challenges like inclusive EV charging, complex community transport funding opportunities, and large-scale research such as the National Centre for Accessible Transport. 

We are now recruiting four Transport Solutions Managers to help design and deliver high-impact work across this portfolio. These are pivotal roles that combine subject expertise, delivery capability, and leadership and are designed to work flexibly across our matrix structure. 

Some roles will focus more on funding: exploring new funding mechanisms and managing end-to-end development and delivery of funding opportunities and a team of grant managers. • Lead the design and delivery of impactful projects or funding opportunities, working closely with Programme Directors and colleagues across the Transport Solutions Team. 

• Manage end-to-end delivery of specific initiatives – this could include grants, pilots, commissioned projects, partnerships or other tools – ensuring they are well scoped and aligned to our strategic priorities. 

• Use insight, evidence, and stakeholder engagement to shape the approach to new work, including scoping documents, funding criteria, business cases, and delivery plans. 

• Work flexibly across our matrix team, contributing to projects or funding rounds outside your own portfolio as needed, and supporting colleagues with specialist input or delivery resource. 

• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including charities, researchers, delivery partners and commercial organisations. 

• Manage delivery, budgets, due diligence, risks and outcomes for projects or funding opportunities, ensuring appropriate governance and reporting is in place. 

• Collaborate across teams including Impact & Evaluation, Finance, and Communications to ensure high-quality delivery, learning and visibility of our work. 

• Bring and apply knowledge in key areas such as accessible transport, disability, inclusive innovation, grant-making or systems change. 

• Support the development and continuous improvement of our delivery models, funding mechanisms and ways of working. 

Your experience 

Must haves:  

• Experience managing projects or funding opportunities from inception through to delivery, including planning, delivery, and monitoring, ideally across teams and with external partners or suppliers. 

• Ability to scope and deliver initiatives or funding opportunities using evidence, insight, and engagement with disabled people and other key stakeholders. 

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex workstreams to deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving environment. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. 

• Strong data and analysis skills, including the ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insight to inform decision-making and strategy. 

• High IT literacy, including confident use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). 

• A collaborative and flexible working style, with experience contributing to cross-team initiatives or matrix working. 

Nice to haves: 

• Understanding of disability and transport issues, such as the social model of disability, transport barriers, key legislation etc. 

• Experience delivering or managing grant programmes, innovation pilots, research projects, or cross-sector partnerships. 

• Familiarity with innovation or funding mechanisms such as challenge prizes, agile funding rounds, co-design, systems mapping, or commissioning frameworks. 

• Experience of working in or alongside government, industry, or the not-for-profit sector. 

• Experience supporting or line managing others in a team or project context. 

Individual Giving and Lottery Manager

At Great Western Air Ambulance Charity, we’re looking for a new Individual Giving and Lottery Manager. This role involves overseeing multi-channel fundraising projects to acquire and retain individual donors and lottery players. You’ll be overseeing our gaming portfolio – our Chance at Life lottery and raffles activities – as well as building our regular giving and campaigns portfolio. The role requires a lot of passion - for our cause, for the people we help and most importantly for the people who help us save lives.

Job Summary for Senior Data Manager

• A senior data leadership role sitting at the heart of the Data & IT function, reporting to the CFO and working in close partnership with the Senior IT Manager — with this role taking lead responsibility for all things data
• Own and lead the charity's data strategy, working collaboratively with senior leadership to shape a forward-looking, insight-driven organisation
• Take full ownership of CRM operations (Raiser's Edge NXT), driving adoption, optimisation and continuous improvement to ensure the charity is truly getting the most from the system — unlocking the data, trends and insight within it
• Hold overall responsibility for the Charity Automation Roadmap, driving systems integration and automation to reduce manual effort and improve data flows across the organisation
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks that bring data to life — putting actionable insight into the hands of teams across the organisation
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across fundraising, finance and operational teams — translating business needs into practical technology solutions
